I went to Mavis Discount Tires on Rt. 33 to get news tires put on my SUV. Dropped my car off to them at noon and called them at 3pm to pick up my car. When I called them, they said they didn't even start on my car! I was upset, since I booked the appointment online. I picked my car up and my friend referred me to RW Tire. I called and they told quoted me a similar price for better tires and told me to bring my car in. Within 30 minutes, my car had brand new tires!! They are excellent, efficient, reliable, honest with speedy service and great customer experience!

How did I not come here sooner? I have never had such incredible customer service when it comes to a car servicing facility. The owner Ron was so friendly and welcoming when I came in. He walked out to my car with me and explained to me what I needed and asked me if I was going to wait or if I wanted a text message to come back. I needed 4 tires and I thought I'd have to wait a long time so I had someone pick me up to take me to work. I was literally at work for 15 minutes and I got a text message saying my car was ready. They did a fantastic job and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! If you've read this far... GO TO RW TIRE!! You will be happy you did!!

Been going to them for over 20 years for tires, even before they were on Route 206, they were in a barn off Ward Ave. But I recently contacted them when I got a quote for a new axle and boot from Toyota Dealer of 699.00, they did it for 205.00, then my hood would not open about 2 days later and they said to stop in, they did not need to open my hood to replace the axle, they fixed within 30 minutes at no charge. Today I took my car in because I was hearing a funny sound when running my air conditioner turned out the drain was clogged charge 32 dollars. They are great.

I always go here to get my tires changed and always have for years, the crew here is very friendly and they never try to stick you on price. When they do not have the tires your looking for in stock they can usually order them for the next day as well. My overall experience with RW has never been a bad one and I will continue to return here time and time again in the future. Great place took me years to find a place that is not there to steal your money. Had my brakes repaired months ago and then was hearing a strange noise. Best Tire shop in area in my opinion. I have found they have the best BF Goodrich Tire prices. They even beat the online places. I had a tire repaired recently. I picked up a couple of nails and the tire plugs were not cutting it. They patched the tire and things seemed okay. A couple hours later I found Tire very slowly still leaking. I took the tire back. They inspected, found the slow leak and repair it for free. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them if you need tires and repair work.

Amazing professionalism! Can’t say enough nice things! Sitting in the waiting room now watching TV with a handful of other customers. They have 3 people at the desk so we are all taken care of quickly and professionally. They have wi-fi and several outlets to charge your cell phones while you are waiting. I blew a tire out the day before my trip to Vermont and junior was able to get me a tire the same day so I can make it to Vermont. Had a great experience today. Had to keep filling my tire up on my Lexus. Took it to the Lexus dealer and they didn’t find anything. After another month decided to stop in at RW. Came here for wheel alignment and balancing on the 08/25/2017 when I left car was pulling extremely to the left balancing was good , I come back so they can correct it , make me wait 30 min I drove out and car still pulling to the left and shaking like crazy come back again and after 1 hr they told me that my car is gonna pull just a little to the right I wasn't even going to feel it but car still shaking, they told me that they were busy at the moment and I need to come back on Monday, comeback on monday and still the same way they told me that it will go away soon and on top of it they lost 2 caps of my rims almost a month after come here on a Friday and they still busy ain't no managers in the store that could help me and they ask me to come back on monday I'm sorry but after almost a month this is unacceptable

i've been going to this shop for basically my whole life since it opened i think, and this is the best shop ever. they are so honest, i can't count on two hands how many times i brought the car in too early, and they sent me away telling me i did not need it yet. did not charge me a thing. they do real professional work, and back it up with the best customer service i've ever seen in an automobile shop. this is the place to go. i live an hour from here, and i will make a point to make the trip and go here because i trust these guys

The most honest mechanics you will ever meet! I had a small rip in my tire wall and figured the worse, I would need a new tire and it would cost a fortune as I have a luxury car. I walk with the mechanic outside, he has look at the tire asks me a question and says ''make it like you were never here, brother'' I was in shock at his honesty! He could have easily charged me $400 to replace a tire, but rather he was honest with me! Though I did not get a new tire, I did have a peak around at prices and they were way cheaper than most in the area. I cannot recommenced R.W. Tire enough! If you want an honest opinion and not someone who is just looking to take your money, this is your place!

Been going here for years & here is why... stopped in today for oil change & new tires which as always they did a phenomenal job. An elderly woman had apparently brought her Camry in because there was a noise in the steering column. I was in the waiting area when one of the guys came to talk to her about her car; he assured her there was nothing wrong, just the mechanics of the column at work and she didn't need to worry and she left with no money out of her pocket. Some other places would go ahead take that column apart find nothing & charge her anyway. Love this place & their honesty. Buy your tires & have your car serviced here, by far best shop around!

I've been dealing with this one particular tires shop Since the eighties. They are always the cheapest around and best service. They make you aware about other problems with your vehicles, which helps a lot. And in most cases they are more than capable of repairing that. Great guys always. Took great care of my cars and trucks from when I was 26 and still are 25 years later. Not to mention they also took care of my father when he started bringing his vehicles there! After he passed away my mom started taking her pride and joy to them, her Cadillac(she really loved her car and it WAS VERY NICE MOM!) there and even when there was nothing wrong with it they still checked everything out twice to make sure and wouldn't charge her a nickel if there wasn't anything wrong!!!! If they found something they would just fix it. If it was small and just labor they wouldn't kill her sometimes it was free if it was something to worry about they would talk to her and let her know what to do and then fix it at a reasonable price. They would tell her when to come back for her oil change and stuff and fix her tiny problems then. One time the window didn't work and they told her where to go to get it fixed much cheaper right around the corner. She just love them all. For that I think that they are the best and they are. They just fixed my Mercedes-Benz front end when I couldn't find a mechanic in about 20 mile radius of Delran to look at it let alone work on it.

My mechanic recommended these guys a few years ago to deal with a tire issue. R.W. Tires is excellent. I've had my wife's tires and my own replaced with no issues. They give you lots of options on affordability and dependability. They don't try to sell you special tires that are over priced. Prices are upfront on their website. I took a shot and had them replace my breaks a few months ago and I'm very pleased. The waiting time for new tires/vehicle repairs is quick. (Usually under an hour). I highly recommend them.

Once for flat tire another for quick oil change as I had to travel. Even without appointment, they were quick to help and get me back on my way. Best customer service! I needed a new tire and I called the afternoon before coming in. He ordered the tire and said it would be there next day. I ended up deciding to get a full set, so right before closing I called and asked if he could order an additional three and sure enough he was able to put the order in so all four tires showed up the next morning at 10:30!!!!! I got 4 new tires in only 1 hour!! Clean waiting room inside , as well as a waiting area outside with benches. They have a large assortment of tires to choose from. My family and I always got tires from here when we lived in Hamilton. I now live down in South Jersey now, with my fiance, but he and I both drove up here to get new tires! RW tire gave me the best piece of mind of my car. I won't use names but I had gone to another big name tire place in bordentown to find a knocking noise on my suspension. 200 dollars later to tell me its nothing. RW tire found the problem immediately and ive been satisfied so far.
