Good looking shop. Unfortunately unreliable. I took a day off for a simple balance and inspection. Whole day walking around .. Excuses after excuses, they didn't have enough time to complete my work. I left my car at noon, is 4pm and im still seating in the waiting area. I asked them to do the inspection only and there are still working on it. Obviously they r taking more work that they can handle. Never again !

I've been going there for years for everything from buying a new set of tires to fixing a flat. Nice place and very professional. Research your tires online then buy them from MIC. They'll either have what you want or can get it in a few days. You can't even save much money buying from a hole in the wall tire shop, and it's not worth it.

was searching for a good place to install all season tires for my BMW X3 found them on google and am glad I did. i just showed up staff member Christopher took seriously good care of me 10 minute wait after the breaking down the price range and process, the car was on the lift and I headed to Popeye right next door eat came back car ready. $706 -$20 off after I became a member excellent business clean well organized very knowledgeable staff clean rest room and waiting area as well ... already referring my co.workers to get their all season tires at this establishment. Took my ML 350 to check my brake pads, I've heard some squealing and thought might be time to replace before I get warning signal. Guys were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I found them on Google and went to them first time,and I will definitely go again. What I appreciate the most is their honesty,they told me my brake pads and rotors are great, so the car making noise on itself sometimes, and didn't charge me anything. I'm sure that other places would take advantage,might replace something with no reason just so they can make some money. Even the manager I think he was, spoke with me about soccer at the end of my appointment. Highly recommend this place

Wow is all I can say about M.I.C Tire pros. I went on their website and requested a quote Lawrence the owners son got back to me asap. I called and spoke to him and then stopped by. You cannot ask for a nicer person and company to do business with. He is very informative and he makes you feel very comfortable. He cares about his business. I then placed an order for four Michelin tires and he did his best to work out a really good price with me and the discounts being offered along with their rewards program saved me a ton of money. I came in to change the tires once they arrived from the warehouse and was helped right away. Try to go during the week, way less busier. It took less time then what Lawrence told me and the car drives beautifully. They are Very professional and I would recommend anyone who needs tires or work done in their car to go there. They just don't do autobody work. Wonderful place, wonderful people, Awesome Experience. Definately would go back again.

I first discovered M.I.C. as a City employee. Many of the City agencies send vehicles to this shop for regular maintenance, and I was tasked with dropping of the car here. I was impressed right away with the overall appearance of the place. The folks in charge pay attention to cleanliness, which to me signals a respect for customers. Next, the folks who help you at the service desk speak in complete sentences and will happily and confidently explain exactly what work is recommended and why. Furthermore, they will give you several options and discuss the relative merits of each choice. I don't know of too many NYC car repair shops that can do all this. Because they left such a good impression, I brought my personal car here for a set of new tires. I highly recommend the service at this location.

This place is the best. I felt like I was spending $1000 or more every time I went to the Acura dealer., even when I only needed an oil change. Here, they do a great job, they are super fast, and they only charge for the service we need!! we found this place when we needed to replace a tire, and they were so professional and trustworthy that we now go there for all our car servicing. The best place ever. Honest people and they know what they're doing, i had noise coming from the belts area on my 2008 jetta and I've gone to dozens of garages and met a lot of mechanics saying I need to change this and that but all failed to pinpoint the actual problem. When I cam here they told this what needs to be changed and my car was reborn. It sounded and felt like new. This place is highly recommended I told all my friends about it, I will be coming back here again for sure. Ps the owner Isam is the best.

Went there for a flat tire, guy is trying to force me into doing the inspection because is due at the end of the month. I do my inspection and everything with a trusted mechanic so I declined once the flat tire was fix I drive home and what do you know the engine light popped up ahaha such an old trick. The worse part is that it was so obvious that it's kind of embarrassing.

LP was an absolute delight! My fiancé and I have been very unhappy with our tires which happen to be all our dealership carries. He spoke with my fiancé at length about different brand options explaining the benefits of each brand and tire. Despite being quite busy he spent a great deal of time and effort on us- even checking in on me while waiting. He didn't pressure me into buying anything, he accurately predicted how long it would take, and simply explained the benefits/drawbacks of each choice and allowed me to decide. LP rules!

Worst experienced ever in this place. One of the boss was so rude. They always want you to purchase the part from them. If you dont, they will be so hassle. The price is always higher than other places. Never come back. 1 week later: they called me back and offered for free labor bc I rated them 1 star. They fixed my car for free. Save me 80 bucks. They really care about their rating online, so I change 1 to 4 stars.
