My truck needed four new tires, so rather than wasting an afternoon over the weekend at a tire shop I gave Mobile Express Tire a call. They came to my office at the scheduled time with their fully equipped mobile tire shop and installed the new tires while I was at work. An hour later the tires were mounted, balanced and installed and the old tires were taken away. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism of the business and the service I received was just as good as the dealer or a tire shop. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Mobile Tire Service is great! I don’t know why there’s bad reviews about them. I was driving to Long Island to visit my mom, and I caught a flat on the way. I have ZERO knowledge on tires, so I called them up. They got to me pretty quickly, 20 minutes after I called, he showed up. The gentleman was very professional and nice. The service was great and I DEFINITELY recommend everyone to call them. Thank you guys again!

Eli was very courteous and prompt to arrive. This was no simple tire change and needed power tools to remove overtightened lugnuts. The price for the new tire and service were fair and I appreciated the service. Would use again.

I needed to have my tires swapped for the winter tires on location. The mechanic arrived at the scene promptly, as arranged. I ran late but the mechanic didn’t say a word about that. One of my winter tires was completely flat. The mechanic filled it to correct pressure, again without a word of complaint of having to do extra work. He identified that my tires were directional and explained why the order of placement was important. The entire job was completed in no time. I could not have asked for better service. Great guys; highly recommended!

My tire was loosing air, stopped by autozone for the flat sealant. That was not helping and googled flats fixed. I called and Eli picked up i was able to meet him at a safe location and under 5 min he was here. Now my tire is as good as new. Thank you Eli, may God bless you!!

They are very rude bad customer service they had me waiting 3 hours and everytime i called them to see where is the driver they keep hanging up on me then i called again then they keep telling me the driver is on the way but with 3 hours past the driver never came i was stranded by myself then i had to call another company to help and that took 1 hour please dont call this company i will never ever call this company again. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommended service I was in a bind with a flat tire (couldn’t change it in a dark area) and had to get to work so I left my car in a parking lot about a mile from home and had my mother come for me and lend me her car. I gave her the key. A friend recommended Express Mobile so I figured I’d give them a try. Thank God I did. Eli Rod arrived promptly all the way in Oyster Bay, retrieved the key from my mom, then drove to my car, fixed the problem and even came back for my mother and drove her to the vehicle so that she can bring the car home! I mean, above and beyond! I will recommend this company to anyone I meet who may be able to use their services. Thank you Eli Rod!!

Useless. Please NEVER NEVER NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. AVOID AT ALL TIMES. Our car battery died so we called them for a jumpstart for our battery. They came and attempted it. The car started up... But it died again within mins. They came back to jumpstart it again, failed. The guy claimed there may be something wrong with our engine and recommended us to get our car tolled and fixed at a repair shop. The guy left and charged us $54 for just jump starting the car battery! I mean if it worked we wouldn't feel this horrible. The toll company came and jump started the car to get it on the towcar. When we got to another auto shop , the car was fine - battery and engine all working from the jumpstart by the towcar guy. He was at lost of words when we told them what Express Mobile failed to do too. Results from car battery diagnostic: the battery was low and needed jumpstart, nothing wrong with engine. We called Express Mobile for a refund. They basically wasted half our day and made us pay $54 for a job they failed to do. We asked for their manager and they said he's on vacation... HAHA something smells fishy. DONT TRUST THEM
