On my way to a conference I ran over a piece of metal in the road. I immediately pulled over and saw my tire was going to quickly become flat. I saw that Medford Tire was just up the road and was hoping they could help me. I pulled up, went in and told them what happened. The man at the desk did not offer any assistance and told me he could “maybe help me in a few hours.” I told him that there are no taxi services in this area so that I was stuck and begged him to help me change my tire ( and would pay of course), and his response was “Yeah we are in the middle of nowhere...maybe you can try a tire place less busy” KNOWING I shouldn’t be driving on my tire. He did not even come out to look at my car or offer any other help. Awful facility.

The owner has this quaint, old-fashioned idea that giving customers great, friendly service at a fair price is a smart way to do business.Why would I go anywhere else?

This is type of place that when you take your car in for something like an oil change and they notice your license plate is missing a screw... they go ahead and put one in for you. Not a big deal... I know. But it's the small things like that in addition to the good prices and overall experience that keep me going back with both of my family cars. I see one bad review of this place by Samantha. I'm very skeptical of her experience as she writes it, doesn't sound like Mike or any of the other people I've encountered who work there. I'm thinking she might have reviewed/visited the wrong place.

Very clean inside. Nice little sitting area with a large selection of magazines, TV and a small table for kids to sit at with coloring paper and lots of crayons and pencils. The oil change was said to take 45 minutes and that's exactly what it was. I arrived at 8 for my 8am appointment and walked out 45 minutes later. I had a synthetic oil change done and they also checked all other fluids and filters. Very quick and efficient service. I recommend!!
