DO NOT GO HERE! They are nice but incompetent! They replaced parts that didn't need replacing the first time. When our truck still didn't work, they said what could be wrong is what I told them it might be in the first place! After finally fixing the initial problem, they broke something else and are claiming they didn't do it. After 3 times to this shop, being without a truck for 6 days, and $1500 later we finally realize this is a horrible place of business!!!

I used to work at this location didn't know much was very grateful for them to put me on and teach me everything I know I worked there for 4 months didn't mess up one time the guys that work in the back are very trustworthy but the management made up lies to get me fired which now made it impossible for me to find a job working on cars which is what I love to do

This place is as crooked as it gets. They tell me when i buy the tires that if i rotate them then the warranty is good yet when i bring in 55 thousand mile tures that are bald at 20k miles they refuse to earranty them even when i had written proof of my rotations

As crooked as you can get. Sent my wife in for alignment and they wanted to sell us $650 extra for parts that were not needed. I had a second and 3rd opinion and had services done elsewhere. Don't send a female in there as they will try to get extra money! Very disapointed

Four States tires on Airport and Apache has always done a great job working on my vehicles. The oil changes are exceptionally inexpensive compared to any other place in town and I’ve never had any problems afterward. They are pretty accurate about the time they estimate it takes to finish the job, and they always provide frequent updates. The front desk manager AJ is knowledgeable about very intricate issues, and I appreciate how he explains what is going on with my vehicle. They give good, honest advice and I would recommend anyone to come here.

Don't go here after 4 PM, the front desk guy might easily and unprofessionally tell you that they don't have time for your business because they have other vehicles they need to work on, even though they are open until 5:30 PM. This used to be my place to go, but I like spending my money where businesses appreciate it. The guy didn't even suggest I come back the following day.

Went in for an oil change, I asked how long is the wait, they said Not to long, about an hour before my car was pulled in. The final cost was not what is advertised, when I asked for an itemized cost breakdown , the navajo guy got defensive, just wanted to to know the why's for the final cost. When we got back into our car, there was smell of cigarette smoke in the car. We rolled down the windows, luckily the smell didn't linger, most likely not going back.

I have been a customer of Four States Tire for several years now. Under their new management things have gone downhill. They always have something they want to add on for you. Took my car in for oil change and instead of doing the same thing they did last time, they changed to synthetic and charged extra for it. Had another car in last week. Got a quote for $1200 and when I researched myself, parts were under $250. Now I am looking for a new place to take my personal and corporate business. Management replied by saying they will inform all their employees for future reference. Doubt it, as they are now all about the "Extra Charges $$$"

A.J. awesome front door service and answers questions or finds information. The mechanics and apprentice superb. I suggest only visiting Apache store and avoid the sister company on main street. Tires will be expensive but better tires is worthy of your family safety.

Went 2 days in a row just for an oil change waited 45 min each and ended just leaving. Seems like this is a recurring problem for this location might be something to look at. Other locations don’t seem to have this problem. Went to jiffy lube and they had it done 20 min later with replacing my headlights wipers and air filter

We had to get the tie rods replaced, a tire rotation, and alignment done in order to safely make it to a funeral 700 miles away. The car pulled dangerously to the right and wobbled, so they had a lot of work to do. Despite it being an hour and a half past closing time, your associates kept working and test driving until both problems were totally fixed. We were very satisfied and appreciate you going the extra mile to make sure our car was taken care of.

This place is okay. Management changed about a year or year and a half ago and it has been better since then. I think that this is a good place to get basic maintenance and repairs done(oil change, tire rotation, alignment, new tires, etc). However, I would not suggest getting repairs on essential parts done here simply because they use really cheap parts. I got a fuel pump installed about 7 months ago and the fuel pump conked out. After getting a new, better quality pump put in, I took a look at the fuel pump that this Goodyear installed and lets just say the pump looked as if it was made from the same plastic as Legos. That said prices are on the cheaper end which is okay for basic repairs. They have also misdiagnosed some things on my car as well, at one point giving me an estimate of $1000.00 to replace the whole control assembly when really all it needed was the struts replaced.
