Worse place ever it's really just a regular flat fix shop... All they do is what you could do yourself... Order online. Middle man establishment which overall gives you steep and expensive prices causing you the buyer to spend double or sometimes even triple just for a item that u could of went on line and ordered yourself

I'm extremely surprise that Peter's Tire & Wheel don't have the amount of reviews they should. These guys are amazing from the staffing to the appearance of the store. Mary is amazing and professional Receptionist and Junior, the owner, was very helpful and patient in regards to my many concerns. I had recently purchased an Infiniti G37 and went to 12 mechanics around the Brooklyn area (even my family trusted own mechanic) who told me I will need to replace parts after parts which will accumulate over $5000. All mechanics had different views and I had different looks for each one smh. My car is considered somewhat luxurious so they basically try to take advantage. Long story short, I ended up paying no where near $5k. After elaborating my problems to Junior, he helped a lot and find a common relation to assist me better. CUSTOMER SERVICE is also important to me and that's what got me. Their knowledge of the products, ability to use positive language, time management skills and their closing skills are remarkable. They area true definition of a Tire and wheel Shop. We need more company's like them around.

Tire light came in in my car. Went over and was actually the TPMS sensor. Lady tells me $75 plus tax to fix 1. When I go to pay lady charges me tax and doesn't have my change. Will never go again. They prey on the people of the neoghborhood

Passed this place back and forth from work and finally had a chance to use them. I supplied 4 wheels and tires and they mounted and balanced them. From the woman over the phone who price quoted me, to the gentlemen who put them in my trunk, excellent service. Location and parking is tight, but hey that's Brooklyn. Small criticism, maybe some a/c in waiting area/showroom? 2 guys behind counter greeted me nicely and was genuinely interested in helping. Won't hesitate to go back for any future needs.
