If I could post no stars, I would- I requested an online quote for tires three different times and got no reply for over a week. I tried to call and got voicemail instead of a rep. I requested an online quote from point s tire and they got back to me in 15 min on three occasions and within an hour on a Sunday... Guess who's getting my business for three different vehicles.

Had an alignment done here and it was still way off and unsafe to drive on. Made it to Santa Fe and had to get another shop to fix it. Garcia Tires receipt says they have a warranty, but currently they do not want to honor it.

We are traveling through this area and needed to find a reliable tire company that could work on our Ford 450 dully. The manager ( or owner, not for sure) was excellent in taking care of our needs. He spent time with us to diagnose the issues we've been experiencing and came up with the solution to our ' floating' issues. Unfortunately we've been traveling for a week and have stopped at many auto repair shops that did not diagnose the problem correctly and ending up paying for unnecessary costs. The worst was that it NEVER got repaired correctly. We HIGHLY recommend Garcia Tire for any of your needs. They saved our day! We are back on the road with our much more safer fifth wheel and feeling a whole lot more at peace.
