I have been using Emil's for many years and Ralph is the BEST! Where can one find an honest and reliable tire and auto repair service company anywhere these days? His prices are fair and he gets the work done right and fast. Ralph does his father Emil, proud with his great good morning and hearty handshake when the work is done. I'm not sure what Shomer Shabbos means, but Ralph is the living essence of it, being kind and respectful. It has to be good, highly recommended!

I usually like to confirm things before doing anything. I called in around noon to find out if I can come in for a motorcycle inspection. I was told "yes". It is raining lightly outside. Without hesitation I take my van, put my motorcycle in it, strap it down, drive down to the place, unstrap, unload my motorcycle, bring the motorcycle to the place. I go to the guy and say "hi, I am here for a motorcycle inspection, who would be able to help me with that?" The guy, very rude, big cigar in his mouth, no "hi" no "bye" tells me "between five and six", looking at me like I am begging him for money. I had to ask him twice more partly in disbelief, partly due to the cigar guy not speaking clearly. So I did all of that for absolutely no reason, now I load my motorcycle back into the van, strap it back down, and you know what? I am not coming back to your shop even if I brake down right in front of it, because that's not how you treat customers. I just wasted my Sunday thanks to you. P.S. (for owner) I did not call in because I am bored or lonely or want to chat, I called in to confirm. It is very unprofessional of you. Seems like your Caps Lock key is stuck.

The previous night, I had to call AAA for a battery boost. This morning, I brought the old beast to Emil's All Tire and asked Ralph to check the battery if it needed a charge or replacement. Ralph remembered I purchased the battery from him, and he asked me when. I could not remember but he worked his magic by checking the bar code. I a few minutes, he advised me he was replacing the battery free of charge! I was in and out in less than half an hour! This is why Emil's is my Go-To auto repair/ maintenance garage. I have been taking the beast to him for years because he is a trusted friend and performs good honest work. Ralph and his crew of renown are the best anywhere. Highly recommended!

I know nothing about tires but......when your mechanic steps on my light color mats wearing shoes covered in dirt and oil it leaves black marks that i have to wash, when your mechanic leaves a black shoe mark on inside of a door panel because he was careless moving his feet, when your mechanic leaves black finger prints all over the door because he did not care---this is where you get bad review and mechanic gets zero tip. Teach your people how to respect and care for private property of your customers. How long does it take to put plastic over beige leather seats and paper guard over mats??? Few dollars job cost more aggravation and time cleaning after your guy.

Emil's All Tire is a great shop to bring your car to. Car problems, for me, have always been a rather unpleasant experience to do deal with. Every time I went to a shop in the past, I would have to wait what seemed like forever to get my car fixed. Truth of the matter is, a broken car is never a fun experience, but Ralph, the manager, and his mechanics made my experience as painless and seamless as i could imagine. I've been a customer for a few months now. My first problem that i took to this shop was with my transmission, and since then my car has been running very well. I take my car no where else but Emil's for oil changes, flat tires, and other maintaining that must be done. Speaking of the tire department, I got a peak at the back of the garage where the mechanics do their thing, and his tire selection is huge! When my tire got slashed (gotta love B'klyn) I went to Ralph and he had just the tire size i needed in plentiful variety. They gave me a list of the most expensive brand name tires in my wheel's size all the way down to the off brands, and everything they had in between. Ralph didn't corner me into buying the most expensive brand, and gave me a decent tire at a very fair price. My family and I go no where else nowadays.

Brought my car in by tow after I couldn't get my flat tire off the rim (rust). They got it off no problem. Ended up getting four new tires, alignment and had all four brake pads replaced. Fair prices and friendly, knowledgeable workers. Will definitely recommend to anyone in South Brooklyn.

They're amazing! I got a flat tire and they're the closest tire shop to me. Since my tires are worn, I decided to get two new front tires. As they were taking care of it, I noticed that there was a nail in my back tire too. Changed all 4 tires so I don't need to worry about the winter weather. Not an expense I was planning on, but they definitely made me feel safer. Excellent and speedy service allowed me to make it to my meeting in time. Definitely spreading the word. Was there on June 11th. Was taking my kids to the airport and got a flat on the Belt. Was it first nervous when the tow truck driver pick this place for me but they were a godsend. Couldn't have been more courteous, made a stressful stay very pleasant. We're kind and fair with all of the customers I watched while they repaired my tire and got me some Replacements at a better price than I could have gotten at home. Thank you so much for getting me on my way and being so fair with me and all the other customers that I saw come into your shop while I was there. I have been coming to Emil's All Tire for years, and have nothing but a rave review for Ralph and his team. He has always treated me with respect, his prices are fair, the customer service wonderful. They go miles beyond what one expects for fairness and service, and they always let you know up front what things will cost. I had a minor car accident some time ago where I got hit, on a Sunday afternoon, in Delaware. I called Emil's and asked when they were closing; I was having AAA tow me and I wanted to go somewhere I trusted. They told me they'd be closing at six, but that it would take some time to close up after. Still, if I got there after 6:30p, I should have the tow driver leave it in the lot and they'd take care of it first thing. Long story short, everything that could go wrong did, and we got there 7:45pm.... and Ralph and one of his mechanics were there to take my car. The repair was far, FAR less expensive than I had feared. This is why I won't take my car anywhere else. Over a decade I have been coming to Emil's All Tire, and I can't imagine anyone giving a bad review to them, ever. They go miles beyond what one expects for fairness and service, and they always let you know up front what things will cost. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Emil's is definitely the most honest and fair people to deal with they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Emil and Ralph are the most professional and kind people, I took my Lexus in to change two knock sensors and the job was done so quickly with no hassle, or headache, Then I brought my minivan to have the transmission rebuild, and they again did a great job, and the van runs like brand new I totally recommend this place to any one looking for a good job with good service.

