IJust got an inspection and oil change today. We get in the car afterwards and there is oil all over the armrest of the door. The steering wheel is covered with oil too. My husband cleaned it with an alcohol wipe and showed the manager. Unbelievable! We won't be coming back

Serious problem with following directions. I brought my vehicle in for inspection. I take very good care of all my cars, but this one in particular is very expensive, and has a tan interior. I spent at least 2 or 3 minutes explaining to the guy to be careful about getting oil on the interior. Did they listen, nope. I wish I could post pictures, the interior door handle had so much oil on it, as if to say screw you and your request. The door threshold looked like they danced on it, the lower door panel had black marks, as did the main panel, steering wheel, outside handle and drip rail. Haven't cleaned it yet, so I'm sure there is more. Again, tan interior, inspection(not oil change), spent 3 mins discussing my concerns with the gentleman, and to please be conscientious. I guess they really don't care what the customer wants. They did complete the inspection, but also causing me to spend who knows how long cleaning oil(which can be very difficult to remove) off my tan interior. Very disappointed, and I am sure if that's how they perform when being asked to be careful, I am sure there are a whole lot of dark interior cars rolling out with oil all over the inside. This story will be told to everyone I know to stay away, unless they like oily interiors, and spending hours cleaning

Very poor service. They didn't know how to correctly install my A/C air filter, but they also knocked a bunch of leaves in the cabin fan when they were replacing it, causing a LOUD knocking sound. I noticed right away, pulled back around and asked them to look at it. A manager came out and automatically started arguing with me that it sounded completely normal without even looking at it. I then cranked the A/C and the noise became much more apparent. They fiddled with it for max 5 minutes and said it sounded fine for a second time. At this point it was obvious they were not going to help me any further so I left. At home I open up the air filter myself and pulled out 5+ leaves that had fallen into the fan, which fixed the problem. The main issue with this Jiffy Lube was their unwillingness to accept responsibility for Jiffy Lube's obvious mistake.

Employees are extremely nice and have no problem answering all the questions you may have (unlike other places who get annoyed if you don't know something), very quick with whatever you need, been there a few times for oil changes, but last time was for the inspection & tire rotation, place was full and took them no more than 20-25 minutes. Pricing is fair as well, will keep coming back for sure.

After a great start and being met in the parking lot by an employee it all went down hill. We moved our vehicle to the line and informed a different employee that we would be dropping it off and heading to breakfast. We were instructed to head into the office and someone would discuss pricing. After ten minutes and multiple employees seeing us waiting I asked if we could go. A third employee said they still needed information but did not offer to take it. Another five passed and finally an employee came in to ask three short questions. Not a professional staff. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere. Note: They did offer me $10 off for my experience, however this was the same discount available with the printed coupon and available online that I already had.

I went to this Jiffy Lube today to get an oil change. I had purchased a Groupon. They met me outside, showed me where the bathroom was and lead me to the waiting area. They rotated my tires, changed my oil, vacumed my car, cleaned the windshield and topped off fluids. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I recommend this location. They are fast and friendly!!

sorry, but these guys are completely incompetent. Not only that, but they are arrogant as well. They said their computers couldn't read my sensors. Of course, this was after waiting an hour and a half for what I was told would be a 40 minute wait. When I paid, they only charged me for the inspection. I indicated that the DMV required both an inspection and emissions certificate. They check and agreed with me. Another 15 minutes passed and then they come tell me the bad news. I immediately drove to my mechanic who hooked his machine up to my sensor and it read it perfectly. It passed without a problem. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but the North Salt Lake Jiffy Lube. The are incompetence personified.

Not happy with my recent experiences here with this location. I feel like the quality and service as been going down hill. Today was the tipping point for this review. Despite being next in line, it took me over an hour to get my car in the bay. After which they informed me that my jiffy lube sticker was incorrect and that I didn't need an oil change yet. And then to change an air filter took another 25 minutes.

