Very poor service! I went in yesterday and explained that my truck was making a noise that sounded like metal scrubbing when brakes applied and requested they check the problem and change the oil. The clerk said, "I'll put it in line." I provided my phone number and left my truck there. Later, I got a call claiming my truck was finished. I was surprised because they didn't call about the brakes and asked what they found when checking them. I was told that the brakes are fine with 50% life remaining on the brake pads. I asked about the scrubbing noise and the man explained, "I didn't know anything about the noise. If I have to pull it back in the shop it will be Monday or Tuesday before I can get to it." He also explained that the brake pads are good, but it could be a rough spot on the pads causing the noise. According to the man, some tough breaking may break loose the rough spot on the pad and the noise may stop. I went to get my truck and the bill was very low. When I got into the truck I discovered they replaced my synthetic oil with regular oil! After leaving the shop, I did some really rough braking and went for a ride but noticed the noise was getting worse. I managed to get it into another shop today and the mechanic managed to repair the truck in under 2 hours. However, the brake pads were completely worn down on the back side of both front tires. I had to replace front brakes and both front rotors. Bolick's tire didnt repair my vehicle and they sent me away in a potentially dangerous vehicle. I will never be back!

Wow, what a busy place! But they get you in and out faster than you would expect. I was surprised at the attention they pay to you with the whole place filled with customers. They slow down and focus on you and don't bounce from customer to customer until it is their turn. Prices are a little higher than Walmart.

We bought tires from Bolick's Tires several months ago and had a rare issue with them, so we went back to Bolick's and explained the issue and without having to ask, the owner/manager picked his best tires, and replaced the other tires FREE OF CHARGE. I can't say enough as to how well and respectful they treat their customers! I will always be a loyal customer to them!

Quick, polite, professional, courteous staff. Great environment, however there is a plethora of tires and not enough seating for the amount of business they do. Wait times are generally short unless it's Friday or Monday. Otherwise, this is a great mom and pops style service center/ garage.

Went there today to patch a tire that I had placed a plug in myself. They told me the tire had a knot from whatever got stuck in it. They replaced the tire under warranty without question and at no cost. Cant ask for people more honest than that!!

Based on recent visits quality of care does not seem to be important anymore as much as money to the business is. Of the last three trips to get a car serviced they failed to diagnose the tire problem properly allowing me to leave each time with an unrepaired vehicle even though they charged for the service performed. Went to another local tire dealer and the problem was corrected in minutes. Unfortunately due to rising prices and decreased interest in getting it right the first time, I won't be back. The sad part is, they used to be good.
