Even though electrical systems aren't their speciaility, they straightened out a problem with the window switches in my Jeep Cherokee. The place I'd trust with my grandmother's car-repair needs! It seems so difficult to find a place for auto repair that's trustworthy these days! And to find a service center that provides that, AND also offers friendly service and such surprisingly fair prices is almost too good to be true. But that is how I've come to feel about M&M Tire. I've been using them exclusively now for perhaps three years. And they continue to impress me. Sometimes even amazing me. They have more than once declined to perform (and charge me for) a job I bought my car believing I needed -- finding some smaller, less costly correction instead. When a business protects you even from your own mistaken assumptions -- when it would benefit them to just shut up and do what you've requested -- it feels reasonable to trust them not to take advantage of you in other areas... A sincere Thank You to Mark Middleton and his fine crew!!

The best auto mechanic experience I've had in years. A few years ago I took my car to the dealer to get some needed repairs done. After a $4K estimate, I went to M&M who completed the repairs for ~$500. We take all our family cars to M&M without hesitation and they always complete the job as expected and at a price we can always afford. Our cars are in great shape and with hundreds of thousands of miles on them. We wouldn't be there without the affordable and quality assistance of M&M Tire.

Terrible service and shoddy repair. Having to replace a timing belt again a year later after M&M performed original repair and no one at this business cares or is willing to correct their mistake. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Be wary! It's clearly cheaper than a dealership for a reason...

They deserve a no star review but I have to give a star to give this review. They are nothing more than highway robbers. Took my car in today for the check engine light inspection and oil change at 7:30 am. They did not call me until 3pm, they didn't change my oil and charged $250 for changing spark plugs and doing a tune up I never asked to be done. Do NOT trust these people especially a woman named Michele, they only are there to take advantage of you. I'm going up tomorrow to get my car taken out of their system, I will NOT be going back. I won't be able to pay rent this week because of their thievery.

Went to M&M to get a wheel replaced. I provided the wheel and had them change the tire from the old wheel to the new wheel. They were unable to complete the process, they had trouble removing the tire and suggested that due to the offset of the wheel they were unable to remove the tire. The wheel was a Camaro SS 1LE factory wheel. Took it to another tire shop and they had no problem removing the tire. Unfortunately, not only were they unable to remove the tire, they also scratched the wheel in two places (luckily this wheel was going back to the manufacturer due to a defect), and additionally they jacked the car up incorrectly which caused damage to the front passenger fender. They were gracious enough to pay for the damages after I pointed them out and got repair quotes, however they never apologized for the inconvenience and in fact they claimed over and over that it was not their fault and there is no way they could have caused the damage. Body shop confirmed that the damage was due to improper jacking of the vehicle. Truly unfortunate, as this shop is within walking distance of my house and I would have loved to be able to have a reputable shop so close, however after my experience I cannot recommend them to perform even the most basic of tasks.

The best auto repair experience I have ever had was at M & M Tire. Mark, Brian, Adam, and Michelle do incredible work at a very fair price. The customer service is without a doubt the very best! The prices on tires and car services is very competitive with the places that treat you as a number. At M & M, they treat every customer with respect! Their diagnostic team of Jason and others accessed my car problem and had it repaired in a matter of an hour. And the price tag did not break the bank like other places would had.
