I love that this place is open 363 days of the year. Closed Christmas and NewYear's eve overnight. They are open 24hrs so it is super convenient to go late at night when they are not too busy. One of the worst place. First they charge money then send to other place, where we have to wait 5-6 hours. Initially they do t say , you gonna be in this number and have to wait this long. Worst employees there. They don’t take care by number. Just can take any car before you even that car is far behind you in a queue. Hate this place and suggest other not to go

This is by far the most unorganized mechanical facility I have ever encountered. When requesting the service I needed I was sent back and forth by the mechanic and the office representative. There is absolutely ZERO communication. I brought my car in around 10 am for a simple wheel alignment, I returned at 1:30 pm and my car STILL hadn’t been attended too. When speaking to someone in regards to this disservice they said I was next after realizing that people who had recently come in were being seen before attending to my vehicle. I don’t recommend any one to come to this shop unless your taking a full day off. I did complain about this and the mechanic told me if I can’t wait to take my car to another shop, SUPER unprofessional. They had no interest in trying to service me, instead I was being brushed off. Zero isn’t an option so they will receive 1 star.

Willy and the 106 St. team are great, been purchasing tires from them for the past 5yrs. Recently since my VW warranty expired they do all my service (filters and such.) a 1/3 of what VW service would charge. Most importantly honest where VW told me one thing and they countered it. Highly recommended for a neighborhood place open 24/7.

Horrible service.. employees walk around slowly and carelessly..uninterested in customers.. give no information of what's going on. I went.. they made me wait an hour after which I tried to find the guy and ask him.. he said my tire had an air bubble.. and needed a new one.. said they didnt have used ones .. so when I said I'd find somewhere else to go he said he'd "check" .. ohh so he hadn't checked before he told me he had none?? BS .. made me wait another 20 minutes before i went over to him and he replied with.. " I haven't checked yet.. I have 3 cars ahead of you" .. wow.. he was going to have me sit there while he serviced 3 cars to tell me if he had a used tire.. ridiculous.. I drive to redline tire on northern.. only to find out my tire was fixable and had no air bubble in it. THIEVES..

Sell you whatever tires they have in stock, you will have to wait for their so called alignment when it suits them. When you buy 4 new tires. Manager is arrogant and thinks he's Hugh Hefner . Place is only good for emergency tire repair if you're in the neighborhood, anything else, forget about it.

Good price, friendly people, fast services. I was quite satisfied with my tire change there, and they have those 3D computer wheel alignment, which did a great job on my wheels. Over the years I learned to trusted this store to fix my tires. Their sales are friendly and funny. During the World Cup of Brazil they even set up a big TV for anyone to watch the soccer games, no other tire store did things like that. So I give them 5 stars. Don't know why the google rating is not higher. They deserve better.

The valve on my tire broke in half, they were able to fix it in 30min. Very friendly and helpful. The guy who towed my car said he comes here for his own car, if that isn't praise I don't know what is! Will definitely come here again if I need anything tire related.

Absolutely the WORST service center I have EVER had to go to. So I went with my husband to get a wheel alignment, we got to the office, he paid, and then was told head across the street to the service center. When we got there the short mechanic with the worst attitude told us leave the van in the driveway and we can come back (did not say leave keys). He told us before we left 3 cars were ahead of us and it was an hour and a half wait. We got food down the block and returned in like 15 minutes. When we got there he started screaming because we didn’t leave the keys and then told us there are now 6 cars ahead of us and it’s a 3 hour wait. We waited until we were the very last vehicle to be serviced although we were there before a lot of the other people. These guys had no clue how to do the alignment on the van but claimed they were done. Luckily my husband knows a bit about vehicles and also took a picture of the screen before they did anything and after which proved they did NOTHING!!! MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT GO HERE! They say they did stuff to your vehicle that they don’t do at all! THEIVES!

Service at the desk is prompt when paying and receiving your ticket for service. The service line is quite slow because of the amount of vehicles, which is understandable on a busy evening. Very disappointed in the service itself, went in for an alignment and left with the same issue, probably adjusted 60%. Wouldn't recommend for service, they get busy enough that quantity and quality are not the same. It was my first time here and I may have caught them on a bad day, but don't believe I will go out of my way to return. Best of luck!

