The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I had my car towed to stokes tire. Because I heard of the great services they offer. So I decided to give them a try. My alternator had went out and they were fast. Very nice staff also. When I went to get my car after it was finished they offer me a couple of carnation flowers. Nice work gentleman. You did a great job if this was a 10.star I give it to you, because you deserve it.

Dropped vehicle of at 12 said it would be done by 3 .When I showed up vehicle still sitting in same spot un touched. They said they were busy but had five guys sitting in the office talking. Didn't even bother calling and letting me know what was going on. They also do a poor job on alignments .

Stokes tire is the best place to have your vehicles serviced and the best place for tires. The staff there are very friendly and will go out of there way to make your purchase the best for you. They have several location all over this area to make them your stop for your auto needs. They are part of the mock/beroth fire and auto stores, so find one near you and give them a try.

We have been customers here since we moved to this area 20 plus years ago. A few weeks ago we bought yet another set of tires. In a few more weeks we are going to buy another set for a different vehicle. Forever ago we started getting tires here due to price and convenience. We keep coming back due to service. Over 20 plus years we have had a few issues. They have always addressed them in a way that makes you feel you were treated fair and your valued as a customer. Whether it was T or Eddie, or whomever else you deal with, you still get that "old school" service feel that seems to be disappearing.

Got tires at Stokes Tire over the summer of 2018 and had them rotated in October 2018 and by January 2019 tires were completely shot. They said they aligned them when I got them and now blame me for what happened to the tires. When I called to talk to them about the issue, they immediately got defensive and accusatory instead of wanting me to bring it in and check it out.

Ok so my girlfriend goes here today to drop off here tire and rim to have a new tire put on the rim, 1 tire not a set. She drops it off goes home and waits for them to call her to come back. They didn't have her tire in stock and had to get one from another location. They call her back saying she's ready to come back and have the tire put back on the vehicle. She's been there a hour waiting have a tire put back on her car. I drove 15 mins from work to help her put the spare on and take off the bad tire. She has a scissor jack, I'm able to do that in less than 10 mins and have her on the road to stokes tire. But they can't put a 4 lug wheel on in less than a hour after they say to bring the car back and have the new one put on. My 2 year old daughter could have done this job faster. That's sad Stokes tire. You really need to put some pep in your step.

I had to have a lot of expensive work done on my car that I honestly didn’t have the money for but it had to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. It was about $100 less than what I was expecting. Then the following day my check engine light came back on for something totally unrelated to what I was getting fixed originally. They had me drop my car off and gave me a loaner to drive for the day. They called me towards the end of the day and said they found the problem and fixed it and I could come get my car. I went to pick up my car and they didn’t charge me a dime. And to top it off they said that they would call me middle of next week to see how it’s doing. I have never received such wonderful service anywhere and the employees couldn’t have been any nicer. Brandon and Rocky both went above and beyond what their job requires. I really felt like they genuinely cared. I will never go anywhere else!

I used to be a loyal customer bringing 4 vehicles in for maintenance plus referring family, as well. For the second time, I had made an appointment with Brandon only to show up at the specified appointment time and be told I was lying and would have to wait in line but "next time call and make an appointment".... funny, I knew i had specifically talked to Brandon. No one bothered to ask Brandon, who was also standing at the desk. No other assistance offered, so I had my service done elsewhere. I was later called on my cell phone to be told that Brandon had indeed recalled making my appointment and the man I had talked to, who is part owner by the way, was not familiar with the system. I'm sorry, either be familiar with the process or step aside because you're alienating your (used to be) customers. This won't hurt the Beroth business with my taking business elsewhere but I'm not going to be treated in that manner and pay for it.

I was looking to replace the original dealer install tires with something similar. Brandon quickly looked for portions and suggested similar brand name rated tires for my current application. Tires were balanced and installed within an hour and I'm back on the road. (Thanks Tech Bryan!) Prices were competitive and cheaper than your big box tire retailers, which they are introducing tire brands that I never heard off and brand name prices.