I was told it would be 40 minutes before they got to my car, I'm in no particular rush so I say that's fine. It was just over an hour and a half before they pulled it in. I was beginning to wonder if there was a miscommunication and they were simply building me a new engine I'm writing this review while sitting in the waiting room. In total my experience will have taken over 2 hours......It would not surprise me to find customers routinely expire of hunger and dehydration at this jiffy lube location.

During my lunch break. I stopped to have my fluids checked. I had been a long time customer. I asked technician how much it would cost for an state inspection since my registration renewal was due. He assured me that it would take 15- 20 minutes. And he quoted me $30. The inspection took 45 minutes and they charged me $40.00. Stating that I required a window tint inspection also.And that cost an extra $10.00. No one asked or informed me of the extra cost. When I spoke to manager. He said that maybe the technician didn't know. I then called and spoke with Jeff, their corporate contact. He insisted that if I had tinted windows, they were required to perform the added inspection.He did not address that I was not asked or informed before doing extra work and incurring extra charges. Don't go here, they have lost a longtime loyal customer.

I will never use this service again... When I got my oil change they failed to mention that a major part in my car was about to blow and I shouldn't have drove it. The day after the oil change the check engine light came on so I took it to a reputable person and they took care of me and actually cared about my safety. Just because they are efficient, doesn't mean they know what they are doing or how to protect you.... Not worth it!!!

Huge scam this Jiffy Lube sucks every time I go there they have another SCAM. Last year they wanted to charge me 21$ FOR A WIPER BLADE I called their bullshit and went to Walmart down the road and got the exact same wiper blade for $3. Pissed me off This time I wanted to get my car inspected the scammers said they had to charge me an extra 10$ because I had tinted windows that were after market and were not by the manufacturer. When in fact the vehicle was owed and maintained by the dealer and the tint was a product of the manufacturer. So these butt wipes wanted to charge me 10$ extra for 13 seconds worth of work. The idiots could have finished the inspection instead of wasting time trying to scam me out of money so I have been writing factual reviews about this scammer operation and will continue to do so. Until I get an apology and gas money refund for them being incompetent. This is the most unprofessional ripoff I have ever seen!

Waited an extra 30 minutes for people to paint nowhere near the auto bays. For some reason there was a extra $10 charge to let my oil drain? Never seen that one before. And $10 per quart for extra (plain old conventional) oil... what a joke. If you drive a tiny hatch back you might get ripped of less. SUVs steer clear.

These guys were very friendly and quick to get my car in. The service was great and I’d definitely go back. I only had one issue and it’s not with the service for my oil change, which is why I didn’t give them less then 5 starts. I went in and they have a counter with hot chocolate, soda, etc. so I grabbed cup and filled it up with hot chocolate. I sat down and one of the ladies at the desk politely asked me to come up and pay for my drink. I was surprised because I had no idea it wasn’t complimentary. I paid for the drink and asked where the prices were, and it’s a tiny little sticker next to the size of cup, below the waist, and not in any line of sight. It’s not a big deal and I’d definitely go back. Just wanted to point it out.

They let me know before driving into the bay and charging me, that it wouldn't pass inspection due to a windshield crack, longer than 2 inches. I got the windshield replaced two days later, stopped in and got my inspection done. By letting me know, they saved me time and money.

My check engine light came on and I knew i also needed a little power steering fluid. I pulled up and was directed to a bay by a very polite professional. He topped off the power steering, plugged in his computer and diagnosed the issue within just a few minutes. I'll definitely be going back for my oil changes and inspections in the future.

I go to Jiffy Lube for every Signature Service Oil Change and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are always more than pleasant and accommodating. The service has been even quicker each time that I go so the waiting is not bad at all. My last visit was especially helpful since I drove in with a broken skid plate which was embarassingly dragging on the ground. The staff explained to me that they would remove it but that it was not crucial to replace anytime soon. They were excellent at putting my mind at ease and letting me ask all of the questions I had (since I don't know much about car parts and their functions!) I always recommend Jiffy Lube when referring to Oil Changes. The coupons that they offer are also helpful (especially since I run fill synthetic oil!)

