First, I would like to commend all the staff who work at this service center. Due to my job, I had to delay my appointment that day by an hour. It was for a set of four new tires and an alignment. Instead of telling me they couldn't do it (since it was near the closing time) they took it in stride and finished everything within an hour. Please keep up the great work and know you have earned a loyal customer!

I have irregular days off, and when I called yesterday hoping for an appointment they told me their next appointment was next week. Then they offered if I could leave the car all day they would work me in when they could. Air conditioner recharged and oil changed and a big time savings for my wife. It is obviously a busy season and I appreciate them working me in.

worst place in town, told me that only way they could balance my tires with with BBs.. and done so without my knowledge, gave them two chances to fix it with only smartazz comments towards my girlfriend ,she took the truck in as I worked" had tires plus pull those junk BBs out and balance my tires with nice weights.. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHICLE!!!!!

They diagnosed my vehicle telling me to buy this part to have it fixed. They didnt have the parts on hand so they told me to buy it else where. After purchasing the part few other mechanic shops told me that they were wrong. So I spent $400 on the wrong part to get replaced. And NW tire is saying theyre not responsible. After they told me to buy the wrong part. So I left this review..And before this I had NW Tire install brand new taillights, headlights, and grill. Just the other day I was driving and a taillight they installed came out as I was driving. They forgot to put in the clips to keep it locked in place. I called and they refuse again to help. Shop manager said they wont help because I left a bad review of an earlier incident. Worst place anyone could go to..

This is my first motor Home and it's was time for new tires. I procrastinated for ever worrying about what an ordeal it may be. Northwest was recommended to me by a friend so I called them yesterday. They got me in at 8:00 this morning and I was driving out of there with new tires by 9:00 !! Everyone involved was super friendly and the tires were 1/2 what I was expecting to spend !!

I dropped in with what I thought was going to be a major tire/alignment issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem (after I had misdiagnosed it) and I was back on the road with minimal cost. They were busy, but the wait time wasn't that bad, especially when you consider that I didn't have an appointment.

So, I originally purchased a set of tires through NW tire because I know someone there, this was in Bismarck. Anyhow, I blew a tire and needed a new one. No one had it so I ordered it to Minot, being that I work closer to Minot than Bismarck (still an hour away) . So one evening I high tailed it to Minot about 5 pm before they closed so they could simply put one new tire on a rim. Simple enough right? Well not only was i there for close to an hour (after they got my tire) , but I was asked if I wanted them to put it on for me. I was hesitant and he was pushy, so I finally said sure. So what seemed like he was helping me out, was in fact not the case. So after all was said and done I was charged an additional $20 (a 4 tire installation) for one tire AND they put it on the rim backwards so it DID NOT match the other 3 and took a piece of the rim off. Now being a place all about tires I expected a little more from them. It's very easy to notice they do not match. I was in a hurry so I was well out of minot before I noticed, but what was their excuse? I will take my business to the Bismarck location to get it resolved and if they attempt to charge me they'll never see my business again. And ill be sure to spread the word. I'll be sure to update this when my dilemma is resolved.

Great Place They took the time to figure out my issue and correct mistakes from another shop. They didn’t charge me anything even though they could have. I will be getting my next tires from them do to this kind gesture. I find those that help you when they have nothing to gain should get the sale when the time comes for it.
