I purchased a vehicle, FSBO, with tires purchased from Martin Tire in Las Cruces. I inquired today if I could have the tires rotated and if they would honor the Free rotation/balancing package which was purchased with those tires for that vehicle. They said, "No, sorry, we can't do that." So I told them that I would take my business somewhere else, most likely Discount Tire. Why would you not give me the deal? You just lost a customer and potential business for years to come. Give a little in the beginning, and get back a lot later on. Very stupid business practice. Not smart at all. This review doesn't let me give a 0, but that's what I give them, 0 stars out of 5.

Great place, great products and world-class customer service! Ask for Richard. Richard does and excellent job with guidance to find the appropriate product for my vehicles. Victor also does a great job. Most impressed with how both Richard and Victor interact with their staff. Not only are they very professional and respectful with all customers but also their employees. I'm a repeat customer and the techs Aaron, Luis, Edgar and Todd have always done a thorough job. GREAT customer service! I was a first time customer that set up an appointment late in the day and they got me in at 8am the NEXT MORNING! As I got there they realized that what I needed couldn’t be done in Las Cruces so they got me in at the El Paso location in plenty enough time to get there. Not only that while I was there in Las Cruces I had a balancing issue so before I left they fixed my balancing issue for free just for the inconvenience for me having to travel to El Paso. GREAT people that actually care! Thank you Martin Tire Company!

I will not recommend this tire shop. I had to take my car there twice in one week to fix a flat tire. The second time, they made a big dent on the side of my car and insisted it was there before. I just walked around the car to check all the tire pressures the night before. It is impossible that I didn’t see the dent. They are just liars. I will tell all my friends, coworkers, and family NOT to take their cars to Martin Tire.

I buy the tire warranty service, which has paid for itself over the long run and they take care of all my tire rotations, flats and balancing promptly.

Zero stars if I could. Lack of professionalism at the front desk, as well as poor customer service. They have thugs at the front desk. I'd suggest going to Discount Tire they are much more honest and professional.

I have been buying from Martin Tire since 1977. I have never had a bad experience. Great service, have made friends with many of the counter agents over the years. Service has always been quick as possible, courteous and friendly. It seems the new computer system that is currently being used causes the counter staff a little agrevation.

They didn't install my wheel center caps right notice the noise as I was driving home got out fixed the and noticed I lost one. I went back the next day to let them know what they did wrong and told me they were going to order the part free of charge and they will call me back. A month went by and I decided to call them to see what happened and I was told I had to pay for the part and said it wasn't their fault and stared arguing with me over the phone. I didnt care much for the part but the way they treated me after doing business with them, that is unacceptable. Never going back or recommending this place.

I have always done business with Martin Tire, but my last visit I took some new wheels and tires to get mounted. When I went to pick up the wheels they told me one of them was damaged when they opened the box but they still proceeded to mount the tire. The damage looks like they pried on the wheel to get the tire on. Also these wheels come very well packaged so I know it wasn't from shipping. Now I can't make a claim cause they still mounted the tires and the company told me they shouldn't have cause it was damaged. Martin tire denies they did the damage. I will never go back to Martin tire!!

Been going here for years. Decent prices and a decent wait time. 4 tires and a 3 year road side assistance warranty for under $500. Great staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Wait time can be up to 2 hours which is only reason for 4 stars

Went in for 4 tires (one old tire was no good) had to take it in to have a new installed before I could bring the vehicle in. That took almost 2 hours. Went back to have the other 3 mounted took another almost 2 hours. Had to go back in a week or so later to have a tire repaired but was told it was unrepairable. Told it was gonna be 250ish for one tire or like 120 for the warranty. But was never brought up when I bought the tires. When I explained that both the tire salesman got very rude, started swearing at me. One even went to the tire Bay and took off his work shirt and started hollering at the worker "to get these damn thing out of here" I felt intimidated I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MARTIN AGAIN. Being going to them for over 10 years. Never ever again beware future customers

UPDATE: Charlie the Gm of martin tires resolve my complaint from my road hazard warranty. still not a fan of jonathan that works at the front , i shouldn't have had to contact higher management to resolve a issue of not replacing my tire when another shop said yes to the tire replacement that i paid extra for when purchasing my new tires with the road hazard warranty ... at the end of the day everything was resolved and i appreciate charlie for doing so. the manager that use to work at this location should be hired back he was also for the customers and always helped anyone that came into this business, don't remember his name i just know he was the person who sold me 4 NEW TIRES at that time.

My wife clipped a curb and cut the sidewalls of two tires. She called Martin Tire and they wrre ready for her when AAA pulled her truck in. They had her back on the road quickly and even fixed an imminent flat because their inspection caugjt a dcree in one of the other tires. We habr always had eccellent service, anartheir prices are comparable tp other places we have tried.

I have been going to Martin Tire for at least 15 years. I have bought all my tires there, and have all service such as tire rotations and balancing done by them. The fact that that service if free is truly amazing in this world. My brother- in- law went to them when he needed his truck tires balanced when he was visiting. I will always recommend them to anyone who could use their service. I go there just to let them check my tire pressure because I am not so good at trusting myself and they are always willing and smiling.

I've had two bad experiences, should have learned from the first, but i had been going to Martin tire for the tires to all 10 of my cars with no problem until recently. First i went in to have my front tires replaced and was told he was putting them on the back of my car. i told him no they were to go on the front. He stated it was the law, I said "dumb Law", give me something to sign because they are going on front. He refused, i went to Sam's - no problem, had two new tires on the front in under 40 minutes. Second time i went in to have front end aligned; I had made an appointment for the very first open slot. When i got there 10 minutes before my appointment there was a truck being aligned. i asked what happened and he said the truck beat me there. i pointed out i had first appointment and he said it would only be a little while, half hour later i left and never plan on going back.

Well where do I start it's a Saturday martin tire closes at 5pm I've heard so many good things about them till this experience. I noticed they weren't that busy so I went at exactly 3:30 I gave my keys to the man up front asked for 4 grand new tires with road hazard. They guy told me my car would be done that day and that I would recieve a call. Well I received no call and to top it off I needed the car Sunday and of course I work on Monday and now I have to miss work because of this issue I won't be going there anymore heads up make sure they can get the job done before you give them your keys.
