Customer service is always number one on my list when choosing places to go for services. The employees at Fargo Tire have always treated me great, they've rotated my tired for free in the past. When i had one of my after market rims go bad and it ended up ruining my tire, they hunted down and ordered a replacement rim for me and even threw in a free used tire until i was able to afford new tires. They are they best and i will never go anywhere else for my tire needs.

We purchased 4 tires from them for an 2009 Lincoln Navigator The salesmen at the front desk told me “he had a deal for me”, 4 tires that were a take off from a new vehicle. They were sold to me as the same thing as “new” tires. The rear tire blew going down the highway and they said they would take care of it. Well they did, by charging me $157 for a new one. I atrongly suggest going else where, lots of options in the FM area.

We got new tires and an oil change on our van. As soon as we left, the oil pressure light came on. Of course we went back to Fargo tire and they couldn't figure out what was wrong and gave us a mechanics name so we went there. The mechanic ran the code and put in a new part it said it needed. We left there and the light came on again. The mechanic didn't have time to fit us in again until the next day. We went back the next day and he couldn't figure it out so we decided to go to valvoline to get an oil change because this all started with an oil change. Valvoline opened the hood and right away said "they put in the wrong oil filter". We contacted fargo tire to reimburse us for their mistake (the mechanic fee and vaovoline oil change) and the owner gave us the run around. He said they didn't put in the wrong filter. We still have the incorrect filter your guys put in. Oh. Well, we can give you half of what you paid. No. you will give it all back. After 2 weeks of back-and-forth they finally sent us a check for the full amount. I will never go back there and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Preliminary Review- I had a low tire this morning. I knew I was due for service and a friend recommended them. I am typically the guy that just suffers through a poor customer experience at a corporate tire shop. Being I just purchased a vehicle I'd been wanting for some time, I thought I would make sure I got it treated properly. I called to ask general questions about what I suspecting I needed: Tire patched, balance, rotation, alignment (potentially), and an oil change. I explain what I'm expecting to require, the clerk gives me pricing without question, tells me that they have "plenty of help here" and that they would have no issue getting it done for me this morning. I drove there on my way to the office. I was greeted by a man at the counter politely. We walked through what services I was looking for. He said they'll take good care of it, and get it done today. So far so good fellas (and ladies). Thank you for a wonderful first experience. I'll update following pick up today.

This is one of the best shops out there! They remind me of the small town shops back in my home town. I recommend them to anyone I can! They are quick and helpful. I never feel pressured to buy anything and they don't talk to me like I am stupid. I had a low tire in winter and I couldn't find an air pump (too cold- so no stations had lines outside) so I drove over and they checked and filled all my tires, happily and for free... is that the biggest deal?...no, but these days you get charged for everything and are often treated with what seems like disdain! There are countless other times they have gone above and beyond what I believe any other shop in Fargo would do for you and even before I spent any money or purchased tires. I try to use them whenever I can and have bought multiple sets of tires from them!

Fargo Tire is just the best place to go for any of your wheel needs. I have bought all my rims from them. Always great looking and fast clean work. Today I went in with 2 tire problems. I suspected I had a nail in one tire, and 2 nails in another. I went to another tire place that was closer, they couldn't find a problem with the first tire, and said that the nail in the other tire was not repairable. I must buy a new tire. Should have gone to Fargo Tire first. Drove up, drove in, they found all 3 nails in the 2 tires, repaired them and I was out in less than 30 minutes. BAM! They know how to get it done!! Thanks guys!

