Went with my good friend to get new tires on her vehicle. They screwed up the rim and didn’t tell anyone and tried fixing it by adding more weight to that tire. They also put the max load PSI that states on the tire of 55. When they asked the kid working if that’s right he said yeah because of some silly reason I can’t remember. Even tho you’re supposed to go by what’s on the door of your car. Not to mention the wait time for all this was unimaginable so they complained and got told by a higher up to come back that they would fix it. They come back was one of the first ones there only to wait an hour and watch people that came in after them get their vehicle looked at and some already paid and left before theirs was even pulled in. They even tried calling the guy that ask them to come back who also promised he would be there and wasn’t. He didn’t even answer. He didn’t even try calling back till after they took their car to elite tires who had the vehicle pulled in to look at in 15 minutes. We don’t expect business to be perfect but when you can see they aren’t even trying that’s enough to screw a business up.

Google sent me on a goose chase but when i finally found Dan's Tire they were so friendly and helpful unlike the many many shops that wouldn't help at all and sent me down the road with a heavy load and a defective tire and one going flat but not Dan's Tire they squeezed me in and got me fixed and back on the road safe again!!!! Thanks Guy's!!!!!

I dropped of two trucks in one day for balance rotation and U joints on one. The first truck they didn’t change tire pressure when done with job, which I learned about when I hit the highway from the truck sensor. I called them and asked them to make sure they do it on second truck, so all Air Tech did was add air to the rear tires which were the front before rotate, now all tires read around 63-66 psi, each a different number which throws a code in the cluster. I mentioned to the desk no one seemed to mind that a tire shop can’t fill and deflate tires to manufacture suggested pressure. No to mention that the Air Kid jumped out of a clean truck still wearing his shop gloves and muck boots still covered in road pollutants. I paid over $64 for balance and rotation. I spoke with the shop manager about it he said that this was an isolated incident and that the shop tech responsible was on his last leg.

Can't say enough good about them, they are very honest in their service instead of trying to sell you what you don't need they fix what needs fixed and only that at a very reasonable rate and very fast, that's how you keep repeat customers, been there 2 different times with 2 different vehicles for brakes and both times did excellent job, I was told by ford dealer needed callipers and was going to costeoporosis $400 just for brakes, Dan's Tire explained to me no need for callipers saving me well over $200. A+ service

I got a rather large screw in my tire around noon but didn’t get off work till 7pm. I called Dans tire to help me out. They showed up within 2 hours of my call. I figured, it wouldn’t be too bad since I work just up the road from them. The lady I spoke on the phone with asked for my bank card upfront. I asked how much it would cost and she said she wouldn’t know till he figured out what would be needed. New tire or just a plug. Once the guy showed up he let me know a plug would do. I then asked him how much it would be but he didn’t have a clue. He said the office people do the charges and they would get back to me. Until then, he took my tire back to his shop to plug it then brought it back and asked for my signature. Again, no total. BUT he got my e-mail address for them to send me an invoice. The next day I got an invoice, after my account was charged, stating: Repair was $22 Service Call was $200!!! $100 When he came out to get the tire and another $100 to bring it back??? Who does that to someone?? My work is 5 minutes away. I will never call/use them again.

I went through them once. I had them mount tires and they broke off 3 lug caps, and they tightened my lugs so tight that 2 studs snapped 6 months later trying to get a wheel off. 2 months after that i took it somewhere else for a seized brake and they had a lug snap in half and they had to torch it out. im lucky they didnt snap when i was going down the road they were on so tight. Im happy with elite now.

I bought 4 trailer tires for my crude trailer & I was in & out with exactly what I was looking for & for a decent price in 20mins. Been there 3 times in 7yrs (1st 2 times were emergencies) regretted every time I went somewhere else, as they're kinda far from Sidney MT, but totally worth the trip!

Prices are high. $22 to fix a flat that they didn't have to take off the truck or even the rim. I even marked where the screw was in the tire for them. They also made me pay over the phone because they didn't finish it until after they were closed. Last time I dropped my truck off to get a flat fixed they didn't call until the next day. Will be going somewhere else from now on. Fool me once... I tried.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Dan's Tire Service. They are professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I went in to get a quote on replacing the hubs and wheel bearings on my car. They took a look at my car, informed me of the situation, sat down with me to help me find the parts we would need, and was very flexable with scheduling an appointment to bring the car in for the repairs. When I went in for the hub and wheel bearing repairs with an addition to an alignment, I recieved prompt service and was given an initial review and told the approximate wait time (which wasn't a very long wait as I awaited in the lobby). After my car was repaired, I was informed of the work that had been done and was very pleased with the results. I would use Dan's Tire Service again and I do recommend it.

Not very pleased with the lack of communication and sub par customer service. Only went in because I thought it was going to be much faster for a flat repair. Over the phone they made it sound like it wasn’t very busy and it would be quick. (I waited over 1.5hrs) Turns out the tire was trashed so had to order new ones. Paid for them on the spot. Initially told me that they would be there the next day, and that if my wife was there first thing they could get her in because it’s first come first serve, (Understandable) and that’s the only reason I agreed to stay with them. She gets there first thing, but still has to wait. (At least an hour) only to have them tell her that they don’t have the tires. Rich or Mitch or whatever his name is acts like she should know that it’s unreasonable for them to be there that early they were only ordered yesterday. Even tho he is the one who said ” ya they’ll be here tomorrow, and they can do it first thing, as long as not to many people ahead of her” said they should be there around 10-11 and to come back, because people have schedules and obligations other than sitting in tire shop lobby’s for hours at a time. She can’t come back so she’ll be back tomorrow. Next day comes, she shows later in the morning. Sits down, (45mins-1hr wait) AGAIN THE TIRES ARENT THERE, and they tell her AFTER SHE HAS ALREADY BEEN WAITING IN THE LOBBY. He doesn’t know where they are, but he’s finally on the case! Obviously they don’t want our business so I call every other tire shop in town which is what I should have done initially. (If I’m going to wait 3 days for tires I might as well go to one that tells me it’s going to be a 3 day wait instead of waste hours in a lobby till I can get told they aren’t there not once but twice) nobody has them or can get them before we need them so we are stuck. Said they can get her in first thing tho in the morning, the tires are on the truck the truck is in new town, they will be here today. Next day. Wait 1.5hrs tires are finally on. Ask her how she’s gonna pay for the tires, even tho I already paid for them 3 days earlier. There are other shops in town who will work a lot harder for your dollar than this one will, and who will be up front about wait times and expected delays. Only giving 2 stars because the tires are reasonably priced, and the shop guys were nice on my initial visit.

Called on three separate occasions with make and model info, along with the request of work that needed to be done. Came into Dan's Tire only to sit in their lobby for 2 1/2 hrs before they said they couldn't replace a stud on my car due to its difficulty. With the information given over the phone, I'd have been far more satisfied to hear that then as opposed to further along where it wouldn't be possible for me to simply go elsewhere the same day.