They left the cap almost completely loose, it was leaking and then we had it checked and the guy said it was ready to fall off. They didn't reset the car either, poor quality control. Unfortunately we changed the oil right before a trip and it could have been a disaster had we noticed early. When my wife called them, they started telling her that it's probably because we didn't do the transmission fluid and other up-sells they wanted us to do. :). The car wash is nice and it's a nice place to go but the main part of the job needs to be done right.

Faster than anyone in the area, took 15 minutes start to finish.... but you're going to pay for that. Oil change service was almost twice the price of the dealership - who couldn't get me in for two weeks, and usually take an hour more to do the same job. So, worth it for the time saved and convenience to me. They do the usual filters up-sell ("your filters have a trivial bit of dirt on them, would you like to replace them?), and their filters are at stupid prices; that said the dealership isn't much better in this regard.

These people are professional scam artists. I went to them to change my oil and I never had any oil leakage problems until after they put the filter on incorrectly, causing a major oil leak. Not to mention them trying to sell me a bunch of other bullshit that I didn't need. Then they put on the service record that my car had oil leakage problems PRIOR to taking it in (it didn't.) And that was their way of covering their asses for messing up my car causing a lot of money in damages.

Too many bad experiences to go back for anything except oil changes. They failed me on a few things for my state inspection. I went to a nearby mechanic who said they were just flat out wrong. The mechanic seemed familiar with them and said "They are good people, it's just a bunch of kids learning". I know Saturday mornings are busy, but it took 2 hours to do a state inspection. I think they may have just forgot about me. It has been this way they last couple of times. I wouldn't recommend them for anything except oil changes. And when you do those make sure to get a coupon.

I’ve had some truly awful experiences when it comes to my car. I’ve been taken advantage of and ripped off more times than I can count, but I have never had that experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff of technicians are kind and considerate and have never tried to upsell products. They are honest in regards to parts that need to be replaced and which ones can go a little longer. As someone who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars, this is the service I respect. I also love that they have a female technician to make women feel more at ease about bringing their cars in. I recently went in on a Thursday morning for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement and was out in less than 20 minutes.

The last 2 times I've gone they did not reset the check engine button, which only comes on in my car because it's past due for oil changes. They also stated on the paperwork that my tire pressure was checked, but when I stopped to check the pressure at a gas station later that day one tire I suspected was low before going in was indeed low.

But you go in with a groupon ... ohhhh well you need this 90.00 synthetic oil. Listen, if I wanted synthetic I would go to my dealer and pay less than half for that same oil. But hey I just needed a quick change to hold me over until I get a real oil change from LHM. I won’t make that mistake again , at least not with this location. I got banned because the 12.00 an hour tech was scared of bad words .

After a fairly long wait, and moving my vehicle a couple of times because there's little room to line up, I finally got my oil changed. That took over an hour all together, and to top it all off, I was charged $32.00 and I had my own oil and filter! I thought I had seen a sign outside that had said this Jiffy Lube did both VT and NH state inspections, so I brought it in for both an inspection and oil change. When I asked for the inspection I was laughed at and talked to like a moron that "we don't do Vermont inspections because, obviously, we are in New Hampshire." I would have been fine if the answer was a simple no, but to act like I'm an idiot because Vermont is how few miles away?? I was livid. THEN to top it off, it was the joke of the shop while the oil change was being done. Every service tech had to be brought over to the car to have a chuckle. Great way to treat a customer shelling out close to $80 to have a hybrid's oil changed. I've been here once before and had an ok experience, I liked how convenient it was and could over look the constant upselling. After this past experience I will never, ever set foot in a Jiffy Lube again.

