Service, charm, and professionalism! A++++ I had a very slow leak in one of my tires and my mechanic could not find the source. Chapel Hill Tire did an amazing and thorough job with a multi point inspection, found the leak, cleaned out the corrosion behind my rims from the sand/salt from the north, and made the repair. They showed me I am due for new tires and provided an estimate, stating they will match any price if I could find the tires any cheaper. Excellent all around experience! Will definitely go there for my new tires.

Took car to this location for an oil change. When got on the road, noticed radio was no longer working. I was less than happy, especially with the up coming weather conditions. After fuses were checked, the manager, Pete, came and checked it out. He was very honest and told me he didn't know what caused it (much appreciated, many places would just make up a reason). I was advised to take it to audio store to find the cause and was told he would cover the cost if it was something done by them. Again, much apprecited. Took my car to audio shop right away to have it diagnosed. Turns out, the radio just went out, right at that time. I made the mistake of assuming it was related to the work done. Hats off to the way the situation was handled. Upset customers are not the easiest to deal with. Stood by the staff while also maintaining customer service in a courteous manner.

Will never visit here again. I took a vehicle in at 8:30 a.m this morning to be inspected and it still wasn't inspected by 5 p.m. One guy just told me that they would do it now (approx. 4:50 p.m). He just told me about ten or fifteen minutes ago that one of their inspectors was out. Why wait all day? They could have just told me that they couldn't do it and I'd have gone elsewhere. Whole day wasted!

Over the past six years I've gone here three times. The first time a tech decided to take my car for little spin around the lot after a state inspection (I GPS track my car). Second time I waited two hours for them to tell me my car was too low to be placed on an alignment rack. And as of last week I dropped off one wheel for them to mount and balance a tire, and when i arrived 7hours later they hadn't even touched it or brought it inside where it wouldn't be stolen. It takes 10minutes to mount and balance, and two 'techs' where standing by my wheel on their phones. I'd reccomend going anywhere but here.

Contacted CH TIRE and got a quote for new tires. The staff was extremely professional when my wife dropped off our vehicle and provided her a ride home thru their Courtesy Shuttle. I received a text message when my vehicle went in the shop for service. Then I received a call from Dalton explaining what was done to our vehicle and that it was ready for pick-up. I provided him a with a CC number to pay for their service and requested he lock the key in the vehicle for pick-up later after closing..we were provided with excellent professional service and will recommend them to our family and friends..

I needed a flat repair so I could get home, I was visiting from out of town, I was able to make at appointment Sunday night for first thing Monday morning, they got me right in at 7:30 And were able to complete the work and in about 30 minutes I was ready to walk out the door! Customer service from Anthony was superb and I was provided a valid suggestion for new tires but not pressured to get them now which I appreciate. Dalton at the Chapel Hill Tire south of town was amazing. Friendly and professional, he went FAR beyond what was reasonable to expect, given that the last person to put tires on my car had both reamed out the key for the wheel locks, and put the tires on with an power tools, making them impossible to remove.... Dalton took my car to the dealership for a new key, and then back to the dealership to get the tires off. Mr. Tire had put us in a very bad position with their mistakes, but Dalton and Chapel Hill Tire really were amazing in their calm, skillful approach to solving our issues. I highly recommend these folks, and am very grateful for their expertise and professionalism!

I recently had an oil change and state inspection at the Cole Park location for Chapel Hill Tire. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I have no complaints about the job the technician did. The office staff was very good also. The reason for the 4 star rating was that after the service I noted that both sides of my white truck had greasy hand prints on the door panels which were not there when I took it in. The cleanup was easy but shouldn’t have been necessary. I will have work done there again but will hope for no greasy hand prints when it is done.

Thank you Dalton for quickly bailing me out of an awkward work snafu when my recently purchased usedToyota Camry suddenly slowed to a halt, then a bunch of lights, including the dreaded check engine, started flashing. I was able to get it to restart, but light stayed on and engine wasn’t working as usual. I was terrified to drive it. I’m an itinerant teacher and had two more stops to go. In about 10-15 minutes, Dalton had someone at my HS with a loaner, picked up my car, fixed the problem (a vacuum hose had popped off), and didn’t charge me a dime! My hero!

I had a tire blowout one evening and they got me into their first appointment at 7:30am the next day. Had to wait about an hour to get a tire from across town that would fit, but once started it was a quick repair at a competitive price and they kept me posted during the whole process. Much better experience than I'm used to with car mechanics.

Fixed my AC system up in the middle of this summer heat. They even had a discount promotion going on AC repair. They got me a state inspection, oil change, fixed my broken AC, and rotated my tires all for under $200. Had my car ready in a few hours. Very nice people who work there. Also very attentive to customer calls, always picking up after only a few rings. Been taking my car there for a few years, have no reason to look anywhere else. I’m a satisfied customer for sure.
