I thought they were a honest automotive shop. But they have given me a estimate to repair a vehicle of 922.00. When I went to pick up the car two days later the price was 1174.00. I thought maybe it was a one time mistake but two months later I was given a estimate on another vehicle of 1292. Then when I could pay I was told it was 1519. If your off by a few dollars on a estimate I understand but 250 bucks is unacceptable. I questioned Wendy(owner) about this and she was very combative. I will not be taking my business there anymore.. Shady folks

They are very understanding and caring people. It's hard to find honest people anymore these days who aren't just out to make a dollar the people here are honest hard working true to you people. If you’re tired of piss poor mechanical services that have astronomical prices, long waits and staff with personalities resembling a wet rag then look no more! I highly recommend this place. Laid back professional atmosphere even down to the cute 4 legged employee Molly. I walked in with no appointment, had a diagnosis within 15 minutes. Unfortunately my diagnosis involved a needed engine repair, however the turn around was amazingly speedy. My car was all fixed and back by morning. Prices were extremely affordable( I even questioned my bill being too low). My experience was everything opposite of other car places I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Cant say enough positive things, I will absolutely recommend to all my friends, family and customers. No one in town or surrounding areas can touch this level of customer service, professionalism, and mechanical speed with accuracy ...prove me wrong

They are very friendly and treat you with respect. But they need to lower prices and not be so pushy when it comes to fixing one thing over another. If the customer only needs or wants something looked at or fixed, they should subject strongly to have the other part fixed next visit. Not say that this part should be more important then the original part/parts that need looked at or fixed.

I stopped by here on my way back from the beach (I live 2 hours away). This is the hometown car place I have never been able to find. I wish I lived closer! They were so honest and helpful and had very reasonable prices. They didn’t suggest any frilly stuff that I didn’t need. Thank you for taking care of me like I’m a local and sharing your WiFi! :)

I went to excel automotive and tire in order to get my vans heating system fixed. It was a complicated issue to find and because of this the first two times it appeared to be fixed on their end, but wouldn't be functioning properly upon my receiving it. The point is I took it back to them and they went above and beyond! They looked at my van and were so worried about making things right and finding the problem, they didn't have to do this but they did. They found the problem and my vans heating system works now! I can tell they genuinely care and want to make things right for their clients. Take your cars to them! You wont regret it!
