As a "walk-in" with a nail in tire, I was welcomed and processed quickly. I was told car would not be taken before a certain time. In reality, it was taken ahead of that time and finished just as I returned from lunch. One minor downside. They didn't put hub back on, however I didn't tell them where it was. I did ask if they wouldn't mind putting my spare and resetting my trunk. They didn't do that.

Really great service. Both Amanda and Sue were super friendly and helpful. They unfortunately couldn't resolve my issue (needed a weld), but they were able to refer me to a good shop that could. They also didn't charge me to look at it, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back again in the future.

After shopping in Jersey, I came out to a totally flat tire. I pulled into the first place I saw but was informed it would be an hour or more wait tme. I had my elderly Mother as well as two children in the car. A wonderful man, Michael Hartman came out and fixed it in 20 mins. It's nice to know that there are people who are willing to go the extra mile. Thanks for great customer service.

Was charged $1517.00 recently to get brakes fixed (pads, rotors, the works - front and rear) and I've had to return to this place three times since with brake problems. To put it mildly, I AM PISSED!

I've been coming here for over 10 years. They offer it all towing and mechanical. I've also noticed which they have always honored one of the best warranties in the industry. While most shops I've been to offer me only a year warranty they offer two years and 24000 miles. Also a nationwide warranty on tires which is good so when I do my road trips. I always see cars in the parking lot but they do their best to make sure I am in and out. 10 star rating if Google would allow it.

I feel like these people really take advantage of older females and they overcharge their labor by far to fix a wire for my mother's headlight cost her $400 is ridiculous and I believe a starter replacement also as I guess fixture heater within a week it was bad to being dead cold in her car in the dead of winter of 2018 which was very cold I always feel like they were kind of shady and overpriced anyway and my family's got with them for years just honest opinion

Thought I resolved an issue with the owner. But I guess the shyster at the front desk(Mike H.) is bored and has nothing better to do than make fun of a serious situation.. so maybe you can use the coupon he's giving to everyone at my expence. I would have called you Sue.. but for some reason I don't have your cell number any more. It's a shame you have someone like that working for you. Needs to grow up.

Met Sue at a social event,asked if they do more than tires??A big yes we do.was having rear brake problem,dropped off car Sunday night with no appointment scheduled for Monday.Got a call about 10,confirmed brakes a mess.Gave ok for repair,got a call car was done and went to pick up by 2 p.m..NO APPOINTMENT,car done very quickly and what I thought was a very fair price.What more can you ask for.And friendly staff.I WILL BE BACK

Highway tire is a great shop!! Family owned and you can tell! Mike makes a great effort to make you feel like you are treated as family. People always hope to have a friend that’s a mechanic you can go to and make sure you not getting ripped off. Well dealing with mike at highway tire is just like having that friend! I’ve taken all my cars there over the past few years and have had exceptional service. I even take my race car there for alignments! I can trust mike and highway tire 100% for quality work, even when I’m going 130 mph down the back straightaway!!!
