They are looters. I went in for flat tire but apparently it can not be repaired because there is a big add puncture on side wall of tire which I'm sure wasn't there till they took the tire in to check. Then when I ask if they have Used tire to replace mine, they say no, I gotta buy a new one for 300$. I made few calls to make sure I can get warranty claim but they thought i was gonna leave so they tell me they found a used tire which they will sell me for 80$. Like dude seriously? I had no choice but to get the used one. Don't go there if u like ur car.

Great place to get your tire repair. They are fast and efficient. A repair for removing a nail or screw from the inside of the tire will run you about $12; this includes the removal of the tire, removal of the nail and adding a plug and patch from the inside. They well check the balance of the tire and add the necessary weight to rebalance. The wait line do get long but they open very late. Once they get to your car they are fast with the repairs.

I bought three new tires from Amazon and asked this place to change them. I had recently changed the 4th tire a couple months back. They charged $10 per tire and $5 disposal fee per tire. Took about 30 or so minutes when it was quite busy.

THESE guys at Redlines Tires are dishonest and liars. They will take you to the cleaners if you don't your homework before you go there. If you need tires for your vehicle, go online and compare. They will overcharge you if you don't know your prices elsewhere, ESPECIALLY THE GUY who works the morning shift. He is a con artist, a total crook. I would not recommend this business for purchase of tires. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE, you will save money.

Been coming here for year, probably never again. Drove in with 2 tires + rims needing install, he quotes me $25 for install + balance Each. When I asked him to check the rims to see if any cracks (because the last time they did the job there was a slow leak) he says he didnt have time to visually check (despite it being a slow business period), and asked me to wait outside. They were done in less than 5 mins. Paid cash. NO reciept Given. Also, They are randomly quoting prices. I read thru reviews that someone paid $20 for the same service a month ago. Next time not returning here. Too bad, been coming for 10+ years

I made my appointment for inspection online through their website. There were some difficulties and it was very slow but I was finally able to make it. My appointment was for 9 am and I got there 10 minutes earlier. They saw me exactly at 9 and I waited for a half hour for it. Everyone was very courteous to me. I asked for the WiFi password and they gave it to me (their phone number) but it did not work. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This place is awful. The owner is a a bad person. They charge you credit card but they never have any paper saying $15 is the minimum. I had to withdraw money from an ATM with extra $2. A good business store should have everything satisfiable for customers. Customers are their number one priority. The owner lacks this knowledge.

This place used to be my preferred tire shop but I won’t go back there after my last week experience. I went for simple flat fix, after I went home I checked the tire pressure and it was 55 PSI, my standard tire pressure should be 32 PSI, this is absolutely unacceptable mistake, lucky the tire didn’t blow up. They also raised the price for flat fix from $12 to $15. I won’t be going back.

Came here 1/23/2019 around 10pm with a flat tire, one of the workers (Heavy set guy) took the tire to the back to inspect while I waited outside. He called me in after about 5 min to tell me the nail punctured through the bottom of the tire and through the side wall of the tire which was not repairable and that I need to purchase a new tire for $200+ labor, tax. When I inspected the tire myself the nail was still lodged through the bottom of the tire, I told him it appears to be impossible for the nail to hit the wall as it doesn't reach and it looked like someone took a drill to the inside of the tire and scuffed the side, there was fresh tire shavings all over the inside of the tire. After closer inspection i told him it doesn't even look like it penetrated through the wall and he said his tester showed that air was leaking through the side and it 100% went through. left with no other options, anxious to get home and know way to prove he shaved the side of my tire, I told him I would purchase the new tire. He then goes on the computer and tells me he doesn't have that tire in stock to come back tomorrow, so i left with my tire and rim. Next day I deiced (for the hell of it) to go to another shop in the city and see if they can fix the tire as i still had some doubt the tire was fully punctured through the side and sure enough the guy looks at the tire and says there is no hole on the side of the tire and it does look like someone intentionally scuffed the inside of the tire. He was able to fix the tire for $20. Appears others have posted similar stories indicating mysterious punctured holes on the sides of their tires as well. Stay away from this place!!!

