Not true to their word...Their website claims no Hassel, price match I was charged almost $40 per tire more than what I found after I bought tires ... They didn’t even ask me which website... I tried to get them to price match and they made up an excuse that my price included installation. It was very clear on the receipt that installation was listed and charged separately... They didn’t want to talk to me....they never called me back. They totally ignored my email... I highly recommend that you go to BJs or Costco... If you go somewhere in the neighborhood make sure it’s not the same owners. My family used this place for more than 4 decades...this place has become a huge disappointment

If I could give them no stars or 1/2 a star I would. I drove in there with my brand new Genesis (with no lights displayed on my dashboard) to have my four tires replaced. Turns out they busted every single one of my tire sensors and told me that the sensors were found that way. Which is bologna because my car was new and all four tire sensors were not busted, please. They wouldn't even do the job. They told me that I would only have to go to the dealer. They should never have had an unexperience mechanic doing my tires. There are plenty of tire shops in every single one of them seem to do the right job I just happened to pick the WRONG tire shop

I’ve visited this shop twice. The first time was a few years ago, to patch up a tire and the service was great and I was attended to quickly. The 2nd time is was less than a week ago and I can assure every one I will not be returning there ever again. I returned once again to get another tire patched up, a simple service and I even told them exactly which tire it was. The waiting room was busy that morning, so it took almost an hour before they took my car in, which is fine, I’m a very patient person. Once in, they took quite a while before I got any update. They found some issues with 2 other tires on my car and the young gentlemen at the front desk, was more than helpful and knowledgeable. He made suggestions as to what tires would better suit my vehicle when I was ready to replace them. On the drive home, my tire pressure indication was going off while I was on the highway. I made it all the way home and checked the tire I had patched up, and found the pressure to be at 50 psi. So I decided to check all the tires since they had touched all my tires, and they were all serviced to 50 psi. It’s clearly marked on the sidewall not to service over 40 psi, and I know my tires should normally be between 32 and 35 psi. I immediately thought these guys are scammers. I was angry but decided to call them and figure out why it is they did that. So I called them and spoke with what sounded like an older man. I explained the situation and he really did not seem to care or believe me. Said their digital gauges are calibrated every month, I must’ve been the one to make a mistake. What kind of gauge did I use, No way their equipment could possibly fail. Needless to say, I had to let air out of every single one of my tires, the tire pressure indication on my dash went away and has not returned. The man on the phone was rude, even tho he did say he would follow up on the equipment used but it sounded more like he just wanted to shut me up and get rid of me. I’m definitely not returning there ever again. Im sure they don’t need my business, but I was planning to order the tires I needed there, prior to the whole phone fiasco and the tiny part where all my tires were over inflated.

Justin is awesome. 3 tires on brand new car developed bubbles within first 6-7 months. Dealer and other shop wanted to charge for new tire. Pirelli actually had a warranty that Justin informed me of that covered the tire damage. Very honest. Great work. I had an oil change here because i did not have time to do it that day. I usually change my own oil due to lots of dishonest technicians and shops. I did not get to drive the car after coz my wife was driving it. The next day when i was gonna drive it, i heard the motor had a noise coming from the rocker arms. I checked the oil from the dip stick and the oil was like 2 quarts low. I returned to the shop and complained about it and when they checked it. They were down playing it and said it was only a quart. And when the advisor was checking it he was holding the dip stick where the oil would run back down to the full, like i did not see it. They added 1 quart but it was still low of another quart. I will never ever come back here. Learn from my mistake. I paid for Synthetic blend and they prolly just used conventional regular oil. Because when they refilled it i was trying to see what kinda oil they were refilling it with, but the technician from Hindu was trying to cover the labels.

They are scam artists at this repair shop. They tried selling over 300 dollars worth of fraudulent repairs for one of my rental cars for a state inspection took my vehicle to another location for a second opinion. I have video tape and pictures I got from a trusted mechanic that the parts that they tried to sell me sway bar end links on a 2012 Toyota Prius saying they were disconnected and that was false . They also stole 37 dollars from me as a failed inspection. I will be reporting your business to the state . Hopefully your license gets pulled or heavy fines are waged against you. If the owner actually reviews this your phone number on your invoices does not ring so I can speak to an actual person . I had directed my renter come in for a quick inspection . I would like to be followed up with an a refund issued for my 37 dollars .

Was brought here on the recommendation of my tow truck driver after getting a flat. Great, friendly, fast service and they went above and beyond by getting on the phone with my car's service plan provider to work out payment on the spot when I didn't have my plan info with me. In and out with a new tire in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place for planned or emergency repairs.

