Friendly, great service. They also do walk-in oil changes, as well as tire services. If you buy your tires from them, they balance them and service them for free.

Fantastic staff and service. Got a phone quote and came in for 4 new tires. Was in & out in less than an hour....and old Star Trek was playing in the lobby! Fair prices too! Highly recommended!!

Don't waste your time at this shop. I ordered tires and was told they'd be in the next morning. They were the wrong ones and no one bothered to check them before calling to let me know they'd arrived. I was told the right ones would be in the following morning. I waited for hours and no one called to say that they sent the wrong ones AGAIN. I said I would take the tires they had in stock at the price I was quoted and was told "ok" over the phone. When I arrived I was denied. No apology or compensation of any kind was offered for the complete waste of 2 days of my time. I went to Silva's and was out the door in half an hour.

I've been going here since it was Big-O and Taos Tire Factory, same owners since back then. I've bought a lot of tires here, and they have a good selection at reasonable prices, with knowledgeable, long-term staff. This past time I went with a strange problem and my own parts - and they don't usually install owner-supplied parts. But they did this time, and when it failed again in two days they fixed it again without charge. Overall a great place to have work done, with a grocery store next door so you can eat while you wait.

We had a major blowout in our AWD Subi Outback on our way into Taos through the mountain route. After getting the spare on we headed here to see what they could do for us. They could have easily sold us an entire set of tires but instead told us they had a used tire, same brand and wear, as the other three. We were out of the shop and back to our vacation within an hour and only out $50. I was very impressed with their honesty and sevices. Thanks Taos Tire Factory!

We are from out of town and had a flat while sightseeing on a nearby mountain. When we got to their shop, there was less than 2 hours until closing and their shop was crowded. They repaired our tire before closing. They were very helpful and did an excellent job. We highly recommend this business.

Great price on my Continental tires! For comparison I checked Tire Rack and Point S was the same if you factor in shipping. Wouldn't consider Tire Rack anyway since I prefer to support local businesses, but great to know the pricing matches. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend Point S Tire & Auto!

I have bought 3 sets of tires for three different cars from The Tire Factory in the last four years and have been very happy with each transaction. Fair price, fast service and knowledgeable staff. They seem to have a good selection of tires and sizes in stock. While waiting for service to be completed other customers seem satisfied also. Would not hesitate to recommend The Tire Factory.

The mechanics that serviced the leak and patch on my tire were great. However the guys inside just don't seem to care. I was told the service would be 30-45 min which I was happy to wait for. Coming up on an hour and a half I went to ask the person at the front desk for a new estimate. I assume he was the manager based on his clothes being different than everyone else. I told him "Can I get a new time estimate because I'll need to let my job know I might be a bit late". Without looking up from his cell phone he told me "oh it's probably done". We went outside and the wheel/tire did not have the work order ticket that was filled out when I dropped it off and I had to point it out. He had me roll it inside to pay for it and then to my vehicle. This was a tire I took off another vehicle and brought in in a different one, so the offer to install it back on wasn't helpful in this situation. I would have appreciated a sorry for not telling me when it was done or a hand moving it to my car, oh well. The price was $20 which is a very fair price for the work though.
