We went to change a tire here. They gave an option of a new or a used tire. They explained that the used tires are almost new and come from the cars that couldn’t be driven for whatever reason. The next day our whole car was shaking when I drove it on the highway with my kids in it. When I took it to another nearby shop for inspection, thinking it was just a wheel balancing issue, they showed me that the tire had a huge crack across it through which you could see the steel belts. Fortunately the tire didn't blow out on the highway and cause an accident. The owner refused to give a refund and only have store credit. His explanation was that the used tires are sold as is, so even if they are unusable and dangerous when sold only store credit can be given. I would be afraid of getting a used tire from here given the one they already sold me as even the most basic safety inspections (the crack is clearly visible) are not done.

Nice people, unfortunately service really slow on a regular working day at 10am. Only one person working there and waited 1+ hour for him to take a look at my tire. He told me I need a new rim, got my phone # to get a quote and call me back, however they never got back to me. This was very disappointing. I think they are overworked as there are not that many options near city and probably don't care about costumer service.

Friendly, honest and efficient. Had a slow leak on my of my tires and they took care of it right away. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. The leak was coming from the seal so they quickly resealed the tire after removing it and cleaning the tire and rim. Would recommend this place for anyone with tire issues.

The tire place is amazing. The owner is true example of what giving a great customer experience is about. I was traveling from NY to Maryland. I hit a terrible pothole on the freeway which caused 2 flat tires and 2 terribly bent rims instantly. I called Jireh Tire, the owner answered the phone, he informed me it was a 24 hours shop. He was able to give me a price quote over the phone for 2 new tires, and fixing my rims. Which was ridiculously affordable, way below my expectations! My vehicle was towed, Jose, the tire repair guy was very friendly and extremely professional. He able to solve my crisis in less than 20 minutes, I was back on the road with my family. Thank you thank you thank you all so much. Go to Jireh Tire for all of your tire needs. They are very efficient, nice, affordable, and most importantly, out this world position customer experience!

Gershom sold my wife a used tire on December 5, 2017, which he assured her should last for several years. 4 days later, my car failed the NY state inspection because the tire had a large blister on the side, which the inspector said made the car unsafe to drive. I had to replace the tire immediately. Gershom refused to reimburse me.

Was charged $15 for one plug. I pay $4 to $6 in the Bronx. It's upsetting because the guy didn't even have to Jack my car up or remove my wheel. I think he saw Mercedes and figured why not charge that much.

The website says 7am opening and midnight closing. I called and they said they open at 830. When I got there it was closed and the guy said he was "running late" but promised to be there by 9. At 9, he said he was still on his way. This place is slightly cheaper and does patches of tires (as opposed to just plugs) but so far, it really hasn't been worth the hassle.
