Found this place through Google maps. Awesome. Tony and Pernell was on point and made everything go easy. I needed to do my yearly inspection and I had lock nuts on all 4 of my tires from 9 years ago which the key to loosen it was no longer good. The teeth were grinded down because of its many uses. Pernell was quick enough to cut off a portion of the key so that he can remove the lock nuts and perform the inspection correctly. Thankfully it passed and I bought new lock nuts and key. I'd rather be safe than sorry in the future. I recommend this place for any and all types of mechanical and tire work. I am a happy customer and will return. Thank you again for making it happen successfully.

Overall experience is very good. I called at 9:00 am to order tire. Received call back at 11:45 am saying tire was delivered. I got to Wil John and waited about 45 minutes until tire was installed. Not bad. I was offered coffee, tea and green tea by Sally Ann. Very nice.

yesterday walked in and first was asked if I wanted coffee or water. then i waited to get my new tire. I noticed the customer service to others were also positive. after tire done mechanic was spot on. I didnt tell him about a noise I heard while driving. he came out and said he heard something. so went back n checked my brakes. it was some buildup around the brake area and assured me no brake problem. honesty and concern! going back tomorrow to get my weather tech pads installed. positive feedback from me.

The staff at Wil John's has always done an outstanding job explaining anything and everything about each of the cars I've brought to them and why or how certain things worked or didn't work. Any work that needed to be done, their skilled team are some of the most knowledgeable I've seen when it comes to the details and inner workings of various parts. Their prices are some of the best I've seen as well. Will definitely come back in the future when my car needs work. In one small case, a very minor mistake was made (in a printout of the work done, not in the actual work), and they immediately recognized it and I didn't have to say a word for them to correct it.

Wil John's Tire Empire is not just about tires - they do all kinds of work, but most importantly, they love what they do - and care about their customers. I been there few times with my old car, but they really helped me out with my current truck. I been turned from many dealerships before because they would not touch custom work - but at Wil John they keep my truck tuned in with all my upgrades, from taking care of everything from supercharger maintenance to tire rotation. Not only that, they would find and fix what nobody could fix in years, like a hidden leak in my AC. Custom parts? They got you covered too. Aftermarket? Yep, they have it all. Best team ever. I like wil Johns but I went there yesterday for a nail in my tire. I actually do have an issue. The mechanic working on my car scraped my front rim with the curb while parking it upon completing the repair. I didn’t notice it the day of, I noticed it the next day upon noticing the tire had rubb marks on it. That’s when I went back to the shop and they took care of my issue and fixed the rim. Great customer service.

I was there a few days ago with my 1964 Chrysler 300 for a Wheel Alignment! They did a BEAUTIFUL job on it, and they were very careful with it! They also did it on the first time.... A lot of Auto Shops say they do Wheel Alignments but have No Idea how to do it correctly, especially on the Classic Cars. There Shop is Clean, and they take Pride in there Work! I can't say enough good things about Wil John's Tire Empire. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with nothing but kindness. These guys really know their stuff and their prices are so reasonable. Tony is a great manager. He took the time to explain the problem so that I could understand, and took care of it as soon as he could. Lex, one of the mechanics, drove my car for miles trying to fix the problem…and he eventually did. I don't remember everyone’s name who worked on my car, but they were all top-notch. The owner Robert is also wonderful. He called me as soon as they diagnosed my vehicle. It was a wonderful experience all around. They definitely have a lifetime customer. I blew both passenger side tires not far from these guys. Seeing they had good reviews I limped my car over. They were friendly and professional. They didn't have tires for my model in stock but they got them in and on my car in just four hours. The price was a bit steep but I was paying for quality and my car has never run smoother. I've tested their work in both sun and rain and I have yet to feel the tires slip once. I waited off location but they did have seating and coffee. You could probably find a cheaper garage but that would probably be a mistake as so far their work looks perfect. They even cleaned up my scraped hubcaps before I got the car back . I don't think I could have blown two tires in a much better location.

The waiting area and people representing this place of business are friendly sociable and you feel like it's a family business there are refreshments and Suites if you wish while you're waiting to make the time pass quicker. Also I went in for a tire replacement and they were done in about 12 to 15 minutes in and out on a Saturday no less. Also not to even mention called around and they were the cheapest for the same Tire in every aspect. If I can I would rate them six stars

Wil Johns Tire Empire is by FAR the best auto body shop that specializes in anything that has to deal with the mechanics on a car. Vinny and the staff are very hospitable, honest, and take pride in their work / assessment of very client. If this doesn’t earn your trust in them, I do not know what does. I’ve been a customer with them for years having my car serviced. Back when I bought my car in 2013, as with most guys they want to modify their car and Wil Johns had a Rim Shop called Wheel Concepts. Santo always helped me with my modifications. Unfortunately, he is no longer there because of family reasons. The point I am trying to get at is that this place always strives for customer satisfaction and most of all, you will never be steered in the wrong direction with your car. Many mechanics will try to steal from you telling you that your car needs unnecessary repairs which could mean 100’s of dollars. This place...DOES NOT do that. I blew my tire omw to work yesterday. I Googled the closest tire shop which was them . Called up, explained what happened, Frank told me not a problem bring the car right in he'll take care of it and ask for him once got there. Did exactly that. I was out in about a hour. The nice older lady that works there was making all the customers feel at home by offering coffee, hot chocolate, snacks, etc. She was very nice. Staff was good and on point. Got my tire and was back omw to work. If I have any other issues I will definitely go back there. I told my coworker he told me he brings his car there all the time so they get my vote!