Not only do they change your oil but they check and top off all fluids...they do a safety point check of major parts and vehicle operating systems...and they change lights/filters/ many things...they will even vacuum your rugs for you!!! This is the slowest jiffy lube ever. The guys would get cars in and out a lot faster if they weren't messing around all the time. The guy cashing people out was climbing on the ramps while a customers car was lifted. They charge so much for a oil change and never too of any of your fluids like they are suppose to. I will never get my oil changed here again. It shouldn't take over an hour to get an inspection when there are only 3 other cars back there and 6 guys "working". Very unprofessional

The service was quick but majorly overpriced. Don’t waste your money. If you do want to come here, do not get their air filters. I was charged $62 for a cabin air filter that I could have purchased for $20 from Subaru. When I asked the manager, the response was “I can’t do anything about it.” Well, they have lost a customer and I would hope others learn from my mistake. Don’t waste your time here; there are better places you can go.

When paying for the bill, Juan had red eyes and wreaked of marijuana. My son also saw him using a "dab pen". Can't believe the standards they have here now a days. If I could give zero stars I would. I will actually never go to another Jiffy Lube for oil changes. This is THE ONE to go to. They have soda in the waiting area. That's right, FREE soda! The staff is incredibly nice. You do have to go through the normal Jiffy Lube offers and recommendations. However they aren't push about it. As an added cherry on top they have a car wash right next door. If you get your oil changed here they will give you a coupon for a free car wash.

I have been here twice, both for inspections. The staff is super friendly and I didn't mind the wait. I took a car that I was selling here so that the buyer could make sure everything looked ok. The staff put the car on the lift and gave it a good look. They even let the buyer look at it and they gave their recommendations. They seem pretty honest and they definitely get you in and out quickly. This has become my goto place for oil changes unless the dealer offers incentives. Much has been written online about their aggressive up selling and shady business practices, but I think each jiffy lube stand on their own. If they want to change your air filter and show you a really dirty air filter, just ask to take the dirty one with you, and remember; most new air filters are $20 at NAPA. As I get more experience with this jiffy lube location I will upgrade them to 5 stars

Not safe! Will never go here again! My car was vibrating for 2 months when I was pressing on my brakes. Otherwise it was driving fine. It was due for inspection and I took it to this Jiffy Lube. The car easily passed inspection without any negative comments. Then, 2 weeks later I noticed that it is due for an oil change. I was next to my dealership and asked them to do it. They took my car in, did a multipoint check-up and told me that 2 of my brake pads are gone and because of that I have been pressing on brake rotors when breaking and need to have both, rotors and pads replaced, front and back. I was surprised since I just passed my inspection with flying colors, so I took my car to a mechanic that I trust and he confirmed what the dealership told me. That’s why my car was vibrating when I pressed on a break. I would never trust this Jiffy Lube to service my vehicle again as worn brake pads and even break rotors should have been noticed during the inspection.

This place is a disgrace. I came here for a free top off and a tire pressure check. They neglected to replace my oil cap. My car then leaked until it broke down. I had to tow it to another Jiffy Lube while on the road. To make matters worse, they did not log the “work” they did in the jiffy lube master system. Well, the car now has a rough idle, and I dont have the time or the ability to go about diagnosing the issue as the other reviewers here did. I dont know what exactly led to the issue, but a clear difference after the work performed by Jiffy Lube.... ~~~~~~~~~~Update~~~~~~~ Very professional check of the issue. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT get an oil change here. I have been waiting 6 months for reimbursement. During the oil change, Jiffy Lube broke the lid on my oil reservoir. As I drove away, I leaked oil for several miles. When the engine light came on, I pulled over and noticed that the engine was bubbling oil and leaking everywhere. A clean-up team had to clean up the street. I checked the reservoir and the engine was bone dry. I had to call a tow truck to take my car to the dealership where they spent 2 days ensuring the engine was not broken. I had no car for several day and had to rent a car. I took the receipts back to Jiffy Lube where they promised reimbursement. I've been back twice to check-in but can't get answers. I'm out hundreds of dollars.

wouldn't honor my coupon from jiffy lube he said, " oh that coupon never works" and didn't even try to use it. Also lied about putting air in my tires (was on the receipt) and then when I asked about what the pressure was initially they then offered to do it. Employees then talked negatively to me about another customer. I have an older vehicle and I'm just concerned that they didn't check my other fluids such as the transmission. I've been going to jiffy lube for years in other states and will have to find a new place to go.They weren't busy at all so there was no reason to rush. irritating.

