Nicest guys ever. They were really busy this morning when I stopped there to see if someone could take a look at my car. It was shaking really bad when I was driving and I had to get back to Minot. One of the mechanics came out and asked me for some info, then took it out on the highway to see what he thought. Then he pulled it into the shop. He balanced my tires for me, but said he wasnt sure exactly what the problem was, and that he'd be happy to dig deeper into it later on. He pulled my car back out of the shop and was stopped by a customer, so he had another mechanic bring me my keys. This guy walks up to me and says here's your keys ma'am, you have a great day. I was like thanks, what do I owe you? He says oh not a thing. I smiled and kinda thought he was joking. He wasnt. They did all that, which may not seem like much to some, for nothing, and were incredibly friendly and helpful. It completely made my whole day. I wish I lived closer, I'd do all my business with this great crew!!!

Straight shooters, through and through. I had a slow leak on a tire. Figured it was a valve stem or something due to the cold weather. Turned out to be a nail. It had punctured my tread and was bent. It was beginning to wear a hole in the side wall from the inside. They brought me back in to the shop, showed me the damage, made me aware of the potential hazard, but in no way upsold me or pressured me in to purchasing a tire right then and there. I felt like I had a friend in the tire biz giving me the low down - the inside scoop. When the time comes to buy a tire(s), I’ll be buying from them.

This is the best service shop I have been to. If there is anything that you need, they will bend over backwards to fit your needs. I wasn't able to drop my car off during service hours and they facilitated a way for me to safely drop it off and leave it. I needed specialty tires, they ordered them, and very reasonably priced. Whenever I have work done there it is always professionally done, and in an extremely timely manner. Everyone is very friendly here, and if you have questions, they will answer them. I recommend this place 100%. I'm so glad I found this place and didn't waste my time elsewhere.

Told me they could get my vehicle in first thing in the am to put on new tires. Called in around 930 to see if it was done and they told me it was almost finished, about 30min to an hour left. So I showed up an hour later to discover my truck wasn't even moved from the spot I parked it in the night before. Not a happy customer.
