Since I've owned my truck, I've had a death wobble. Not only did Tracy and her good team rebuild my front end, but she installed a good set of 315 tires on my truck that compliment the 6 inch lift. For the first time I can go high way speed with my truck. Duke's tire pros are top notch!

Guys really helped me and my friend did free alignment check cuz I have another shop did it wrong same day so I had to go back to them to then re do it. Professional shop!!! I am not happy about being lied to that I needed to have my TPMS rebuilt because I was purchasing new tires with them. My car is a certified Nissan and I called my dealer here in Wilmington where I just had my last major service completed. Asked them if I needed to have the TPMS changed whenever I purchase new tires. They advised my TPMS do not need to be replaced unless it is malfunctioning. My TPMS were NOT malfunctioning and were working just fine because I was able to gauge my tire pressure at any time up until I took in my car to purchase new tires. I hope you enjoy the extra money you swindled out of me because I am never coming back.

The way buying tires should be for any dealer! I called Monday morning for a full set of tires and alignment, they got me in that day at 1pm and I was back in my car at 3:30 rolling along on new tires. New tires feel properly balanced and mounted, no missing lugnuts (believe me when I check because another dealer in town doesnt believe in mounting them all) and center caps arent loose. Will come back for other auto needs!

I was also really impressed by how clean and open it is in there - not a bad place to have to wait - and by how nice and thankful every person working there was. I normally go to Jeff Fountain, but I was calling around for quotes again getting tires for my new truck, and Duke's tire quoted me around 30 dollars cheaper out the door compared to Jeff Fountain.. and on top of that, there was also a BFGoodrich rebate going on which I just received in the mail before writing this review. Justin and his cohorts provided great information. I came looking for tires, and with my own research I guessed I would need a 31 inch tire for it to work but I wanted a 33 and I thought it was out of reach....that was until Justin recommended that we can do a 33 if I wanted to go as large as possible and the tire size he suggested was much more common and easy to replace and find if there was ever a need to replace an unexpected tire. He had great knowledge of my truck model as it was an older model and has leaf springs and he knew in advance where the problems and rubbing would happen and where. Tracey ordered my BFGoodrich's after Justin did his walk around and I returned the next day to have them installed. I came in early and sat in their VERY comfortable waiting area with a very large TV. It was very comfortable and I drank coffee while watching TV and played on my cellphone while I waited for them to install my tires. My appointment took perhaps 2 hours or so, but they were test fitting the tires first to ensure for the proper clearance, and then calling me out to take a look to make sure everything looked ok before they mounted and balanced all of the wheels and tires. The guy that did the first fitting was also helpful and very nice, I did not get his name, but he was very fast and objective while showing me the fitment. Justin also came out to assist him and both provided great input on the fitment of the tires. Another hour was spent with the boys also giving my truck an alignment. I drove off that day, and was so happy with not only the comfort and feel of the car, but the BEAUTIFUL look of those new style BFGoodrich tires... on my old school rusted truck.. old school rusted wheels.. and then BRAND spanking new BFgoodrich tires with the old school white letting showing I never liked BFGoodrich because i thought they were just a redneck brand... but man.... it really gave my old school classic truck that "new school rustic street cred" style with such an aggressive style tire on such an old vehicle.

I'm new to the area & needed nitrogen put in my tires and someone suggested I try Duke's Tire. I'm very happy with their service and have been back several times for other needs. The staff is friendly and the shop has a very nice waiting area for a woman to wait for the work to get completed. I don't feel uncomfortable there at all. A year later I come back to have a flat tire repaired and I find out the tire can't be repaired. Tracy gets me a new set of Michelin tires. They have them installed within the next hour and I'm on my way. My car rides so much smoother and makes me love my car all over again! I'm very happy with this tire store and will always use them for my tire needs. It's nice to know this business is there to help me when I need them.

Been taking my cars to Duke's for five years now and never a problem. Quick service and very reasonable prices. I especially like that they can special order tires frequently overnight and also that they can do load balancing that a lot of other local tire dealers here don't do. They will recommend add-ons like TPMS service when you come in, but there's no real pressure, its just a suggestion.

Professional and friendly. Dukes did a great job on a 4 wheel alignment by explaining the process and the findings. Then a tire had a leak which they could fix but they found a sidewall slash, thus I needed a new tire which they got in one day. Reasonable prices, attentive sales and work staff.

