This is the second time I have been to this location and regretted it. The first time was last year to purchase 4 tires and the guy installing the last tire stripped the lug bolt. This week I decided to give it another shot on my second vehicle (F-150) and as a result, a different guy installed my tires this time & managed to stratch my front, driver-side rim. I understand accidents can happen, but we won't be doing business here anymore...

I waited for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Very poor customer service. I needed my air checked because my vehicle was riding funny and i ended up going to WalMart. I'm handicapped and couldn't get out of my car .
