My wife brought her car here today for a leaking tire (had been repaired here about 6 months ago) and an oil change in preparation for an out of town trip. The owner told her that her oil was not yet due for changing, fixed the tire leak for free, and gave her a coupon with a 1-800 number for free roadside assistance in the event she has any problems during her trip. All in all, GREAT customer service and integrity!

My 1st My last visit to this tire shop. I came in with a lawn mower tire that needed to be plugged. I normally do this repair myself but this mower is used at my nearby seasonal home. I arrived at 12:15 p.m. Once I lugged the tire in the attendant informed me it would be after lunch the next day before the tire would be ready. FYI with water,soap and a plug kit this process takes no more than 5 minutes. I do my own when at my primary residence where materials I have on hand.Reluctantly even though they advised it would be about double the price I've paid locally I agreed about $12. The next day upon arrival I was informed it would be $19. I inquired as to why the increase in price. I was informed they "HAD" to put a tube in the tire. That the technician could not locate the leak. Here's where I have a problem with that information. I had located the air leak a small hole by sound before I took the tire in!. Once you put a tube in it changes the way the tire would need to be repaired in the future. I contend the technician that fixed the tire didnt bother to look for the leak by installing a tube caused me to have to pay more. Waiting overnight for this repair is ridiculous. Oh I almost forgot the cashier seen that I had only $18 in cash said that would be fine he could let it slid. Don't worry I'll let my patronage slid on down the street next time I need tire service.

Took over 3 hours to put 2 tires on my vehicle. Got there when they opened and there were only 2-3 people there. Saw 3 people come in after I arrived that left with there work done. I've been bringing my business here for years and this is the worst service I have ever received. There was no customer service or communication with me while I sat there waiting. Probably would have at lease gave 4 stars had there been any amount of customer service or even an apology for the long wait. Trying to keep my business local but experiences like this make it harder and harder to do business with local businesses in Swansboro.

I went to them to get my tire changed and I didn't have an appointment but they went ahead and squeeze me in it took about an hour and a half cuz they were so slammed they were even working late to get it done. They were very nice not overly expensive I would suggest to get an appointment or be able to drop your car off to have it done other than that they were great

I did my research on my tires, and everyone I talked to was so confusing! My tires are not a "stock" tire, so they had to be ordered. Battlefield (Tony), sold me on the price, the rapid turn around ordering my tires and the "extras" that came with them. They certainly provided me with the assurance of awesome customer service but that I would be taken care of if something happened on the road. You can't beat that! They also treated my car like I do and there were NO surprises! The staff from the phone, to when I pulled out of their srore, are awesome! Fairly slow service, 3 hours on a set of 4 tires (and I was the first customer of the day.) I had to remove my wheels and re-torque the lug nuts due to the technician "running them down" with an impact wrench and THEN hitting it with a torque wrench. Pricing was fair.

Disappointing is all I can say. Have always gotten tires here, but last time needed a front end alignment. I drove car for awhile till I noticed the same right front tire was wearing badly. I carried car back and was assured front end alignment was done. Anyway had to replace tire that was worn. Today after another tire is wearing I carried to another shop to have front end aligned again and guess what they had the decency to tell me it couldn't be aligned due to all adjustment bolts were seized. Now I know I need to replace inner and outer tie rods. Why couldn't Battlefield tell me the truth instead of me having to keep replacing tires and get the truth from another shop. Sad won't be using there services again.
