I had a slow leak in one tire for several months and finally the manager of the midtown garage where I park suggested I take it here to have them look at it. Immediately upon pulling up two guys jacked up my car and had my wheel off in about a minute right on the curb. One of the attendees showed me that I had a nail puncture. A few minutes later my tire was repaired and back on my car. For $15!!!!!!! Perhaps the last honest business in NYC. I highly, highly recommend.

Pull up right in front of Carlos' on 45th street (north side of the street and closer to 10th Ave) and have your flat plugged in 15 minutes for around 20$ cash. I've gone to them twice for slow leaks and they've found the leaks and plugged them while I waited. The place is always open (legit 24/7) and the guys are fast, work hard, and honest. If your tire needs to be replaced they'll let you know and they have tires onsite to sell, but honestly I have no idea what they cost or quality.

Popped a tire at the Giants game. After waiting literally 8 hours for a tow, I was able to locate this garage. They were very quick. To put in a plug it took about 5 minutes-- 3 of those minutes were spent thanking the staff. Have a tire problem? Look no further.

We got a flat in a nearby parking garage and got sent to this place by a helpful parking attendant. Faced with a 200 mile drive upstate at 6 pm on a Sunday, we thought for sure we were going to get royally screwed as 2 desperate tourists. Our flat was fixed for $15 in less than 15 minutes. I went in to my dealership the day before making the 500 mile drive to NYC to complain about my tire losing air after hearing a loud explosion two days prior. They said I was overinflating the tire. Guadio (sp?) found the cut in less than 2 min when I'd spent hours on the road having to keep re-inflating the thing. They only take cash & I got a replacement tire for 60 bucks. It's been a month and holding up well. Got me back home & the hundreds of miles I drive a week.

Way over priced for a tire that had about 70% thread left if i didn't have to travel so far to other shop that I've used before i wouldn't have paid 80 dollars that tire should have been 65 dollars, the only good they were quick with it.

Really happy with the level of service received. I had a slow leak, which I expected to be the result of a nail or puncture and instead was faced with a cracked rim! The staff was so nice and professional, they helped me swap out the tire for my spare and since I needed to order a new rim and there wasn't much else for them to do in terms of replacing the tire, they didn't even charge me! I'll definitely be back to this place for any tire needs and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Went there for a flat. They offered me a used tire. I said ok change it but make sure the rim is good. They changed the used tire. I had to come back after driving one block. Tire was flat again. Then they showed me that my rim is cracked too. Refused to offer refund and said u hv to go to queens for rim repair. Worst experience

There are so few places in the city to get a flat fixed. I dropped in on these guys without an appointment. They got the nail out and plugged it in what felt like 5 minutes, 7 tops. Highly recommend.

Not the cheapest place in the city but certainly the fastest. If you have a flat at 1am or need a new tire in the middle of a snow storm, these guys will alway have you in an out in less than 20 minutes or less. They charge regular mechanic shop rates for services but they are always worth it.

11 pm flat tire, we live 200 miles away and our hotel for tonight is an hour away. The tow truck towed the car to Carlos at Car Chum--side wall hole, couldn't be repaired, sold us a new tire for $100 and 15 min we were on our way to our hotel. Friendly, lovely guys, Carlos and his work mate--saved us hundreds of dollars by being open in the middle of the night, and saved our kids from being dragged around NY in the cold night looking for a hotel. Prices posted for flat tire repair very reasonable. Absolutely recommend. But I don't think they take credit cards is the only caveat
