Went to Midway for my annual auto inspection. Richard (owner) and probably the kindest man in Hampstead took care of things right away, though I am never in a hurry at Midway, so much to look over in onsite thrift shop. I never leave empty handed.

Horrible customer service. I walk in the door and an older gentleman comes out from the back and says, "What"? I should have left right then. I let him know I want an inspection and he mutters something and then snaps at me and says rudely that I need your keys. As he walks out the door he mutters something else, so I ask him if he has a problem. He just looks at me and says "do you want an inspection or not". I let him know right then I didn't want one from HIM. Not sure how you stay in business as a vehicle inspection place when customers apparently "bother" employees by simply asking them to do their service.
