Under new ownership, Rosa is gone. Bought tires for many years at National Discount Tires, but will never return after experience there November 2015. The free all wheel alignment is not free. New owners claimed camber adjustment to front end, was not part of an alignment. Please feel free to look up the definition of a wheel alignment; it includes both camber and caster adjustments. They wanted me to pay extra $60.00 for their "free" alignment and when I refused to pay, they claimed they would void all four new tire warranties. Unethical business practice.

These guys know their stuff! I bought some wheels on Amazon to have them installed and they came with the wrong kind of lug nuts. They spotted the problem right away and explained what could be done (new lugs and some kind of rings). They even gave me credit for the lugs I didn't use - which they didn't have to do - so I was quite impressed. Once done, they did a wheel alignment and now my bmw drives smooth as silk. They got a customer for life. Highly recommended!!!

Would give it zero stars if I could. One of the worst places to go worst customer experience ever. They guy in the front with the glasses is absolutely horrible, knows nothing about anything and even when he was wrong over and over still wouldn’t his mistake just kept pointing fingers at me and kept getting frustrated because he was wrong and couldn’t take the criticism. Had to go back 3-4 times and the job is still half assed because he “knows” his job. My truck is still not right it’s raised more in the front that the back after I listened to him ok buying the leveling kit and it’s still wrong. He kept making excuse after excuse. Absolutely the worst place I wouldn’t not give them my money ever again it’s a mistake that I made and I hope no one does too. Do not take your business there you’re better going anywhere than there. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Came in for 4 set of tires and alignment and was over priced never again. These people are crooks and liars very unprofessional half as jobs. I recommend taking your car to a real shop with lifts and ase certified techs it’s a joke how business is ran here. OSHA needs to check this place out. **FYI Look at how he responds to all his reviews that should tell the type of unprofessionalism and disrespect he shows his Customer.

A real gem in the Bronx! Came late on a Saturday when they were closing and needed to get my tires changed out for a trip the following day. Even though they probably should have told me to come back another day, the manager came out and asked one of the tire guys to put his uniform back on and take care of me so I could feel safe on the road with my new tires. They explained that the alignment would have to be done afterwards because the tech had already gone home, but I was very happy with they way they treated me and went above and beyond to take care of me after they were already dressed to go. The price they gave me was $80 below the nearest competitor and the tires are all name brands - no low-grade cheapo Chinese tires here. I drove off with 4 Goodyear Forteras on my Honda Pilot and it feels much better on the road now. What a difference a good set of tires can make! It's no wonder they have such good reviews, everyone I interacted with was helpful and wanted to make sure I got back on the road asap. It seems to be a family-run business, and I was happy to see the kids doing their part answering the phone and helping folks read their tire sizes. All-in-all, a great spot.

I had a great experience with this shop! I called in advance to make sure I had what I needed, and the person who helped me over the phone was both courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, the owner helped us quickly and ensured we got the service we needed. He only charged us for the price of two tires and helped us way beyond. He sent two of his staff members to the location of my car (about 4 miles away), where they changed the tires into two spares and then took it back to the shop. At the shop they quickly replaced the tires with the ones I had purchased and made sure everything was well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Overall a wonderful place!

Needed new tires & went here to check out prices on account of the good reviews I saw here on google. The previous reviewers got it right. They are quick and no-nonsense. Lots of places try to stick you for extra stuff, but these guys give you a great price with no gotcha's or add-ons. Everything's included - mount, valve stem, balance, lifetime rotation, tire disposal, and a free full alignment if you buy an entire set of tires. Prices are excellent (you can even haggle a little, if that's your thing) and the techs know their stuff. Would definitely go again.

I came here in 2014 for a wheel alignment ., the customers before me was white elderly couple ., when they go to pay for the alignment work., I heard the wheel alignment mechanic tell the guy behind the desk in Spanish "try getting me my tip if not included in the bill". when I was next for alignment ., the guy who was behind the desk and the alignment mechanic comes over , they visually look around my car . the guy who was behind the desk, tells me, we see some problems with your car., if u want tip my mechanic $20 and he will physically check and tell you whats wrong ., I came out and said HELL NO ., what the hell is this, the tip you didn't get from the white elderly couple, you trying to get it out of me . just do the wheel alignment so I can exploded out of here

The worst experience ever. I went there yesterday morning to change a Michelin tire. They told me they would call me back around 3 pm, so they gave me a spare tire to ride around with till that time came. During that time 4pm, came around and I wondered why i still didn't receive a call yet. I gave them a call to find out what happened. Another person, other than Frank picked the phone up and i asked them if my tire came in. He told me yes it did, and they tried to call me and left me a voicemail, which is completely false because I had no voicemail in my pending messages. I arrived at the location and inquired about the tire. They told me they did indeed put in a order for me, but they should of specified that they wanted the tire the same day. I explained to them that I was a very busy man and I do not have a regular 9am to 5pm job and I can't keep going back and forth the place just to get a tire changed. I explained to them that they could of called me and told me during the day and told me that they were not able to get it for me, then I would of gladly went somewhere else to get the tire. They told me to come in the next day, so they can install the tire for me. The thing that irritated me the most is that it take less than 30 mins to change a tire. The second thing is that they told me they would be able to get the tire the same day, but it took them the next day to get it. I'am coming in late to work 1 hour now as we speak for a job that should of been completed yesterday. I'am never coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently did my coilovers and had tires mounted on some wheels I had. I must say they are thee most professional guys! My car was a bit more complex to work on being a Audi b8 a4 ,not only did they have all the right tools but they also took the time to explain everything. dealing with suspension is a little tricky and the owner Tony understands that 100%. You pay for quality work and that's what you get here. I've taken my car back more than 5 times in one month just to get the height right (not there fault) and the employees has not given me a bad look. I'd recommend them to anyone with euro cars of any type !!!!

The workers were all speaking a different language amongst each other while attending us, which is very disrespectful. The gentle men behind the desk should not even work with this company because he was trying to over charge for things that they clearly state their website they COVER. The replacement of my tires were preformed correctly and safely which is all you can hope for when dealing with such repairs. However, none of the valve steams were replaced on any of my wheels. When doing basic tire replacements all rubber valve steams should be replaced, no question. Aside from a small hiccup regarding pricing. I have to give a 5 Star review because it is deserved. The staff was respectful and their work ethic is top notch. I will definitely return and recommend this shop for future repairs.

This is my go to place for tires and wheels. I found them when I had expensive wheels that I needed to mount on an expensive cat. They ate knowledgeable and do great work. They can get most tires quickly and at great prices. They can often beat the prices you get online. They are also a Tire Rack location.