I went to Emil's All Tire to get a GoodYear EMT RunFlat tire patched. I was in and out within an hour, which is not bad by NYC tire shop standards, especially on a Sunday afternoon. The guys doing the work took care not to scratch my 20" rim. While I was waiting, I also had a chance to look over the shop's equipment, and saw many high-end Hunter machines, from road force balancers to wheel alignment setups. A clean, well-run place with good quality tools, I won't hesitate to bring my truck back to Emil's for future service.

Their pricing was in line with what I expected to pay, and they had my car ready within 2 days. I strongly recommend them. Their shop may look a bit disorganized, but don't let that sway your decision to use them. After getting work done here, I also heard from my friends that they were very happy dealing with Ralph. I actually found this place by mistake. I went to Bay Diagnostic first, but Jordan was disrespectful to me. So glad I got everything done by Emil's - they earned a customer for life.

I recently got four new wheels mounted and balanced on my car at Emil's All Tire. When the owner and I went over the job, I explained how I might need new valve stems because the originals are pretty hard to take off. So before I left my car, it was understood that I would be paying for the mounting and balancing; plus 4 new valve stems. Total work cost :200 dollars. When I arrived to get my car, it was ready. Only thing was, they parked it two blocks away and basically told me to go fetch my own car. That is, in my opinion, very unprofessional and rude. Yes, Brooklyn is very crowed and parking is difficult, but at least have one of your workers quickly get the car; or properly explain to your customers where their car is parked. At that moment I was upset but quickly got over it as I was pleased that the work was done. What drives me to write this review is what I discovered after I took the old wheels out of my trunk. Out of curiosity, I looked to see if there were any valve stems on the wheel, and you guessed it... they were gone. Hmmmm.. so.. one of two things happened, they either took the old valve stems off of the old wheel and put them onto the new ones (and then charged me as if I received new valve stems). OR... they indeed did give me new valve stems but kept the ones from my old wheel ( for personal or buisness reasons.. I don't know). Either way, that is wrong, misleading, unfair and unkind. I might be young but I'm not not oblivious. I've learned an importance lesson after this; I need to be more educated and aware of my own vehicle. This way, older grumpy people won't take advantage of you because you look inexperienced. Even still, I was kind and brought business to you. I decided to put my money into your company and you, for whatever reason, decided to rip me off that day. Looking over the other reviews, that helped me make the decision to go to Emil's All Tire. Now I know these reviews are very misleading. Please be very cautious when bringing your car here. Sure, they will probably get the job done but at what cost? I will never bring my car here again. You should think twice before doing so too ! Last thing ! Stop putting those horrendous "Emil's All Tire" license plate frames on peoples cars without asking ! That license plate frame looks disgusting.....promo your business in the right way. And treat all of your customers FAIR and EQUAL.

Huge tire selection and excellent service. I took my car in for tire replacement due to a flat. I has a tire insurance and the shop immediately got in touch with insurance rep. They replaced the tire the same day. Service charge was probably four times less than what I would have to pay at the dealer's service. I'm very satisfied overall.

After getting into a minor fender bender, I brought in my car to see if there was anything wrong with the front wheel that got hit. I told him I got hit by someone and that the other party's insurance was going to pay for it. Without even putting it on a lift to inspect it, he says that it will cost $500 to replace the wheel bearing and the surrounding parts. When I asked him why it costs so much. Ralph says, "Why do you care? Insurance is paying." I went to another mechanic (KR&S) who actually put my car on a lift to inspect it. He says there was no need to change anything with the wheel. Bottom line: This repair shop is not very honest and will take advantage of you if you're not experienced.

Customer's input not taken seriously. Had 2 run flats with nails and glass damage.. not 1 ! Had to stop at another shop to replace the tire that I told Emil also showed low air. He said it was fine...as per his employee's inspection. I don't think his inspection was very thorough., and certainly not checked by the boss after a customer complaint.