Walked in for a simple oil change and left with 1hr and 30 min of lost time and NO OIL CHANGE! I watched as the mechanic not once but TWICE would take care of other customers as my car sat on one of thier mechanical lifts. I finally decided to ask what was taking so long just to come and find out that nothing was actually done to the car. My car was the only car in the garage when i first got there and can’t seem to find an explanation as to why So much time was wasted. Needless to say, I requested to get my car out of the garage and took my business else where. Save yourself the headache and time....... Response To the owner: please review your cameras and see who was in the waiting room first Before you say you guys “ work on a first come first serve rate.” That simply wasn’t the case. Also if your garage didn’t have enough workers at the moment you could have notified me that way I can make a decision from there. The lack of communication is absolutely unprofessional. Also my car was in the garage for the entire hour before the Asian lady that came in asking to get her tires changed due to a flat. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation as to why this occurred. Your correct I was explained what happened and your mechanic seemed to be very apologetic because he knew he was wrong. Maybe if you were in my position rather than come up with a rebuttle you would realize how unacceptable the service was this particular day. Thank you for taking time out of your day to respond.

Well, it turns out these guys are not a good business. I just bought 2 brand new tires from this shack on 3/21/14. I got a bubble and a hole on one of them which caused me to get a flat tire on the highway, after 1 month of use. When I got to their shop expecting to have it replaced free under the 1-year warranty I purchased, Jerry, the guy who sold the tires to me and part-owner of the place, started yelling at me on the street in front of his employees and people on the street. When I asked him to stop yelling and speak calmly, he refused and said he felt like yelling at me. He insisted that I pay full price to have the new tire mounted. I left and I am not spending another cent here. Jerry was friendly when I bought the tires, but it seems like friendliness is only reserved for new customers when they can stand to make a buck. He actually had told me he was charging me in retaliation for changing my mind when I originally purchased the tires. Obviously I am not letting this go. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if that doesn't resolve it, I will contact the manufacturer and take it to Small Claims Court.

These guys are the best. I brought my car in this weekend because of a slow air leak in my tire. Sonny and the Latin guy in the front (sorry didn't get the name) was able to determine what caused it and showed it to me. They took care of it real quick once the issue was located. I wasn't sure if it was a bent rim or an issue with the tire. They just had to reseal it. Thanks guys!

I've been here many times with a couple of my cars. The service is getting worse every time. Management is horrible ,prices are astronomical,( to fix a flat tire is $ 40 ) plus the waiting is forever with a empty store. Bad costumer service. you can go and take your car and see it yourself. your first visit will be the best experience ever ,after that you are a prey. The only good thing is that the technicians are professional and they know what the are doing .

Basic repairs such as wheel alignment are fine. I've been here 3x. The second time was to redo their improper programming on the tpms. The third time is the last, because the service advisor (or owner or whatever he is) Jerry, rip-off customers. Exorbitant amount on labor costs for customers bringing their own parts. Otherwise, they would charge 2x to 5x the price for parts bought there.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The owner of the shop Jerry is very, very rude. I need to get one new tire for my car. I came in around 10:45 A.M this morning and I spoke to Justin. He disappeared right in the middle of the conversation. I didn’t know what to do. I waited 20 minutes and I still did not see Justin. So, I asked another employee about where Justin was and what was happening to my car. They told me that they will finish the job within one hour after I waited half hour. At 11:50, I saw my car in their shop but nobody was working on it. So I went back to the office and told them please hurry up because I needed to pick up my daughter. The owner Jerry started to yell at me and he said that I had no patience and to not come here next time. He also said that he did not want my business. He said that he has worked since 7:00 this morning and he is working hard but that has nothing to do with me. He probably making so much money from us, and he doesn’t care losing one or two customers. I finally got my car around 12:15pm. Took me one and half hour to get a new tire, the whole job took less that 15 minutes. It is not right to treat a customer like this .

I was sure that I had a nail in the tire, so i took it Auburndale Tires. They had the car on the lift in less than 5 minutes. After inspecting the tire thoroughly they told me that there was nothing wrong with the tire or the rim. (They inspected all 4 tires and rims). The tech even inflated all of my tires to the correct pressure. Once the car was off the lift, I figured it would be a $20-$30 bill. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY!!!! I tried many times, and they just wouldn't take it. I wasted 30 minutes of their time, (and they were busy). I think the person I was speaking to was the manager or the owner, and he said, "I'm not going to take your money for putting air in your tires!" Honest and courteous!!! When I need new tires, i am going to Auburndale...Even though I don't live any where near Flushing.
