Excellent tire shop, guys that work here are 100% completly honest and give you numerous different options in regurds to fix your flat. They will test your tire in front of you so you can see the problem and then you choose if you want to plug, patch, used or new tire. There prices are very good too. They are lifesavers I encountered a flat while attending a graduation in the area, went to these guys and they took care of me rite away. I was back on the road with my flat fixed in less than 10minutes. Thank you guys for your quick and honest, friendly service.

This morning my dreaded tire pressure warning light came on. I took a look at my tires and saw a gigantic nail sticking out of one of them. I swung by los promos on my way home and in less than ten minutes, I was back on the road. $10 bucks. I always tip because if you drive in this city at all, I’m sure you’ll be back. I’ve stopped by other shops before and waited almost an hour. The three times I’ve been here, it’s always been lightning fast.

I needed to buy one front used tire but with these shockingly low prices from Los Primos I had no choice but to buy 2 used front tires. They changed my front tires and put the spare back nicely and even got my annoying cover back on the spare tire :) Very happy with the prices and customer service. Not to mention this is the cleanest tire shop “flat tire fix” I’ve ever seen!!

Thought I had a slow leak but actually ended up needing to replace the tire. They showed me the damage and got me in & out relatively quickly for under $60. I’ve been coming here for years. Always great service and prices. They even kept my 16mo old son entertained while we waited. Had to update my review because they sold me a faulty tire that went flat again the same day. Came back to have it changed again and he suggested I put air in it as if normally a tire runs flat the same day. I insisted he examine the tire and of course it had a puncture in it. They replaced the tire with a tire that was run down and in really bad condition. When I complained about it, I was told “that’s all we have”. Then I was told they’d order one from the warehouse and call me when it arrived. A week later, no call. Very unprofessional. This will be my last time here.

I've been to this tire shop a couple times the several years I've lived in the heights. They are excellent. Quick service, great prices, and friendly service. This morning I had to take my car to them because I had a flat tire. I decided to replace all four tires with these guys because they have been the best price I've found in the city so far. I have been price checking replacing my tires the past few weeks because they are due for a change. I've gotten quotes from 6 tire shops in Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan. These guys have the best prices and exceptional customer servive. Case in point they only accept cash and I had to go back to my apartment and get my card so that I could get cash to pay the shop. One of the tire shop employees let me use their bicycle to ride back home to get my card since I lived five blocks away from the shop. You got tire issues in the city. These are the folks to go to. Excellent tire shop. Top notch customer service.
