This is a reliable service center. I have a sports package wheel 335xi BMW. The car has given me several issues up here in the potholes of NJ. Luckily these guys are very reliable and helpful with my car. They’re very honest and don’t fix more than is needed. Highly recommend and happy to find a good shop on my first try here. Been here four times now (damn aluminum sports rims).

I have used this tire service both professionally and personally for approx. 3 years or so and was impressed at how they took care of me, and my friends & family, with little or no warning as I run a construction co. with vehicles that need to stay road worthy all the time. Unfortunately, My last experience was far from impressive and left a huge red flag with me for a future relationship with this company. I had a blowout one afternoon with my van and called them to let them know I was coming in for two tires for the rear. From the time I arrived, to the time i was all ready to pay and leave was literally 25 minutes. Exactly 1 week or "less than 1000 miles later", I had an awful experience as a person on the highway flagged me down in horror, to let me know that my rear wheel was almost completely off. All but 1 lug nut was at the end of the stud (Pictured here). I was devastated and called Medina immediately! I have an app on my phone that records everything. From the time I was put on hold by the young lady, after explaining my whole ordeal, to the time that Danny (The Son) picked up the phone with an excuse already in his back pocket was 45 seconds. He first proceeded to ask me what my mileage was and then proceeded to tell me first that a lot can happen in 1000 miles, then he changed and said that somebody must have been trying to steal my rim and tire. This was absolutely absurd! I was merely trying to let them know that one of their mechanics might not have the required attention to detail and that they may want to know that he is sending their customers out with unsafe conditions. After listening to him explain his outrageous excuses over and over, I got angrier and angrier. I have contacted my lawyer and showed him the attached picture and let him listen to the audio. Medina is lucky I am not the suing type as i have cooled off about this situation over time. Sometimes, just accepting that you are wrong is better than lying your way out of things because it just makes things worse! Will Never Return! Sorry, End of relationship!

Back in the summer, I brought my truck in for much needed repairs. Medina gave the vehicle new life -- I hadn't realized how bad the ride had gotten until they fixed it. I visited Medina yesterday with a noise or noises that sounded to me like an expensive repair. It turned out to be low power steering fluid. I am so pleased with their service and HONESTY!

My son Arthur told me to go to this tire service, he feels he can trust them not to be ripped off. True, they were very good in service and charges are fair, their mechanics are knowledgeable. You will never go wrong to have your car serviced by them. It's family owned and managed by honest family. Frank Medina kept his shop open past his 6:00 closing time to wait for a tow truck to transport my car to his shop to replace my tire and get me back on the road for my vacation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIRE SHOP YOU WILL GET ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!! this tire shop is very un professional. And they lie about there products. They tell you they are selling you brand new tires, they don’t let you see the tires before the put them on. I went in to buy brand new tires about 2 weeks ago. I took my tires off to do my brakes today and both tires they sold me that they said were brand new both had flat fix plugs in them. I spent 120+ on each tire for used tires. I told them I want brand new tires and they charged me for brand new tires and i get used tires . Very unprofessional avoid this tire shop.

This place is a family-owned and run garage where you'll find much more than a hometown mechanic experience. It's much cheaper and easier to go here for your tire inspections, oil changes, and whatever else you might try to get done on your car than to go to a dealership or one of the chain oil-change bait-and-switch shops. The only downside is the location when it comes time to leave in your smooth ride; they are on Route 9 north so check Google Maps before you try to head south unless you like crossing bridges.

got a set of tires from here. They tired to sell me on an alignment which sounded like a good idea but they didn't actually do one. and when i asked them for the print out of the alignment report they said that their printer was down. and when i said can i just see it on the computer they said that it got deleted. So if you go here I highly recommend you don't get an alignment. Take is somewhere reputable for that.

My husband has been to Medina Tire 4 times thus far. One tire repair, one for brake service and two times to switch tires and rims. He's dealt with Dan each time and the very nice young lady at the desk. The service is great and prices are very good. Quick turn around time each time he's went in. I will be going in about a month for 4 tires. The price Dan quoted me on both new and used was very competitive, honestly better than the big chain department stores. I'm a big stickler for pleasant customer service - by far they will exceeded my expectations in that area, as well as price, work done and convenience. They are our new tire spot.

Now that I'm about to put tires on the car again it reminded me of my experience here last year. I've been coming to them for years and when they moved to the new building, which was closer to my house I was very happy. Have to say I had a very bad experience. Which normally, if it was addressed properly I would have been okay with. I brought my daughter's car in to get two front tires replaced, only front tires. When I got back he had switched not only the front tires but had the rear tires off explaining to me that there was a bubble in one of the tires. I knew about the bubble in the tire and was not there for rear tires and certainly was not there to have the rear tires taken off, it could have very well been pointed out to me in the car when I got back to pick the car up. I proceeded to tell the owner that I did not want the rear tires touched because one of the rear rims was slightly bent from a pothole and that is why it is on the rear of the car. To avoid vibration. When we drove away with the car I knew right away that they switched the rims because of the vibration. I brought it back immediately and he blatantly lied to me telling me he never removed the tires off the rear rims, I showed him a picture of the rear rim on the car before we brought it to him with a small curb scrape that my daughter had done earlier in the week(now on the front) and he still denied it. Needless to say after a long ridiculous argument he swapped the tires back to the correct rims and places where they started , he was not nice about it and to top it all off the dash cam was running the whole time and let's just say that based on the conversation between him and his workers and as nasty as he was to meduring the whole process I would never go back there again. Its ashame because i like all the employees at the front counter . even one of the mechanics agreed with me but you could tell he wouldn't speak up. Normally I wouldn't write a review about a place but the way he handled the entire situation I can only imagine how many other people he has tried to do that too. Rather than just apologize to me and say he made a mistake, he tried to justify every action that he made even when he was proven wrong with the pictures.