And he never topped off any of our fluids, which has caused more trouble s for us. this was not the first oil change I have gotten from this shop, but this is the first time their service has turned me away from their business. I took my truck here for an oil change. I have one tire with a slow leak, and it was giving me a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard. I assumed they would put air in the tire, after all, that's one of the "free" services they provide with every oil change. They finished up, I signed the paperwork that said they checked the pressure in all of the tires, and I drove away. The light was still on. I got home, checked the pressure in that tire, and it was 20 psi low. If they didn't check the tire pressure, how do I know they checked anything else they were supposed to check? How do I even know they changed the oil?

Wish I could give 0 stars. Charged twice the price of a normal oil change and when they gave it back the oil light was still on. After a week of the oil light not going off, I checked under the hood and they had put way too much oil in (the oil on the dipstick was an inch above the MAX oil dot). I took it in and asked if they would drain a bit but he told me that was where it was supposed to be. He just didn't want to do any more work if he wasn't going to be paid for it. I took it to Meinke right down the road and they said that yes, there was too much oil. He let my car cool for a couple minutes, drained a full court out to get it to where it needed to be, reset my oil light and sent me on my way for free. Worst experience ever from Jiffy Lube, but luckily they're not the only shop around.

Let me start by saying that the main purpose of this store is an affordable, relatively quick oil change - this was achieved. However, the “free” services are not completed, completed poorly, or lied about. Went into the bay with a low tire, left with a low tire and was told during my briefing that all tires were filled to 33 psi (which from my seat in the lounge I could see that none of the vehicles had tire pressure checked). Only the passenger side of my vehicles windows were cleaned, ask my why... I don’t know. I was told that my “oil filter grease fittings were greased”. A complimentary service that is not physically possible. Of the technicians handling my vehicle, one was vaping and another was chewing tobacco while in my car. An unprofessional environment in my opinion. If you are going to this store in hopes of having a reliable service done I would be cautious. If you know vehicles and just want an oil change, go for it. The service I saw makes me question how well the vehicle is handled underneath.

This use to be my go to location to get my oil changed and to get my car washed. Since the management has changed and it’s under Griffins Glow The business and service has gone down hill. I went in to get an oil change and was told there was a 45 minute wait after waiting an hour and 15 minutes I asked them how much longer it would be only to find out they had put two cars ahead of mine and I was still over an hour out. The car wash service is also very unprofessional. I’ve been super disappointed with the service and new management and will not be using this location anymore.

I'm a frequent every 5,000 mile oil change customer. Something has drastically changed and i may noy return. Did the oil change, filled up the tire pressure. That night after a very cold evening the rear driver's tire was low in the morning. I had to work the next day so my son took the car in and filled the tire again. The following morning, the tire was completely flat and I had to call AS A to tow it 20 miles to the nearest station.I. noticed the check engine light came on and wouldn't go off, maybe due to the tire. Re turned to Hiffy Lube and the jerk manager didn't even listen to me, did NOTHING, claimed they didn't do anything to it, offered NOTHING, this to a long standing customer. Bring the women back who listened this guy was very unprofessional AND changed the story completely from what I had told the service guy first that day. Yes not customer service trained.

