Everyone here is very nice. I had a belt to break on my car so had to have it towed to their shop on Saturday. On Monday, my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. The prices are certainly reasonable and fair. Although I hope to not have any, I will definitely go back for any future mechanic issues if they arise. Very satisfied with their service and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of tires or repairs.

This is a small mom and pop shop that has been in business forever. They have done so well because of their reasonable prices and quality work. The people here are extremely friendly and courteous to all their customers. I waited on my last visit for them to repair a tire on my City vehicle. I watched them discussing with other customers the repairs needed on their vehicles and I was very impressed. They were not trying to upsell anything and they were trying to help everyone in a cost effective manner. I have had them work on several of my vehicles in the past and each time I felt the prices charged were a value you cannot find anywhere else. I have been doing business with them for over thirty years and I promise you will be happy if you decide to shop there.

When my friend and I saw that I had a very large screw in the tread of my tire I was so worried. It was around 5:50PM and I had gone to several different tire shops to find anyone who could patch it (I'm only 17 and I have absolutely no idea on where to begin to fix this problem), but sadly, every shop I visited was closed. When I was finally able to arrive at Brothers Tires, I got up to the door only to find out that they closed at 5 :( . I began to walk back to my car, but was stopped by a man who very helpfully asked "Is there anything I can help you with?", so I told him what was wrong and pointed out the screw on my back tire. He very happily returned from the garage area with a jack and a wrench and removed my tire. He took the tire inside and had it back on my car in no time, he even replaced a bad lug nut of mine! When I asked him what I owed him for fixing it, he told me not to worry about it. I tried to pay him for his time because it was the least I could do considering he stayed to help me a whole hour after the shop closed!!!!! But he still wouldn't accept it. This really made my entire month and there is no doubt that I would ever go anywhere else for any kind of maintenance on my car! If I had gone anywhere else they would had turned me away because of the time, but Brothers did not and the mechanic was so great to sacrifice his own personal time to help someone he had never met in his life. It is very easy for me to say that Brothers deserves a perfect rating of 5/5 and I would direct anyone to use their services!

Brothers Tire in Kannapolis was a blessing! I had a friend who late Fri had a flat tire with no spare, jack or tire iron. A friendly person stopped to help remove her tire. I was able to take the tire and rim to Brothers, who quickly replaced the tire so I could take it back to put on her car. The service was fast and everyone there was very friendly. Horribly rude. I bought expensive tires from this guy and he's been rude to me twice now. He was rude when I bought the tires and he was rude again when I just called to ask about the loud noise the tires are making. I can show grace for one ride occurrence but not twice! I will never go back! I will make sure to defer my group of 5000 drivers also.

We took two vehicles here to add nitrogen to the tires. They charged $20 per vehicle, haven't found anything cheaper in the surrounding areas. They worked both vehicles in, no appointment needed, was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend going here for car/truck services.

I call Brothers Tire and talk to Dennis (i used to purchase lots of tires from them for a company i worked for.) i tell him who i was and they still remembered me and he took great care of me with a very nice set of Michelin's at a very good price. I had a flat tire while I stayed in Kannapolis for a conference and that same day I had to drive back to Raleigh. I took my car to Brothers Tire and they took care of it in a speedy manner. The problem with the tire was minor; however, on my way back I lost the hub cap of the same tire they repaired; we assumed it was not properly put. I immediately called them and explained the issue. Todd took care of this and was very apologetic. After he did some research, he ordered the original part and I picked it up from the dealership close to where I live in Raleigh, I also had it installed at the place. I appreciated the quality service given by Brothers Tire Sales, Todd showed respectful and friendly manners while he was very efficient in taking care of the issue. I do not live in the area but with this particular situation, this business has proven to offer an integral and honest service. Thanks a lot and Go Pack! :)

I've used Brother's Tire for years. In the past, it was the absolute best place to go, but lately(past year) they just cannot get good help. They are too busy, employee's are over worked, repairs take too long, but that's just because they are so busy and can't keep good workers. Whoever is currently running the business seriously needs to evaluate the business. As a business your either growing or dying, and you need contingency plans for both. This business is failing because of it.

I took a tire in that ran over a nail. They fixed it and when I went down the road it went flat again. They didnt charge me for fixing it on the 2nd time. Great place to get new tires or get your current tires fixed. No they dont do retreads! They also have a vehicle mechanic on site if youre having vehicle troubles
