Update: 11/2018. 3 months from my original post!!! Careful with their labor prices... There's no posted sign of labor rates per hour. The mechanic just creates a price off the top of his head, this should've been my red flag to leave but read the rest of my experience with this sham of a auto shop. As I come back to get work done I'm given an incorrect analysis about my shocks needing to be replaced. I know that was false because I got them done less than a year ago and just to let u know shocks and struts can be pretty pricey so I know I was not about to do that process again. After another look they finally found out what the issue was and I then ordered what I needed online because it's obviously cheaper. Firstly, I'm guessing a buddy of the mechanic got there because I suddenly see a car going on the lift before mine and when I ask what's going on with that they tell me this guy was there before me even though I haven't seen him and I'm literally sitting around waiting for the work to get done. Secondly, I'm told one of my pieces i ordered from online are no good so now I'm forced to get it from their parts store. After the work is done I'm told I had to pay more for a good brand piece to replace the damaged one and wasn't given a choice as to say look this is what I have let me know what u want to buy. Now regarding the piece I got online when I try to return it I realize I never got it back from the mechanic. Granted that's something I should've asked when I was told it's no good or at least the mechanic should've just given it back to me. After I call to get the piece back I'm told the mechanic just threw it in the trash and I ask for a letter from the mechanic stating the piece was faulty and I'm told they don't do letters because they didn't order the piece. I chucked it up as a loss and realized I refuse to put up with such unprofessionalim. Definitely the last time I'm going to these guys. 7/2018 Awesome service. They're very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. If you have no way of getting home because of car problems they conveniently have space to put your car and not curbside where it's liable to get a ticket. Definitely will be coming back for other issues with my car big or small.

I must say the team at Affinity Tires is the best ever in the Bronx and New York as a whole. Take that to the bank any day. I can do a TV commercial for this guys if possible just to promote their business. They know their onions. Fact! Chino and Ignacio calmed my anxiety as they replaced my worn out tires with brand new originals. Service was quick, Rims were sparking shiny and my Ford Fusion drives like brand new once again. Give a quick call to them to confirm hours and see how busy they are before driving over. I came in for a wheel allignment but ended up getting a bunch of other stuff that needed to be fixed for a fair price. They noticed a dent on my rims and fixed them up and noticed my brake disk was uneven and fixed those. He really worked with me and was very helpful even offering ice cream as I waited. Support these guys over your big tire chains! Also if you are waiting for repairs ask them for their WiFi.

I was looking for a Place like this for a long time. I was out of state and Had a friend install a set of 4 tires. Ended up spending 730.00 that included Wheel Aligment and tire balance. turns out where my friend went. The job they did it was not well done. I then went to this guys and Boom withing 10 mins they knew what was wrong did not overcharged me and explained what the other shop did wrong. Botton line they know what they’re doing and most important they are very straightforward unlike many other places in Town. Best Guys Around.!!

Best place to get any questions about your car answered. I've been looking for a mechanic near my home and somehow stumbled upon this one stop shop. Ever had your 60 year old mother completely and utterly disrespected? Then come on down! I’ve never seen such language used with a customer who wanted nothing but to take their car back. This idiot said he would have the car fixed in 2 days, 5 days later we ask for an update and he proceeds to nonchalantly say it will take 2 weeks. We ask to get our car back and go elsewhere and he proceeds to lose it. Unprofessional is not the word and by the line of other customers asking the same that were there, we could tell this was typical of the owner. Filing a complaint with the BBB today. Places like this shouldn’t exist.

I had taken my car to the Honda dealer because my maintenance light was on. I was told it was because I needed an oil change. After that was done, however, the rep told me that a couple of other things needed replacing that would cost around $600. I told him I would take care of it at a later date. I then brought the car to Affinity hoping for a better price. The mechanic there told me that no replacements were needed at all. It seems the dealer was trying to fleece me. Anyway, I'm glad I brought the car to Affinity and, perhaps needless to say, seeing as how I saved a bunch of money, I really appreciate their honesty.

Went there this past Saturday 10/20/2018 to get a wheel alignment. Now get this, they must have thought that they were dealing with an idiot because when they took my car in I had already changed the pitman arms and tie rods hence the reason for getting an alignment. Well the tech there took my car in first and then had me wait outside that's when I knew things were going to get crazy. He takes my car in and loosens up the left pitman arm and totally makes it really shaky, really? Who did you think you were dealing with? I showed him where I had marked the spots so that I would know if they did the job or not and he tried telling me that that's how the pitman arm and rods were when he drove it in. Impossible because like I said previously we had just put them in. Anyway not to bore anyone I'm just writing this to let you know to be careful when going for an alignment here because they will definitely tell you that you need work that is unnecessary, make sure to have your mechanic check the front end so that they won't try and make you get you to get something done that you don't need. Took my car for an alignment to a different location on Monday and what a coincidence, there was nothing wrong that the tech could see just needed an alignment. $60 later the car is running perfect. Like I said stay far away from these thieves. Their flat fix might be good , but don't ever get your car aligned there unless you like throwing your money away or don't mind getting ripped off.

I highly recommend this place. I went in for a wheel alignment. The wait was relatively short. After the wheel alignment was completed, the worker went with me to take a drive to reassure me that the alignment was perfect and insisted that I will not pay unless the alignment was adjusted perfectly.My alignment was perfect. The service was great. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend the worker that helped me. He goes by the name of Chino. He's a very nice easy going guy. I was browsing to find out any good wheel alignment shops can help me with my problem basically I went to get an alignment 3 weeks ago because my truck is pulling towards the right I went to the shop they Did the alignment they even took it for a test drive to see if they fix the problem nothing still pulls to the right the shop just wanted to get paid I'll never go back there. So I decided to search on Google I found affinity new tires auto repair wheel alignment shop. So I started to read their reviews and all I saw was good reviews it was great. I met this man Chino is amazing with both service and customer service skills. I told him my problem and he alredy figured it out found out that my casting on my passenger side was an inch off because my truck was in an accident and I never found out that was the problem. It was pushed to inch back where the frame is with the lower or upper control arm is. Drivers side is 0.88 it's good my passenger side is 0.89 were the problem is. At least I know what my problem is now but I just gotta say he was an amazing man straightforward and not wasting my time he gave me all the information on how the components work I'd advise you to always go to this shop if you have to do any alignment or rotating tires or putting on new tires this shop is the best in the Bronx. The employees here we're happy to help me even thought I arrived right before closing and Chino even went for a test drive with me to make sure the wheel alignment he had done was done accurately. Chino is awesome. And Ruben, the manager is so helpful and kind. I had just bought a used car and it was riding really rough and needed an alignment badly. I showed up Saturday morning at 7:30am and Chino helped me immediately. He put my car on the lift and checked the suspension. Sure enough, the bushing bar needed to be replaced and he even tested it with me there to replicate the sound i was hearing when i was driving. Within 5 minutes, he had a quote for me to replace it, cut me deal to include the wheel alignment and was already prepping to replace the bar. It was done in a timely manner and when he was done he had me take him for a test drive to make sure he fixed the problem, and let me tell you, it was like night and day! I drove with the windows down and I asked if the engine sounded ok and he said it was fine, which really put my mind at ease. He did recommend replacing my shocks too, but he even told me it wasn't an immediate need, just to come back and they'd take care of it. I'm so pleased and i feel confident that it was done correctly. Go here; the pricing is beyond fair and they won't screw with you. Highly recommend!!