I knew that I was in need of some new tires and suspension work, and one of my coworkers raved about the service he received at Will John's Tire's at my job, so I'm glad that I took his advice. I brought my Mercury in early Saturday morning thinking I could beat the rush. Well alot of others had the same idea because they already had a full house. But they were nice enough and took my information and keys and promised to call me after they took a look. Not more than an hour later, I got a call from Frank I think his name was. He clearly explained what I needed and what my options were, and I was glad to get the front end work done with such short notice. Been driving my car for a few days and it feels much better. Glad I found this place, they did a good job at a fair price.

Great customer service, I was traveling from Chicago and I knew before I left I would be needing tires but with the all the rain and bad weather I did not want the chance it. I called Tire empire and the nice lady put me through Frankie, I told him what I needed and he said he would need to special order them and call back in a few. I got a call from Vinnie and said Frankie can get the tires in the next day and told me the cost installed and I said he’ll yeah it was a better deal than if I would of purchased it in Chicago. I recently brought a car to have it entirely checked before i went through with the purchase. I was told there is nothing wrong except for a valve cover leak. It turns out i need a new transfer case as well as a rotted flex pipe. Ive been coming here for 25 years. Although i wish them well.i dont think i can continue to use them . I now have to deal with these repairs.

I would like to thank Vin for all his help, I have a 2004 Honda Element that went in for a wheel alignment, and they found a couple other problems which COMPLETELY fixed the way my car drives and now my rear tires are no longer angles in which was wearing out my breaks and tires. These guys are amazing and would recommend to anyone. They fast and extremely friendly!!! MY CAR IS NOW READY FOR THESE STATEN ISLAND ROADS.

Wil johns has been my most trusted go to place for tire fixes, and any other issues over the years. They are very honest, friendly and transparent with all they do. An example of this is when i believed i had a slow leak in one of my tires. After 10 minutes, one of the mechanics told me it must have been from the cold air and the tire is fine. Not only that, they refilled air in each tire and No charge. Obviously i tipped the guy, but that goes to show the integrity that this shop is known for. Whenever someone asks me places to go on staten island for their car problems, i have no hesitation recommending Wil Johns.

The worst Service Ever After I bought my pads and my roters From aoutozone by my self for them and brought it by walk on my feet and after I asked the front Desk man if it's possible to get it done by today with Wheel Alignment, and I made sure that it's getting done by today from him, from his toung. He changed his mind, he said that he can't get it done by today because his work end by 5:00pm. It's like not his problem. Instead Also he said that the will just do wheel Alignment without changing pads and routers. I'm really made. they should've told me that they can't get it done by today. I have work tomorrow and I need my car to get it done. This is not OK. Then the guy changed his mind again and start doing it. Bad service Expensive price. The front Desk guy is even very Ruuuuude, I was nice to him the whole time but he wasn't.

This is the only place I trust on the island. They always provide good service, from oil changes to replacement tires. They are very knowledgable and reliable. Frank at the front desk is great! I would definitely recommend this place.

These guys were very nice to a family member of mine. Took the car to 2 places including dealer and all lied and did not perform correct work. Finally took it to this place and the car was fixed right. Finally car works we are happy. Highly recommend them.

Drove over from Jersey today to check out the wheels and tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Went upstairs to check out the rims but no one was up there. Went down to the counter and asked the guy for some help. I asked hey is anyone upstairs to help me out, No I'm the only one here what do you want. Oh Ok I was looking for Jeep wheels and tires. Yeah they all fit up there was the answer, Then he looked at me like well....... LOL Great answer pal great customer service seems like you really wanted my 2-3K I may have spent if you could have taken 10 minutes out of your day to show and expalin rather then give me the I don't have time for you. Just a suggestion next time treat people with more respect they could be a potential customer, take the time to explain what wheels and tires go together, Oh wait ask the potential customer what kind of jeep what rim size does it have a lift etc etc etc. Its your job ............... Thanks for a waste of my time

Tire empire was great from the owner rob to the staff at the front counter to especially the mechanic that worked on my car. I was there for a big job ( springs, brakes, wheel alignment ) took some time as to be expected but at the end, the job was done right and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience I would definitely do business with them again and I would not hesitate to recommend or refer anyone I know A+ shop.

Went here for a suspension lift install. Overall they did a great job. Only complaint was when I spoke to a man on the phone about what I needed done, he took down my info and gave me a detailed quote based off what I needed. I went in and they didn't have any info on me and the price was almost $200 more. Not a good surprise but I decided to still use them and it worked out. Just make sure you are the first one there in the morning or you will have to wait.

They gave a fair price, quick service, professional job that a dealer said nothing was wrong with my tires after over a half day. They patched it, which is the best way to repair a tire and the dealer would have used a plug. There was a screw and a nail in my tire that the dealer said nothing was in my tire even though every 3 days I had to add air. No matter what they do they do it well and give a fair price. Tire Empire Will-Johns is the place to go.

Best in the business! Tony is hands down the most sincere, honest and kind mechanic I've ever come in contact with. He and entire staff takes what's usually a dreadful experience and makes it so pleasant I'd sit there all day just by choice! The work is done faster than anywhere else I've ever been to as well. Ladies, I've been to quite a few bad places in the past that have looked at me and tried to screw me over, and while some did I'm also the type to tell them off and leave. I may not know much about cars but I'm not new either like some places think and this place & Tony doesn't treat you like you are & they don't try to take advantage of you either.