An oil change should be simple enough, right? Not for these morons. They damaged my car, minimal damage for sure, but trying to get them to cough up the $8 I spent to get a new overflow reservoir cap has been challenging, to put it mildly. They admit they "probably" caused the damage, but made me drive 30 miles one way back to Lebanon, so they could see it. A photo sent over the phone would not do. They then made ME go to the dealer, get the part, and pay for it. A second 60 mile round trip to pick up the part and deliver them the paperwork they wanted. I jumped through all their hoops and spent waaaaay more money in gas and grief than the $8 cap was worth, but it was the principal of the matter. Anyway, that was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my damn refund. I've talked to the district manager and he gave me his bosses number, but he doesn't answer. HEY JACKASSES AT JIFFY LUBE IN LEBANON, CUT ME A CHECK ALREADY. What a bunch of arrogant jerk offs.

They changed the oil and adjusted the tire pressure. As soon as I left tire pressure alert goes off. I go back and they tell me tire pressure is correct that it was wrong before. So I asked “so when tire pressure is wrong no alarm and when it is correct alarm blinks”. They tell me yes that it will go off in 20-50 miles. So I drive that far and of course have to carry it somewhere else to have it corrected. Even had the manager put that tire pressure light would go off in writing on the invoice. I’m okay with someone making a mistake, I do on a daily basis. Refusal to fix the issue is a problem though. Learn to be accountable. Maybe just stick to changing oil and leave tire pressure alone.

I'll start by saying, I've loved going to Jiffy Lube NSL for all of my oil changes. Their free car wash is great, they've always been quick and inexpensive....however, that comes at a cost. Quick is not a good thing in this situation. Even though the invoice states they checked my battery water and it was "OK" my battery quit working three weeks later. I was stranded on a Sunday and had to go get a new battery, which I exchanged my old one for. I called to see what they could do for me and they said I had to bring the battery in for any sort of warranty to be valid. Since I no longer had the battery, they said a manager would call me. I never heard from the manager, so I called the following week, they told me the same thing about the warranty, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager then told me they don't actually check the water level, even though that is what the invoice states. They only check for a charge. We'll of course my battery has a charge, I drove there and I drove home. When I told him this, he simply stated "yeah." Needless to say, I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube. Had the manager worked with me, the outcome may have been different.

It's true - one bad experience can override 20! I had an awesome nspection and failed because of my tires. I had for new tires put on and came back for my sticker. I waited over an hour...but when they got my car into the bay...the inspector was nowhere to be seen. I asked and was lied to. The individual in the office told me they just pulled it in and had to go through all these steps. They did not just pull it in...I watched them from the window. I waisted a few minutes and then walked outside to see what was happening. There was no one at the car. No work was being done. I feel lied to and tested badly. Lousy customer service today. I'll be finding somewhere else to have the oil changes and inspections for our three family vehicles.

Went in for an oil change and ended up with a check engine light on 10 minutes after leaving the garage. Drove back to Jiffy Lube and told them what was going on, they checked the computer and said the engine had a "random misfire". I talked to the "manager" and asked him how an oil change would cause this - he told me mice like Toyota's and that maybe the gas cap wasn't in. Very helpful... After 5 minutes of him looking under the hood and almost breaking the plastic valance off, he essentially said it wasn't his problem and walked back into the garage and promptly started talking to the other guys and laughing. If I didn't have my 16 month old in the back of the car crying, I probably would have done something about that... I left and after pulling into another parking lot, I decided to take a look under the hood myself. After about 30 seconds of looking around, I found a disconnected hose about a foot away from the air filter. During the oil change, they had pulled out the air filter and showed it to me to let me decide if it need replacing. Apparently during their rush to pull it out, they somehow disconnected this hose and never noticed. I pushed it back on, turned the car back on and after a few minutes the check engine light turned off. On top of this, during my visit, the tech brought me over to the computer and I told him I only wanted an oil change (with conventional oil) and that was it. The cost was $42.99 - great. We then walked over to the car, and the engine air filter and cabin air filter were sitting on the engine. I told him the engine air filter was fine but to replace the cabin air filter because it looked like the original. Stupid me - I never asked the cost of the filter and when I went to check out, the total bill was $95! I asked if it was a mistake and the tech said I had gotten the cabin air filter. Correct me if I'm wrong but an paper air filter and installation shouldn't even come close to the $44.99 that was on the bill. I just googled the air filter and found it for $4.82. I'd like to also say that the tech didn't put the glove box back in when I picked up the car. After all this, I have to say that I will never return to Jiffy Lube and will warn as many people as I can to do the same.