I never originally got my tire work done at this location (I went to Firestone in West Fargo). I had new tires and wheels put on my vehicle but I've had issues with a faulty tire and rebalancing issues. I contacted BF Goodrich to see where I could go to test the tires for a faulty tire. They stated i should go to Fargo Tire Service to solve the issue. Upon getting there, they had a gentleman come out and assess what was wrong and immediately stated the reason I'm having problems is because they are a custom setup (non originally from the manufacturer). This tire model is specially offered for my vehicle. I stated to him that the exact set up I am running for all terrain tires is specifically offered by the dealership but the dealership charged too much so I got them installed at a tire shop instead. I tried to talk to him about the issue but he kept stating I'm having problems because they are custom (he stated this about 5-6 times while there). I told him I need to have a roadforce balance test done and he said it wouldn't help the issue. Once he went inside, another gentleman helped me but the entire time, it seemed like they didn't want to do anything to help, even after I told them I would pay for the services they do. They seemed unhelpful, irritated, and rude about me coming in and asking for this specific service (which bf goodrich sent me here to do) Thankfully I ended up not having my lug nut key with me and so they couldn't do any services. I immediately called Firestone in West Fargo after I left, they understood the situation about a warranty claim. They said they would run a test for me right away and got me in with my vehicle to do exactly what I asked for. Instead of repeatedly telling a customer that they are wrong. You should assess the problem and try to fix it. Long story short, would never recommend this place due to its horrible customer service.

Went in to get an estimate for a set of four tires. Went in two days later to order the tires. They did not reiterate the price so I assumed that the price the salesman told me earlier was correct, but when I had them put on the price jumped up $60. Their sign says no hidden fees, but apparently that didn't apply to me. After the tires were put on, they started to drive it out of the garage, but they had to drive it back in. They almost sent me away without torquing the driver side tires. I drove my car for a day, less than 15 miles, and the front passenger side tire is flat. They charge for quality tire service but only provided me with sub-par work.

They don't BS you, they look out for what's in the customer's best interest. Customer service is always great. No complaints every time I go there (3rd trip today) and I live 90 miles from Fargo. Quality work, good price and fast service. Would highly recommend! 4th trip today. Got a good deal on 4 brand new tires, plus a rebate. I wasn't in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes 18 minutes they said in could pay for the service, vehicle was done before I paid them. Got the nitrogen air for the tires. My vehicle drives so much better now, they always do great work with excellent customer service!

Fargo Tire Services Inc is by far the best tire place in fargo. Not much to look at, but they make up for service. Extremely cheap and very fast service. It took only 15 minutes to change out my blown tire for the new and didn't charge as much as any tire place in Fargo. Let me tell you I went everywhere everywhere.

Took my F350 in to have the alignment check because of a bad shake it developed. The mechanic gave it a thorough test drive and full inspection. This probably took 45 minutes to complete. He was completely honest with me with his conclusion that he could find nothing mechanically wrong and the problem was most likely tire/balance related. They did this all for no charge! I will for sure be going back to get these bad tires replaced there soon. Great service!

John provided me with great service, and a great tire recommendation. I ended up going with a Goodyear Assurance, which is on the higher end of tires, BUT in under 5 minutes I applied for the Goodyear credit card, and was given 0% financing for 6-months, and additional $100 rebate, on top of the $100 provided by Goodyear. I’ll end up paying $200 less than I went in expecting to pay. They also provide free lifetime tire rotation. Their 4+ star rating on Google is well earned, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.

So i bought a set of tires late 2015. Great experience from the start, zero issues until mid June 2017. I hit a nail and got a flat. I brought the tire in for a patch, painless experience. The patch was fixed, BUT when i put the new tire on at home (dropped the bad tire off over my lunch break and picked up after work) it started leaking from the stem when i dropped the jack down. I was able to get the tire back to the shop at about 515pm, 15 minutes before they closed. They not only fixed the issue, but they also took my spare back off and put my tire on within 15 minutes. Yes, it was their fault that another issue came up after the patch. But the way they handled it and did a rush job to not only fix it again free of charge, but to put the tire back on and put my spare in the trunk, was great. I will not buy tires anywhere else. HIGHLY reccomend this shop for tires!

I had the worst experience replacing my breaks with this company on 5/11/18.They where not upfront and honest about the cost and repairs to my car, broke parts of my car that were in fine condition before having them replace parts, tried to charge me for the parts they broke, intimidated me by shutting my car in the garage, and trying to take my main part of evidence to small claims court and send it to be recycled after not disclosing they were going to be doing that when I told them to replace it and put it in my car for evidence. The police were called and after being intimidated several times and ignored by their management they finally settled and comped me the parts they broke. I have been going to Fargo Tire for years, especially to their 32nd branch before it closed, and never have I experienced this horrible service from them. I will never be going back to this company again and suggest no one else does either. They are neglectful, irresponsible, and showed that they have poor customer service.