A few months ago, I noticed my car told me back right tire has low air. I fill up. One month later same thing. Finally took it into these guys and after an oil change, checked that tire out. No problems. So my guy figured out must be the front tire, took it off, found the nail and patched it up. Very reasonably priced, no funny business or things I couldn't understand. I watched him do the entire thing which was pretty cool actually and he was very efficient. I can't speak to these other reviewers, but I came 8am and I was out at 830 including having to diagnose the issue.

The worst tire shop in the world!!!!! First, price of repairs depends on what car you have!!! if you came to the their shop on Mercedes they will charge you more for the same work (tire balance or fix the hole) than if you came on old Nissan. Also, if you come during working hours the price will be cheaper for everything than if you come at night hours. Second, some of staff really don't understand how to balance tires or didn't do their work properly in order for you to return you to their shop again...I can provide you with more examples of they cheat people on alignment but I think you already understand meaning of my words!!!

We frequent here, nearly once every 1-2 months. It used to be great. Great service. But now after the usual guy left, the past 3 visits have been hellish. The mechanics just chat and don’t work. People wait hours just to get an oil change. It’s time to find a different shop.

Absolutely the worst tire/rim shop one can ever go to. First off, the absolute worst customer service. These employees do not show any courtesy to any customer and speak to them in a disrespectful way. Guys hate their job and take it out on the customers. They cannot speak English but only Spanish. Even the manager does not believe in customer service. One of the employees was putting a new tire on a very expensive original rim and he scratches my rim. And tries to cover it up with some paste. Luckily I spotted it before I left. Do yourself the favor and avoid getting your car serviced here.

They are open 24/7 which was helpful when I needed to get the work done at 10 o'clock at night. The staff treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable and professional. The shop was clean and the staff took care of me in a very timely manner. I would strongly suggest you use this business for any and all tire and wheel needs. The following week we had a bad snow storm and I have never felt safer driving in the snow with my brand new tires. Keeping my family safe while I was on the road was their priority and I felt extremely safe and satisfied upon leaving this business.

I've been going here since 2007, the service used to be great. sad part now is that the owner's kids probably took over the business with no regards to customer satisfaction. You walk in the showroom and there's this kid in the corner, never greets the customers, and just stares at adult rated videos online. I go in there for a oil change, they not only forget to rotate the tires but then on purpose leaves oil smudges on my hood as a retaliation. Guys, please just pay extra and go somewhere else.

These guys are amazing! Sent a limo bus from Buffalo down to NYC to help some stranded people at the Buffalo airport make it to LaGuardia after a winter storm shut the airport down. At 4am the bus got a flat near the airport. These guys even worked outside of their shop when the bus wouldn't fit in their garage. Not only did they replace the tire really quick but they charged a great price! Can't thank them enough for getting the bus back on the road and helping us out. 3 weeks back I caught a flat on my vehicle. I opened the hood to get the spare and there wasn't one in there or a Jack at that point I didn't know what to do so I called a friend he came down and help me out he jacked up my car we took the flat tire out I left my vehicle on the jack went to this Tire and rims place and they were great they sold me a spare tire for $55 and ordered a new one for my vehicle in a couple of days, I went back got my new tire put on they took back the spare and deducted $55 from my bill for the new tire found out that new vehicles they don't Supply new tires or jacks anymore which is unfortunate anyway with that said I give this tire place a thumbs up they got me out of a jam highly recommend this place.

There prices are unbeatable and there service is top notch. I use to go for tire service alone, but now I do all my repairs and service at other shop across the street. This is great place to do work on your wheels, I did some research online and contacted other companies but the customer service was non-existing. At 106th Tire shop they replaced my four tires and breaks, absolutely great customer service, constantly updating customer about work progress on the car. Beautiful waiting area, great prices and explanation of charges, free tires rotation and alignment for tires life. Great establishment with outstanding service and awesome people working there.
