I have a 2011 jeep wrangler jku with a 4 inch lift and 35's that needed a balance and everywhere I went no one wanted to balance my tires because they were "too big" , (I had bead balancing done on them, bead balancing is pure garbage do not use that for 35's) After trying almost every mechanic shop on 35 in Keyport I found this mechanic shop that took my jeep in with no problem and balanced my tires. The jeep RUNS PERFECT, completely eliminated the death wobble symptoms I was having . The mechanics and the owner Elvis made me feel right at home, 100 percent professional and knowledgeable on the issues I was having with my jeep. Now I've worked a bit in the industry back in the day and this shop had top of the line equipment, snap on balancing machines and tire install clamp on machines used for bmw, audi, etc. that leave no scratches on the rims, pin point laser alignment ride on ramp that aligns toe, camber and caster to the t. I am exetremely satisfied and impressed with the work done, I recommend this shop to everyone.

I have recently brought my car being a 2016 Porsche 911 and had an amazing experience , I blew a rear tire while driving down to the shore and pulled alongside the shop the staff and owner took great care of the vehicle using proper low profile jacks and mounted a proper used tire was in and out in approximately 35 minutes . Great staff!

I called and the dropped. Within 3 seconds I got a call back from Elvis. I thought wow he is still alive. Anyway I went in for a nail in my tire. They fixed it in 10 minutes. $20 not bad. Friendly crew, give them a shot.

Being a woman you know it’s dificult to go to the mechanic without feeling like you’re being taking advantage of. I was recommended here by my local car wash. I met the owner “ Elvis” what a great guy. Down to earth. Hard working and most importantly. Honest!! He fixed my front end suspension and my car feels brand new again. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else I used to go.. “ Pep Boys” Love this place. Thanks guys!

What can I say? These guys are amazing!, I just went there for brakes but they inspect my whole car and fixed all the issues that needed to be done in an affordable manner of time and price. The owner, Elvis Nunez really takes pride in what he does. Definitely a place to recommend and finally a mechanic that you don't feel that you get robbed when taking your car for service in this area!

Took our jeep commander there to get a alignment they are the only ones in area who would touch it because it was 'lifted' they where quick prices where average no bs the jeep now drives straight.

After being at work for 12 hours during the storm yesterday I had a blow out on a major highway. After waiting for 8-10 hours to be towed, these guys stayed open to accommodate me! The staff was very polite and fast. In and out within a half hour! On top of amazing service the prices are great too! The best part is they do waaaaaay more than just tires!!!

I needed help with my flat tire & was driving by so decided to stop in. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in (they speak Spanish) , Elvis & Marlin were great taking care of me and did a quick fix! I was in & out within 10mins. If needed I will most definately be returning here.

I wouldn’t trust these guys with my bicycle, spent $500 to get my wiper motors working and got my car back still broken. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Really had a bad experience. Charged me $400 of the bat and they didn’t even touch my car.none of them are certified mechanics either. They play a guessing game which could get pricey. They didn’t even have the decency to put my car back together like when I brought it in.. nuts and screws are missing. Cowl is loose and rubber parts (which I’m guessing is supposed to keep water out) are missing and loose. Again take your hard earned money elsewhere. I want to add that Michael the shop “foreman” is an unprofessional hack. He has “31years experience” but couldn’t figure my car out, a crown Victoria. One of the easiest cars in the world to work on. My car sat outside the shop 70% of the time it was there with the hood partially open and fuse box had the cover off. Mind you itrained the first night and thunder stormed the next day. It was only in the shop bay when i was there physically standing in the shop. Took it to the shop down the street they had it working in an hour. Michael also wanted to open up my dash and change a switch. Which would’ve been another $200, who knows. In his words “it’ll take another $500 to get the wiper motor working”. My girlfriend too, would ask him questions and he wouldn’t directly answer the questions being asked . He would play charades and say, guess this part, then guess this one, oh then connect the 2 to each other. seriously this guy heard credit card and took it upon himself to screw me over. He spent more time bullshitting with his cohorts than working on the car.i may not be as knowledgeable as he claims to be , but when you put out $500 you expect the job to be done. At that. I still paid $500 for unfinished work. He’s so out of it he doesn’t even know how much we paid. I don’t know where he got the number 300 from. He is an absolute unprofessional. He doesn’t even use punctuations in his literature. He does know how to use that credit card machine pretty good. Everyone do their homework before taking to this shop. I’m sharing my experience so hopefully it doesn’t happen to the next person. I could keep going about how unprofessional and dishonest this guy is, but I want to keep it short and simple. Take your money elsewhere, and ask for certification credentials. And yes I learned my lesson.