I came to get 2 used tires put on my car. They were very professional and helpful without pushing me to spend unnecessary money. The mechanic (Chris) took me back to my car and talked through other possible causes for my car problems and he was extremely down to earth, helpful, and friendly. This place used to be my go to UNTIL... the ladies inside have really let the place fall apart. I had them put new tires on my truck. They said it would take an hour so I waited. It took 3 hrs! When I went back for my rotation they said they could also change my oil on my duramax. Ok great I thought, they did it once before and it was around $90 (prolube charges $75 but I was already here). It took 2 hours. It turned out they didn't have any oil and sent someone to the store to buy it. When I went to check out the younger lady said it was $25 for my rotation and $157 for my oil change!! "Way too high" I said, Check my account to see what I paid last time for an oil change. She pretended to look it up and 5 seconds later said "yep, that's what you paid." I fought it but she wouldn't budge and said that's what it cost because of the price of oil. She printed my receipt and I left annoyed. I looked at it later to see that she was deft enough to think that my truck which takes 10 quarts of oil was a total of 5 gallons! My truck takes 2.5 gallons but she charged me for 5, and then treated me like I was an idiot when I said $157 was too much for an oil change. I decided to never have them change our trucks' oil but still buy tires from them. I was in yesterday with a wheel from one of our equipment trailers. I talked to the owners wife and told her I needed a new tire asap so I could get our trailer back to work. "It will be ready in 2hrs". Seemed like a long time with half their bays empty but fine. I come back 2.5hrs later to see they had not even touched it. I went inside and told the new girl my predicament who replied "of course we put a new tire on it, doesn't it look beautiful?" While I usually enjoy sarcasm, I don't care for it when a company fails at their job while we are losing money because of their incompetence. I loaded my untouched wheel up and found another place that will get all our company truck's business. The owner is a nice guy and always seemed to get us taken care of asap. His wife and the other ladies behind the desks don't have the common sense needed to operate a business and have really hurt duke's tire pro's reputation and returning clients

The turn around time on my new tires and alignment was phenomenal considering the times constraint I posed due to my work schedule. The prices offered in relation to their selection was immense and more than conducive with my budget. I took my vehicle in to have 2 tires replaced. About a week or so later I started hearing a noise coming from the backside of my vehicle. I had a mechanic check it out (not thinking it was anything related to my tires) and he told me that my lug nuts were loose and that I should be thankful that my tire didn't come off! They reminded me what services on my Jeep was due via my email. We made a quick Appt over the phone with friendly customer service Rep. I got there and the mechanics inspected / reported on each item on the list free of charge. We customized the list of work on what I felt was most important with no sales pressure. Work was finished in just a short while. I inspected some of the old parts and spoke to the mechanic who performed the services. I know a thing or two about cars in general and was totally satisfied and confident in the total Dukes Tire experience. I'll be back to take care of those undone items soon!

Like most of the bad reviews I waited and waited. We had two cars one of which had an appointment. 3 and 1/2 hours after our arrival the first car was done. 3 and 1/2 hours to change some tires. The second car did not have an appointment and was only getting two tires done. I asked if it was gonna be long I would pass. I was told no won't be long they can fit me in. ok sweet I bought the tires. 3 1/2 hours go by they finally get first car done and over 5 hours after arrival they finally get my car done. over 5 hours is not a little while and being able to fit me in. Like some of the other reviews I was not told the sensor rebuild was optional. I was told they do it to all tires and charged me. Never was told it was optional. I specifically asked to make sure my lugs were torqued to 150lbs. it even stated on the invoice that is was done. Nope once I got home and checked all the lugs were randomly tightened so they just air ratchet then on and left it at that. I also have painted wheels and I asked them not to use a clamping type machine on my wheels. (sorry I don't know the specific names of these machines I just know there are ones that clamp and ones that dont). Once back home a few days later I removed my wheels to do a coating on the inside and dang if both wheels they changed didn't have clamp marks that broke the paint. I know specifically that before I took it there, there was no clamp marks because I had the wheels off to do the first part of the coatings. 1. If you have an appointment it should not take 3 1/2 hours to change some tires. 2. If you don't have an appointment and ask if it would be long don't tell someone no then over 5 hours later get them their car back. 3. Don't just air ratchet tighten lugs they should be properly torqued. most people wont check like i did guess that's why they did it. 4. If a customer specifically asked no to have their wheels clamped because of paint and you don't have the proper machines to do it then say so. don't just damage their paint and be like oh well. 5. Apparently you need to be clearer on the tpms as several people like myself was not made to feel it was optional. Thats 40 bucks I didn't need to spend. 6. And if you are having an off day at least acknowledge it to the customer. In the 5 plus hours I was there never did I get a sorry or would you like a drink on us or any acknowledgement of my rather long wait. Seriously doubt Ill be coming back.

