The one in Clayton, sold my niece a BAD tire and then refused to replace it only after 2 hours of putting it on. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! WILL NEVER GET OUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Went to get a tire on friday saturday morning my tire was flat again upon removing the rim i noticed they did not use the weights i told them my after market rims need. Steering wheel shakes to the point i can barley keep it on the road. If you cant follow simple instruction by the customer maybe just close ur doors. Would not recommend this place or the rockside in smithfield to anyone.

Why haven't I known about these guys before!? They are really really nice people. My wife had a blow out on I40 and need the tire to be plugged. Upon arrival I was greeted by the same nice gentleman that the other reviews are speaking of. They took one look at the tire and realized it couldn't be plugged safely which meant I had to replace the tire. Luckily they sell used tires so I opted for one of them. The replacement was only $35. I would have spent much more being forced to buy a new tire at the competition. I was in and out of that place with a replacement tire in less than 20 minutes. That is MUCH quicker than the local competition (ie-Just Tires). I would and am recommending these guys to everyone I know. GO HERE!!!

Do not come to this place!! They are thiefs!!! Worst place I could have ever gone to!! This place needs to be shut down immediately they have a law suit coming soon!!! Everyone plz be careful they steal tire sensors!! not knowing my car was completely electric and it let me know it was not getting a reading! I took it to dodge to get them reset and they told me they had bin removed by whoever changed my tires priviously and it was them when confronted they are trying to deny we had ever bin there!!!

Great experience. Courteous professional installers. I had tires and all they needed from me was the lug key. They installed the new tires very quickly. The waiting area is simply folding chairs with a coffee maker. But I wasn't there long enough to think about needing a drink or snacks. No frills - just an efficient tire installation shop that I highly recommend.

I purchased a used tire from here about a month ago. A week after purchasing the tire it blew out and completely shredded pretty severely damaging my vehicle and could have very easily caused my car to flip and who knows what would have happened.. Scary.. When I got this tire replaced the tech informed me that the tire I purchased from Rockside in Clayton, NC was made in 1993 and advised me to never buy a tire from them again!!!!! These guys are not only dishonest but also jeapordized my life and my vehicle!!!

The tall guy who works there not sure if he is the owner or not needs a lesson in customer service. Pricing tires over there is frowned upon. Attitude fix needed. How can you say $90 a tire and when Iask you what brand you say you dont know?? So who is supposed to know??

My husband had purchased some used tires from Rockside Tires in Clayton across from Smithfield Chicken and BBQ. He installed them that same night at our home. The following day I was on my way to the office from a business meeting and had a flat tire! It just so happened that I was near Rockside Tires so I kept driving and pulled up to this store. I walked in and spoke with a nice gentleman named Will and told him what was going on. He took the tire off that my husband had purchased the previous day, replaced it and installed it for me with in 10-15 mins. I asked him what I owed him and he said NOTHING! I could not beleive it. That kind of service is greatly appreciated and I will go no where else but Rockside Tires from here on out. They have great service, wonderful used and new tires for the price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank You Rockside Tires for your help! :)

Great service and great prices. They always have the weird size in I need for my jeep that Murray's tire's never seems to have since they say "they are near impossible to get used with any tread left".....guess what? NOT TRUE! Rockside the last several times I have been there has had them and they have been a matching set of 4 or known name brand tire's. The last set I just got have very little tread wear and are almost new and I got them at used price. $144-$170 depending on brand on a set of 4, will always pass inspection and get through for a while especially if you just drive to and from work. If a tire has an issue or doesn't pass inspection they replace it on the spot free of charge.

Small Hispanic owned business who had me out within 30 minutes with 2 new tires mounted and balanced. One inside bay, but you pull under an awning and they change your tires outside. Friendly and efficient.

I don't like ANYTHING about this place ....I went to get a repair on a tire because of a small nail....they told me I needed a whole new tire among the purchase two days later it blows completely apart.....NO GOOD TIRES!!!

The man that assisted me was polite and quick to find out what I needed I had to have a nail removed from my tire he had me pull right into the service bay where he removed the nail and plugged the hole. I went to two other tire service places including this place all within walking distance of each other and this place was very accommodating it took him less than 30 minutes to complete. I would recommend.

The guys at Rockside Tire are amazing! I originally went because of a nail in my tire. I was very lucky as the nail didn’t puncture my tire - I have expensive tires on my vehicle. Being a female and not knowing a ton about tires they could have taken advantage of that. They were very polite, explained and answered all my questions. Recently I went because of low tires pressure and they were happy to check my tires and add air where needed. Fantastic service and very friendly!!

Went first to another tire shop because we were close by. As usual it is a big tire chain. They told us the tire could not be patched. But, they would sell us two new tires, $480.00 (they said they had to be put on in pairs). The tires on it were new. Went to Rockside! They patched the tire, went out of their way to show us that it was in a perfect place to be patched. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient. Very nice people who I will now take all of my tire needs to!!
