I got a good deal on a new set of tires and have not had any issues with the new tires. Even though they had to be ordered, they arrived within a couple of days. I will definitely be going back to them the next time I need tires.

Traveling across the country. Girlfriend's tire goes flat as we get to our hotel. She takes her car to the Pep Boys to get it checked, maybe 15 minutes before closing. They find nothing. Girlfriend says they even got out the soapy water and sprayed it, said it was fine and filled it with air. Told her to come back in the morning if low. It was. Come back, and they won't have techs in until after noon, not ok for our travel needs. Cross the street to Delta. Doors are just opening at 8 am. Techs are on site. Shortly after, I see her tire getting repaired. Tech brings in the keys, and I ask what was wrong. Apparently there was a very blatant, LARGE nail in the tire. Told him about the experience across the street, he doesn't see any way the could have missed it. Manager came in around that time to hand the keys back, said no charge for the repair. Shared the Pep Boys experience with him, and it is apparently not uncommon. Delta did us right, and we were able to get back on the road on time. Staff was courteous. Service was quick. Many thanks.

Hi I wanted to share my excellent experience that I had from Andres at Delta Tire! We were tired, on our ways back from Grand Canyon trip and had much more time to drive well into the night on our way to Houston, TX. Well, wouldn't you know it, somewhere in Albequerque, we hit a small piece of metal and i noticed our tire pressure was dropping about 10 lbs per hour, i refilled it once and it was getting worse. Well I searched for a Walmart auto center near our location and it said there was one in Gallup, NM. I went there and there was a huge line, i am thinking we will never make if home on time. So i noticed Delta Tire was near the Walmart so i was thinking they probably don't have the time to worry about plugging my little tire hole. Boy was i wrong! Mr. Andres came right out and assessed our problem, he took our rental car directly onto the lift and got his guys to fix it for us, and on top of that, it was only like 30 minutes we were there. ANDDDD HE DID NOT CHARGE US A PENNY!!!! Man i had to pause and pinch myself after hearing that! I wouldn't get that kind of treatment at any other place i have been for tires! Well i got home safely and on time, all because Mr. Andres and the good people at Delta Tire in Gallup, NM helped me and my family out and helped us to get home safely! Thanks so much, I will never forget your act of kindness!!!!!
