I had been recommended this place by several people, so was quite excited when my brother purchased tires for my truck from them. However, a couple weeks after purchasing the tires (less than 1500 miles), I got a flat tire. Upon taking it into the shop for repair, I was told that there was no road hazard coverage on my tires, despite the fact that we had paid for it and because there was sidewall damage it wouldn't be covered anyways. I said ok, I will buy a new tire but would like to ensure I have road hazard coverage on my new tire and I need to make sure sidewall damage would be covered. Dan at the front desk is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. He essentially told me that he, or his tires, won't be held responsible for my poor driving (I had a nail in my tire from a jobsite). Upon purchasing a tire from another tire store yesterday, I was informed it is manufacturer policy for the tire I had purchased from Quinn to honor a sidewall damage with road hazard coverage. They also told me that they'd far rather see me safe and not changing my tire in the middle lane of traffic, as Dan told me I should have done. Please don't let Dan take advantage of you as he did me!

This tire shop is mediocre and overpriced at best but the rude employees made it completely unacceptable. Go to a chain store instead! Better prices and no attitude.