Very courteous, trustworthy and nice staff works here. Before I stopped by Medina, I went to Mavis tire to get a tire checked out that had a small screw close to sidewall but not close enough for them to suggest replacement of a tire or that its beyond repair. After reference from family I went to Medina Tire they let me inside the shop and pulled the screw out and made sure there was no leaks for free. Will go here for my future tire needs.

These guys are the best! I had a 2011 Toyota Camry. They programmed my aftermarket Denso TPMS that I had bough online and the tire pressure light went off my dashboard. I had visited so many tire shops and they told me it could not be done because the I bought my own TPMS online and they couldn't program them. These guys did it in 15 minutes! I'm lucky to have found them. I was almost giving up hope. A+, fast and professional plus service.

first i thought that i am the only one who is having this issue with them but when i see the reviews i see i am not only one here...they really dont know how to do wheel alligment & also they over charge for it...i was refered by a friend who lives in new jersey & i live in brooklyn i paid toll & came to this shop changed 4 tyres then i asked do i also need wheel alligment they said yes...i said ok do it then..& you know what happened next the alligment was worst then before it was all good before changing the tires..next day i call them 3 times after 3 times they answered me and told me to come back again i went there you know what they did? just wheel rotation...& forced me to go back & dont argue with Them...i was not satisfied at all after that i went to some other shop paid 50$ & you know what my cars alligment was all set..then i called them back & told them about my experience with other workshop that my alligment is allset now i asked them to give my money back which was 80$ for alligment they started arrguing with me blah blah & the way of talking was so rude THEY MIGHT HAVE GOOD TIRES BUT THEY REALLY DONT KNOW ABOUT WHEEL ALLIGMENT...i will never refer any friend to them thats how you lose your business this was happend to me in april this year.. today i see reviews & came to know that i am not the only one who is having issue with them of wheel alligment

they over tighten my lug nut, broke it, and then told me to bring the car back so they could fix the problem they caused and then tried to charge me for the repair.....so I took my car to another garage that repair the work they screwed up ! NEVER AGAIN !

My mom gave me a gift certificate for $100 she won in a raffle. The woman who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful. She put the tires I needed on hold for my appointment that I had rescheduled since they were the only used tires in that size. There used tires look and seem nicer then my new ones I had just purchased for the back and there prices were affordable. I had no wait when I came in and the store was very clean and nice.I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I was always buying used tires that would crap out within a couple of months. A family member told me about Medina's and so I stopped by. Dan helped me in understanding how and why the used tires would go by fast. I was wondering how much a new set would cost me and to my surprise it was not too much of a difference from constantly getting used tires. They have excellent customer service, very competitive prices, and a very short wait time (less than 30min). Thanks to everyone for the amazing service, highly recommend this place.

Their prices are great. They do not try to over sell you on jobs you that are not recommended at the moment; However, they will physically show why they may recommend a replacement or repair at that particular time. Frank and his staff at Medina are top notch. I purchased a set of used tires from them via a Facebook listing. I was hesitant at first because I had never made a purchase like this on Facebook. However, Frank answered all of my questions in a very personable and timely manner. We brought my car for the installation and Medina found out that all of the lug nuts were stripped beforehand and needed to be replaced. They were very upfront about the problem, showed us the condition of the lug nuts, went and bought new lug nuts, and installed them. Their communication, work ethic, and price was fantastic. That is very hard to come by now a days. I highly recommend Frank and his staff for any of your car needs!

It was a pleasure seeing a family run business which you don't see very often. I was shopping for Rims and Tires for my Ford F150, and trying to get the best price for them. Dan who is the son helped me out and was very knowledgeable and professional. The first thing I liked was that he didn't shoot for the most expensive tire and sat me down and showed me different options. I have been shopping around for offset rims which if you don't know what they are it's where the rim makes the tires stick out past the fender of your car or truck. Now the last two truck shops on 35 gave me an estimate on what I didn't want. I walked into on store and was asking for -0 offset rims with tires and I walk out with a -24 offset estimate and a no name tire. But at Medina tires I felt I was getting what I wanted and I wasn't getting screwed. And with my cousin in SC with his own tire shop I told him what I bought and at what price and he even said I made a good choice. Thanks Frank and Dan for making me a happy customer. Joe

After the gentleman told me that he put a 120 pound pressure test on my coolant system and swore up and down that it was legitimate and passed with flying colors, I realized that this place is strictly a tire changing place and should only be used as much. After Ten miles of driving this morning, my truck blows coolant out of the pressurized coolant canister again. Good job guys, thanks. My truck is parked and I’m losing money. I’m now glad that I waited the four hours for my tow truck to take the truck home after your “repair” instead of driving the truck 75 miles home after leaving your shop. Btw, I know that the power steering line that you “replaced” was never leaking to begin with. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk and the man who told me about his 120 pound coolant pressure test were both very friendly. Sorry guys, facts are facts.

03/11 A friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, and a hands on owner = excellent service and a great experience. Found on craigslist while I was looking for tires for my old pickup (had a chunk out of the sidewall on one but they were discontinued). Drove over there on a Saturday morning and spoke to Frank (owner) and showed him the tire. He could have easily sold me a whole set. Instead he disappeared to the back and was out in three minutes with a match (Brand, Model, Size). I approved the work and was on my way, tire installed in 30 minutes total. I wont say the price but I will say it was about 95% less than I would have spent on a set. Have been there many times since with other cars and every time has been good. 11/23/11 Update Got a full set of tires on my Audi. Frank took the time to go through all of the options and we came up with a great set at a great price. I drive by many tire places on my way to Medina including Costco and I prefer the straightforward business approach here. It is all about the service, Good coffee too.