I purchased four Michelin tires aprox. A month ago. Had an extreme puncture this afternoon to require a tire repair. Spoke with mgt. to maybe help me out. Reason being when I purchased tires was told pressure sensors not working. Luckily I told not to fix because that's how I found out issue from the start. They had my '14 model down for an '06, even admitted. Would have charged me for material I didn't need. Went back today to get some repair and you would have though some love...Done!!!

I went to Dukes based on a recommendation from Michelin. I was treated with respect and was not talked down to. They answered all my questions and concerns. They were able to negotiate with Michelin for complete tire replacement including the spare. The facilities are awesome and you don't leave there feeling like you need a shower. I went back to Dukes and purchased a set of tires for my wife's car. I will definitely go back for all my tire needs. These guys are honest and reliable. Sears and the rest of them are done!

I took my 2015 Ram truck in to Duke’s Tire Pros for a tire rotation. They have always been the best when dealing with anything that has to do with tires. I trusted them as my truck has a large lift with oversize tires. The tires only had 3,000 miles on them, so they were nearly brand new. When I got my truck back I noticed there were large chunks missing from the front passenger side tire. The technician had severely damaged the tire and had not said anything to me about it. I contacted the store attempting to get in touch with a manager or the owner. I was given the run around and finally spoke to Tracey 7 days later. I brought the truck back to the shop for her to look at the truck. Tracey said she would look into what she could do and would contact me the next day. She said she wanted to make the customer happy. Well, there was no contact from Tracey the next day, and when I finally heard back from her she said that she decided not to help in any way! The frustrating part of this whole ordeal is all of the time that I wasted. If she wasn’t going to help me then she should have just said so up front. I feel as if she just strung it along hoping that the problem would go away. Well, I own and run a small business in Wilmington and this is the exact opposite of how you should treat your customers. If there is an issue with a customer, address it immediately and attempt to rectify the mistake. That is how business should be run in my opinion. Apparently Duke’s Tire Pros does not agree. I am leaving this review so that others can how this business is run and no one else is treated in this manner. I am leaving one star, and I would leave less if I could. Fair warning to everyone out there: Do not have work done at Duke’s Tire Pros!

If I could rate the service less than 1 star I would. Have been a repeat customer here and after this experience NEVER AGAIN. Called to explain the problem; had service done; they didn't reset my maintenance required light. Told me, "Bring it in whenever you want today. It'll only take a couple of minutes." Get there, tell them I've left the keys in the car, the window's down. AN HOUR LATER, I walk out of the waiting room to see why I haven't been taken care of, and the lady at the counter says, "Oh. I forgot all about you," and laughs. Just a suggestion, people at Duke's...perhaps instead of your employees playing fetch with the dog and shooting it with the services guys, they could actually check on your customers, maybe make sure everybody's being take care of in a timely fashion. BTW...she did call a guy right away; he walked in, asked where the keys were, and took MAYBE 2 minutes to reset the light. Bottom line...lost $30 for the hour I took off work to sit around waiting and watching employees play fetch with the dog. Incredible.

I bought four new tires and got an alignment from duke about a month and half ago. A few weeks ago I started feeling vibrations from one of my tires, I figured that one of the weights from the alignment just busted off. I called duke and brought in my vehicle. They said that one of my lug nuts busted off and asked me to pay $179 to fix it! Nobody touched the tire since they had worked on it, but they refused to take responsibility. I ended up negotiating the cost down to $80, but I shouldn't of had to pay for one of their employees over torquing!

Great service! One of the cleaner shops and largest waiting area around. Knowledgeable Staff; pointing out that I needed an alignment due to the 2" leveling lift that I put on my truck. I will come back.

Didn't like the service they give me. I ask for alignment for my vehicle and one new tire, they were taking 2 hours to do that and they didn't even finish the work, just got the new tire and not the alignment and they didn't even put the tire tight ... plus they charge me too much for the tire, never again will come to this place . NOT RECOMMENDED