I went there for alligment and the guy drilled the right side of the car I asked him why and he said he needed to do a great job and he told me I needed to change the rear screws because he couldn’t work because they were rusty, the next day I started hearing a sound in the right front tire i thought it was because of the new alligment so I went and put new screws on my car I borough them from the dealer and at the time my mechanic change them he realized the guy who did the alligment twisted the shock absorber because he drilled it and even worst he put the wrong screw and end up braking the all thing.. so I went there today and spoke to Mario (Manager) at the beginning he agree to gave me a complete refund but later on he started making excuses out of the $350 I spend fixing what they had done wrong he agree to gave me a refund of $20 haha , I face the guy who did the alligment and he said he would give me the amount of money I spend but later on he also started making excuses so I just left . DONT GO THERE ....

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! I made an appointment online with Goodyear to have all 4 of my tires replaced on a Sunday at 11am, As son as I arrived and spoke to the guy in charge he laughed at my face saying that they don’t do appointments and that he’s never heard anyone come in with that excuse and that they don’t work with Goodyear, After a bit of back and forth I showed him the email/invoice I got online and he agreed to replace the tires, It took them over 3 hours to replace all 4 tires are you serious? They’re were only about 4 other cars in total if you’re so incompetent that you take 3 hours to replace a set of tires Maybe the shop owner should try and find a different profession also I was looking at the reviews and some of them seem to be fake which makes me doubt their 4 star rating on google.

Came here for a replacement tire on my Prius that had a bubble. Replacement tire went fine but 3 weeks later I’m trying to change my brake pads and they overtightened the lugs way too much to the point my tools are being stripped Trying to take the lugs off. Lugs on cars should be tightened down to about 80 in-lbs of torque... I have a 20V DeWalt impact driver that’s good up to 1200 in-lbs on the highest setting and it CANNOT remove the lugs. Thanks for helping me with a new tire in my time of need but the inability to now remove my wheels wasn’t worth it. I suggest limiting your air tools pressure when you’re tightening up the lugs on subsequent customers’ wheels. If you strip the bolts then the entire hub assembly has to be changed.

Dishonest thieves! Purchased a used tire from here and didn't notice right away that it had a slow leak. Took it back to them and because it was past 7 days they wouldn't just give me another used tire. First of all how am I suppose to know I have 7 days? Doesn't say it on the receipt, doesn't say it on a shop sign. I didn't want anything from them besides a used tire with out a leak. I surely didn't pay $60 for a used tire which was leaking from the same spot they "repaired." The guy says to me "if you didn't want it to leak you should have brought a new tire." Sorry guy i didn't know your used tires leak, always got used tires from other places and never had a problem. There's never a manger there. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Will never go back.

-1 CUSTOMER! Not worth it! I do not recommend this place if you like your car rims. Came here to fix a flat tire, the guys helped me change it I even tipped them $. In the process they scratched almost the entire border of my rim. As I was in a rush and it was raining I left and didn’t notice the damage. Noticed the damaged when I reached my destination. Came back here the next day to see how we could worked it out and they said that they were not responsible of any damages as I didn’t say anything before I left. I told them I have pictures of their guy working at the shop with my tire and they still said they didn’t care to work anything out. We could have worked something out as I know I didn’t check before I left, but the attitude of the guy at the shop was nasty and he didn’t want to talk about it. -1 CUSTOMER!

Needed 4 tires rotated and balanced. Guy starts feeling my tires and basically says the tires can't be balanced. I've already checked, the lowest tread is 5.3/32", I try to tell him don't worry how much longer they'll last that's my problem but for now I just want a rotate/balance. Again he says tires are "no good" and starts talking price of tires he has in the shop. Seriously?! You want to refuse business so you can up sell tires? I left. This was the last chance they got cause I have used them before way back. I guess rent prices on Northern have gone up. Too bad the customer service has gone down.
