Excellent service! Bismarck Tire Center was the most reasonably priced place in town for tires with balancing and an alignment. They were able to fit me in on the same day and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service. Even tried finding me a match to my tires around town because the didn't carry mine. Ended up bying here anyway. They didn't try to talk me into anything...just have me the information and helped me decide what was best. I had a taillight that they looked into even though their normal technician was out for the day. Great location just outside of Bismarck. Oil changes are comparable (if not cheaper) and they don't use any off brand oils. This is my new shop! HIGHLY recommended.

These guys are bad news. Seek an honest and reputable service shop elsewhere in the Bismarck-Mandan area. They'll pull the "bait-and-switch" and think nothing of it; a rip-off is part of their business model I guess. I saved the $170 and walked out. Sure it wasted my time, but at least the dishonest clowns didn't get my money. I went in there for new tires and an alignment. Easy enough, right? The guy talked down to me like I've never been in a service shop and tries to explain how tires and suspensions work for no reason. I had automotive grime all over my fingernails still from working on my old muscle car over the weekend. I don't own an alignment machine, but I'm no car idiot even though I can't stand working on these new ones. The condescending tone was a red flag. I've experienced this personality type in big cities I've lived in, and so I asked to see the paperwork in case they were going to try something funny. Good thing I acted on my suspicions. The price was $100 more than quoted. Why? There was a charge for their "free" lifetime balancing and tire rotation. I also noticed the alignment wasn't in the paperwork - oh, that's $70 more he told me. I said it was included in the quote, and the response was no it wasn't in the quote and I never asked about it. I looked around and see my name is on their roster for an alignment! What a disgrace. Bismarck used to be such a good place to do business, but more and more folks like this are setting up shop and doing their thing. I can't imagine how dishonest and aggressive they get with female customers.

Their team was extremely polite and professional when I had returned upset after Bismarck Motor Company recommended new break pads during an oil change when I recently had them replaced at Bismarck Tire Center. They got my vehicle lifted right away and took care of any concerns.

My grandfather, my father and I have all gone here for years. These guys are the absolute epitome of a reliable, small town place that you only dream of being able to take your vehicle. A little rough around the edges but I trust a place focused on quality service over one that's concerned about their polished look. These guys have been nothing but honest and fair over the years. Can't recommend enough.

This is regards to a simple muffler installation. I arranged to bring two new mufflers to Mandan Tire Center. Mandan and Bismarck are under the same management. I was given a quote for the install and scheduled the work. I received a call that the install quote would be higher by 156%. From $80 to $205 for just an install. They claimed that removing the two pieces of wire I used to limp my way to town would add labor to the job. I canceled my muffler job and the oil change I had scheduled as well. I went to a muffler installation center on South 12th Street, Bismarck and they did the install for $60.00 This is not a typo,,,,, it was $60.00 I went to discuss my disappointment with the Bismarck Tire Center Manager. He said that he was perfectly fine with the quote I received. I expressed my disappointment again and he was still perfectly fine with it. My family had done business there from the 70's and as much as I don't like doing this to a local business, I can't keep this from all who are looking for a FAIR deal. At this time, I am shopping for tires in Bismarck. Bismarck Tire Center has the tires I want. This is close to a $900 set for my Suburban. Unfortunately for them,,,, I will buy from another dealer that has the same tire. This is how my business will continue.........possibly forever.

DONT GO HERE! I just called this place and they have a poor attitude and bad way of dealing with people. They were not very helpful over the phone in trying to help me find what I needed so it would likely be a similar attitude if I went in to have my car serviced as well.

Don't pay attention to these bad reviews, this place does great work and goes out of their way to help you. Bismarck and Mandan Tire are not "under the same management", they are under the same OWNER, not managers. As for being out of town and needing a tire repair, this place is not a hospital ER, they are a tire and service business and you need to make an appointment! They try to get walk-ins when they can but I don't know ANY service shop that hires 1 guy to just take walk in tire repairs. This place is busy for a reason and it is not because they are rude and dishonest! Everyone has bad days and I am sure these employees do also, remember, you are probably not the first customer they have had to deal with today that feels that their (customer) issue is the most important issue in the world. These guys work hard to make sure their customers are happy and like I said earlier, this business is very busy and you have to make an appointment for a reason! If you want quality service and work, make sure to go here! These guys are the ONLY people I allow to touch my vehicles, both less then 5 years old and I won't even take them to the dealership unless it is a warranty issue!

Don't go here..... From out of town and had a flat tire and needed to leave Sunday morning. Came in on a Thursday and they told me they could look at it the following Tuesday with a " too bad for you" attitude. Went down to Tyre Mart on main street and they were friendly and helpful, I was in and out with a fixed tire in 15 minutes.

Great family owned tire shop. I've bought car tires here, had flats fixed, small snowblower tires fixed, etc. Customer service is great, what you expect from a locally owned long term community business. I usually call ahead but I don't think you necessary have to. Prompt service as well.

This place is a joke with absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a brand new set of all season tires that they personally recommended less than 5 months ago. I put about 6,000 miles on tires that were rated at 50,000. They wore down & became complete garbage & a total hazard once we got our first snow fall. An employee told me that they have been having really bad luck with these tires & multiple other customers are not getting anywhere near what the tires are rated at. So at that point I asked about a replacement pair as a normal person would when they were sold a defective product that they paid full price for. They proceeded to tell me that they would do a mileage warranty so I would pay for the amount of miles I put on the tires, which was about $13 per tire. I said sure, as long as these tires would be better. They had to order these new tires in, they said it would be about a week & they would call me. A week passed & still no call...I called them & they said "oh yeah, we have those in" Then I asked them when we could get them put on, they told me they would't be able to get me in for another week. Keep in mind, I don't have a car that is safe to drive at this point & these guys are just giving me the run around. Then I finally get my car into the shop & they want to charge me for balancing & labor for the replacement tires, tires I would not need to get replaced if they sold me a good product in the first place. I tried talking to higher ups to explain this situation, but they were just rude & not willing to make it right to a customer that has been going to them for the past couple years. So if you need tires or any other work, just avoid this place. Go to Tires Plus, I've heard good things about them, that's where I'm going to bring my business from now on.

The best place in Bismarck to get your oil changed or your car repaired. Reliable service and they only repair what needs to be repaired. Very trustworthy staff! What more can you ask for when getting work done on your vehicle??!!!
