Went in for an alignment. They said it would be in shortly, after about an hour they got it in. Adjusted the front right tie rod and pulled it out in about 15 minutes. I was given the spec sheet and told the back tires could not be adjusted that day due to lack of possible parts needed. So, the front was in alignment but the rear was not touched. I was then charged $95 for a four wheel alignment and for the 15 min of work they did on it after waiting an hour for them to pull it in. Since they could not align the rear wheels and only spent 15 min on it. That was a serious waste of time and money for what was provided. As well as a ridiculous fee for the 15 min spent on it. I should not have been charged for a 4 wheel alignment since they only touched one and did not fix the rear miss alignment.

You lied to me after you changed my car's oil - you said you checked all the fluids and they were good! That was a BIG LIE ! Not a week later I had to replace the transfer case because there was NOT a drop of oil in it !!!! $2000 later my car was back on the road ! You were too worried about trying to sell me belts for my car that it didn't need --- just because I'm a woman from out of town and Traveling doesn't mean you should try to take advantage of me! I trusted you and you lied and that's bad business!! I pitty any person that puts their trust in you! I hope people see. And reads this so they can see the kind of business people you are -

Nice people but either they have no idea what they are doing or just want to sell unnecessary parts. Stopped in to have tires rotated as I was way over due and tires were starting to cup. They told me no sense in rotating as front end was shot and needed 1300$ in repairs as well as replacing tires. Took it to my normal dealer to put new tires on and fix front end. Was told that there was nothing wrong with my front end, i am now 35k miles into that set of tires and have been properly rotating and they are perfectly fine.

Fair $ price on a set of (4) tires. Not cheap, but not a bank buster. Good winter traction form a tire manufacture I was not familiar with. In and out and down the road in 45 minutes. I will be a return costumer.

Service is fast and reliable for people with work vehicles. The first time I left the shop issue wasn't resolved. After getting vehicle back to their shop. The issue was resolved. I would highly recommend them for any service you need done. Also they are willing to listen to the customer explain the problem. With those good listening skills I have 100% confidence.

so far so good...called to schedule an oil change..hoping they could get me in today...answer was YES..cool.. what time, i asked . He said morning or afternoon??? really . amazing.. morning? around 10:30 . YEP, he said..got my name and i can get my oil changed in 15 minutes...WOW . so far I am impressed! Well...still incredibly pleased! they got my oil my changed and brought me my air filter which was thoroughly trashed...asked if i wanted a new one...yes, yes, i do. So they installed it and out the door I went. I can onlt hope i will be in Jamestown again when I need an oil change! Thank you so much, Northwest Tire!
