Adorable! Awesome Decor, I wanted to stay there drink coffee and watch fixer upper all day. They repaired my tire quick and just charged me $20 flat. Excellent. I will be going back to have my brakes looked at soon!

I'm a Fargo native but now live in Minneapolis and anytime I need work done on my car, I take special trips home to Dakota Tire and of course visit family. While the customer service at most shops really leaves something to be desired, the Dakota Tire team really goes above and beyond your expectations to help personalize the experience as well as make sure you are taken care of. I've recently visited and their new waiting area is incredible. They've got a fireplace and comfy chairs to make you feel relaxed as well as a nice kitchenette, play area for the kiddos, and clean spacious bathrooms. Overall, I've been working with Dakota Tire for the last 10+ years and they are and will continue to be my #1 pick for tire and mechanic work.

Seemed nice at first, however they promised more than they could deliver. Take no responsibility for their actions or mistakes and drag their feet when giving refunds. However this is probably a great place to get your tractor tires changed.

Called 10 minutes before I showed up and they said, "we will get you in". Took around an hour but that was expected since it was right before quiting time. Good tire prices, plus they have good used tires also. Very friendly and you can leave knowing you weren't screwed over! Will be a returning customer!

Had a screw in the tire that I thought was too close to the tire shoulder to fix. Brought it in on a busy Saturday 45 minutes prior to closing expecting to be told I need to replace it. They put me down to have a look and were able to fix it. They even stayed late to get it, and the rest of the cars in line done. It's so nice to find a business that has real customer service. I have a new tire place.

May 2018, I purchased new tires for my 2010 Honda Accord from an outside source because Dakota Tire does not sell that brand. I called Dakota Tire and asked if they would put them on, the technician said they would install them anytime. I showed up without an appointment (really impressed, that they got me in without an appointment). The techs did an amazing job! It was quick in quick out. A few weeks later, I had replaced my tie rods on my 2004 Honda Accord and I needed an alignment, so naturally I am going to take it to Dakota Tire (I mean, they have treated me good before). This time I made an appointment (no problem) once again it was quick in quick out. Job well done! Then things started to change in July 2018 when the tires on my 2010 were losing air pressure, I called Dakota Tire and they said bring it in anytime, I figured it was a valve stem issue or a slow bead leak, (which I told the Lady on the phone) they said “we’ll take care of it, it happens all the time” I told my wife to bring it in on her day off, she swings in there and they immediately told her that it was probably a nail in the tire (even though I checked the air and three tires were low) Nails in all three tires? How is that possible? They determined it was a valve stem issue, on one of the tires, they corrected the problem but told her that it was a kit that I would have to purchase to fix the rest. I am very confused why I was quoted an $80 price (when I told the technician that it had TPMS) wouldn’t that be part of the service, or the quote? I was under the impression that the quote consisted of taking the old tires off, cleaning the rims around where the bead sits, and check the valve stem or replace them if need be. It is my understanding the more you take the tires on and off the rims the harder it is on them, right? I feel that I didn’t purchase tires for $500 and pay another $80 to have someone weaken the integrity of them. I’m not looking for anything other than complete transparency for the next guy or anyone who is reading this. I was very happy with this shop until this happened.

Got a flat tire on I29, 30 miles north of Fargo. Called them and got 2 new tires installed 30 minutes after I got there. Extremely fast and friendly service. They went out of there way to make sure I was back on the road as fast as possible. Highly recommend.

Purchased set of new 33 1250 20 in July '18 special order through here. Brought truck back in for rotation and the truck was shaking once we hit 50mph. Brought back in 3 times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong even after seeing tires were getting worn down especially one tire where tread is almost smooth towards inside of tire. We finally gave up on going back here because the truck couldn't be on the road with how bad it was shaking. Went to OK tire in Fargo, ND and all it needed was an alignment! But sadly had too put 35s back on as the 33s were shot. I've brought all my vehicles here and even recommended to friends and family about how great Dakota Tire is but I've changed my mind. $1200 for tires that lasted less than 4 months and could've been fixed by a simple alignment! Never once did Dakota Tire advise it *update* emailed Cassie with receipt of alignment and never heard a response.

As a younger woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I always dread bringing my car into shops. I feel like people are trying to sell me things my car (Hank) doesn’t need. I called to make an appointment but they said to bring it in whenever. When I went to Dakota Tire for the first time this morning I was greeted right away and felt at ease. These gentleman had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I’m satisfied with the service I received & will be coming back for all my car needs.

Last 2 experiences have been a disaster. They are nice but take no responsibility for their actions. Fool me once same on you, fool me twice same on you...well they wont be getting the the 3rd chance to redeem themselves because i am already saying F-you. We had been customers for many many years and the last 2 years they have gone down hill. Not satisfied with them at all anymore. Would rather pay a bit for and wait a bit longer to have it done elsewhere.

I have had my tires fixed here more times than I can count. Have also had work done on one of our vehicles, some suspension work. They're so great to work with! UPDATE: I had one small issue where the tire repair failed right away (new valve stem). They were incredibly nice about it when I contacted them and had me come in to get it fixed. Still my favorite tire place in FM!
