So if there was a rating for no stars I would give that. My husband owns a Ford F-150 and takes it to quicklane on Rt 23 for oil changes. I've had bad experiences where Honda has tried to sell me brakes and a battery that had just been replaced when I went in for just an oil change so I do not trust dealerships anymore. My husband had a feeling that the last few times he was at quicklane he was being sold a line as well so he decided to put a star on his oil filter and take a picture of it before his oil change. Well low and behold he got home there was the star. This was there after the oil change which by the way they also tried to sell him an air filter and basically shamed him for declining it pushing on him he needs a new one while he was there. Now he's wondering if they even changed the oil at all! He went right back to dealer and the service rep came right outside to meet him,probably because he knew what was coming and didn't want other customers to hear. End of story is they offered him 3 oils changes and apologized. 3 oil changes that they prob won't really do. Yea ok thanks but no thanks. End of story is Quick Lane Rt 23 is not reputable or trustworthy and I would not give them another cent of my business. I can only imagine the stunts they pull on people who are not savvy when it comes to cars. Shame on them!!

Was iffy about this place because of what merrily wrote on both her and her husbands google account which is kinda not cool btw. I brought in my F-250 for a works package. I decided to mark all of my stuff in my car like tires, Oil filter, etc.. I checked my own air filters (which was dirty) just to make sure they don’t sell me a filter that wasn’t mine. In like 15 minutes they came to me with my dirty air filter and mentioned everything else on the car was fine although it needed a few maintenance things which I understood because I never did any of that since I got the car new in 2015. Everything else was fine including tires and brakes. Had them change it all and got me out within the hour. After everything was done I drove home which isn’t too far and checked to see if they rotated my tires and changed my filters and they did. Honestly the best experience at a dealership. They had on avengers and free hot chocolate. The only thing I would recommend is a better view of the cars being worked on and comfier seats. I would definitely recommend this place.

To whom it may concern do not go here they change workers and managers monthly I have had nothing but problems here they do not know how to rotate tires one worker was doing pull ups on my truck while another was under it Doing oil very unsafe and unprofessional do yourself a favor and don’t trust them with your vehicle the dealer is just as bad!!

I noticed a bubble in my tire earlier in the day so I called the store 1 hour and half ahead of time and they informed me that my tire for my 2014 Nissan Sentra was in-stock. I arrive at 1:45pm and at 2:30pm they informed me there was a mix up and my tire is actually not in stock. As they take the car off the lift they claimed the bubble popped and now my tire is no longer able to be used. Went down the road where the price range was affordable. I am no expert on the inner workings of a garage but disappointing to see 6 employees just staring at my car or sitting around. Thumbs down and worst experience at this “Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center”.