I read an incredible amount of poor reviews for this place. Even though I have taken my car there before, I had never done it by myself as my husband was always with me, so I was a little skeptical. I think the company must have had some sort of overhaul because they are super friendly now. It is now company policy to open doors and to tell the customer about the magazines, drinks, and hot coffee and to "make yourself at home." They close car doors for you and tell you to have a great day. Very friendly and very professional.

I've gone here for several safety and emissions tests over the years. I have always had a good experience with them. They are very fast, they have a nice waiting area with free soda and hot chocolate. They even give me a free car wash each time. Most importantly, they let you know if you have something that doesn't pass the inspections, but they aren't looking for something they can "fix" like many other mechanics in town who use the safety and emissions test as a feeder for their mechanic work.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube in Clayton for about 5 years now. I've always been really happy with the service. There's been times they've alerted me of any issue they find with my car that I might need repaired, and one time I had an oil leak I couldn't get fixed for a while and they topped up my oil a few times for free for me until I could get it fixed. I'll be moving away from the area soon, but I wanted to thank them for their service by telling others I highly recommend them for oil changes. Very polite staff (even though it's usually different people that serve me every time) & good service.

I'm weary of the mechanics at this location. I visited for an oil change & was informed by a mechanic that my breaks needed to be changed asap. He told me that he could do it right then and there but I declined as I wanted my trusted auto body shop to look at it. Once it was checked by my local & trusted auto body shop, they informed me that my breaks are in immaculate condition. Leads me to believe that the mechanic was either misinformed or trying to con me $120 for an unneeded break job.

Needed an oil change and should've done it myself. My Jeep was cover in dirt from off road and gravel roads. They washed my windows and didn't use enough water as there is now scratch marks in my rear window from a squeegee. I do need to point out this is the one and only place that I have said "don't touch the tire pressure" and they didn't even take a gauge to the tires. Also they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I will post a picture of the glass at a later time.

Absolutely horrible. It took 2 hours to do an inspection. I look through the window into the garage and I see 6 employees standing there laughing doing norhing at all and 1 employee sweeping the floor. Then I look out there again and all the employees walk outside to talk to some young girl in tight pants and a tank top on while she smokes a cigarette. Very unprofessional and the staff were not knowledgeable at all while speaking with he customers in the lobby. The corporate company needs to look I to this and hire people older than 25. Will never ever go there again.

The price for their basic oil change was not listed anywhere! Having gone to the dealership and had an oil change & tire rotation for $39.95 I felt confident a basic oil change couldn’t possibly be any more expensive than that. Boy was I wrong. They drained my oil and THEN decided to tell me it was going to be $79.99 plus tax. They gave me the run around about the type of oil needed, and the fact that they supposedly vacuum out the car and clean the windows, but $79.99 was still way too overpriced. I was upfront about how much I paid at the dealership for an oil change & tire rotation, and he took the price down to $59 and offered a $10 coupon (which I already had and planned to use) but the fact that they waited until my oil was drained to give me the price made it feel like a scam. Additionally, you could hear the mechanics in the back yelling & cursing up a storm! In the time I was there I heard the F-word way more than is appropriate for a business where customers would possibly have children within earshot. This is a business! Overall, I’d never go here again. Soured my taste for Jiffy Lube in general. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ll be contacting their customer service department as well. -Update- They did not wash my windows, or vacuum my car.
