As I was driving down Rt. 23 South, I suddenly got a flat tire. I pulled over into the ETD Tire Center in Butler. Immediately, the manager Josh came over to help. He changed out my flat tire for my spare free of charge, and took a look at my other tires to see if they were at risk of becoming flat (I had a cracked tire valve). He was so helpful and friendly. What could have been a terrible situation was easy and painless. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I needed 4 new tires a couple months back but didn't know much if anything about buying them so I trusted ETD to choose for me. The tires came with Hazard Insurance which I thought I would never need. Ha. I hit a rock on the side of the road a few days back and needed to replace one of my NEW tires. I was cringing over the amount of money needing to be shelled out. The cost to me? $29.66!!! I almost fainted. THANK YOU ETD for making sure I got good tires with such good coverage. Who would have thought? The answer: ETD !!! YAY JOSH AND SEAN AND JIM !! AND ALL EMPLOYEES. I am having a very nice day.

This is one of the few places I trust to take care of my vehicle after a couple bad experiences with car dealer service centers. Shawn, Josh, Jim and the staff are always very polite and knowledgeable. They treat me and the many members of my family who regularly go here for service with respect and always clearly explain any issues or expenses that arise. I've gotten new tires here, routine services such as oil changes, and more complicated fixes done and have never left the Butler ETD feeling ripped off or dissatisfied with the service that was provided or the cost of that service. Overall, definitely recommend these guys for your car service and tire needs.

DO NOT GO HERE! ETD charged me $100 for an oil change that I could have gotten at the dealership for half the price. They claimed they needed to replace the filter and charged me an extra $25 for it when it is included in the price everywhere else. About a month after the oil change the panel under my car that must be removed when changing the oil, fell off while I was driving because they didn’t put all the screws back in. Avoid getting your car serviced here at all costs.

These guys have always been honest with me. My dealer told me I needed new tires, but b/c I didn't have a ton of money, I went to ETD to see if I could get tires there for less money. The guy at ETD came out and looked at my tires and said, "You don't need new tires," and he showed me how to tell when I would need them. Ever since they, they have been honest brokers with me and I trust them completely. By the way, I never took my business elsewhere after that tire thing. And they've been fair and honest ever since.

When you look for a mechanic you look for someone who is trustworthy first, with quality a close second. My experiences with the Butler ETD team have been highly professional every time. They know the problems quickly, they charge fairly - AND if they do not feel comfortable fixing something they will send you in the right direction. Case in Point - recently had an issue with my 2010 VW GTI. They said they would not do the work because unknown to me the problem was covered by warranty. I went to VW and they fixed it for free. ETD could have charged me the $700 - but they did not. They did the right thing. Good guys. Class acts.

I went in to get two tires changed. They are nice and get the job done but you have to wait two hours or more even if you make an appointment. They seem to work slow and are always backed up hence the two hour wait. If you make an appointment you should stay on schedule, awful management.

Feel free to go here if you know nothing about cars and feel like getting ripped off. However if you are at all slightly knowledgeable you will soon realize that these guys are just trying to sell when nothing is needed.

I went in today for my seasonal tire rotation and noticed a sequel in my rear brakes. I just had my vehicle serviced for some warranty repairs at my local car dealership last week and had them do a full brake inspection that showed no issues.Today I learned that 98% of the material on both my front and rear brake pads was GONE and that I needed four new rotors as well. Thank GOD I went to ETD today. Upon further inspection it was determined that 10 of my 20 lug nuts were deformed and should not be reused. They also noticed that a front marker light bulb and another rear bulb were out and replaced those as well. This is why I trust my tires and important repairs to Shawn, Josh & Jim. These guys are the best I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them for thorough and courteous service.

I don’t have enough words to explain how wonderful Josh at ETD is. I have gone to etd multiple times for things that needed to be done to my truck and every single time he helps me out in a timely manner. There is never a time where he doesn’t accommodate me. This is where some places will do a hard sell to buy 4 new tires. Shawn explained everything and gave me my options. We decided to replace the 2 tires. The tires were in stock and had me on my way. I appreciated their honesty and fast service. It is nice to have a place you can trust and will meet the needs of their customers. I am sure I will be returning in the future for service and tires.

They never have told me I need something when I dont...which is what most places do! Josh and Billy have been taking care of me for years. My latest positive experience garners a review which is overdue anyway! This particular experience is valuable and much appreciated as it was something beyond the great servicing of vehicles staying road bound and mobile. I planned and decided a few months ago to work my way back into club and semi-professional auto racing after a 22 year sabbatical. Entering with a vehicle that was not overpowered, balanced, had potential, and isn't a fortune to maintain and repair, I set up an appointment to have the car prepped for a weekend racing at Watkins Glen. The work included changing tires, pads, brake fluid, and camber plate installation and adjustment. Not only was the work completed well, as the car performed very well for over 4 hours of track time and was able to keep pace and overtake vehicles at the top of it's class, but Billy also corrected an existing issue of missing backing plates from the old brake pads left over from the previous owner. Car was spot on at both tech inspections (before event and morning of). I will continue to service this car with not only tires, but brakes and suspension with confidence before every upcoming event and as I build up the car for changing classes. Thank you team! My work and other vehicles also continue to perform thanks to your great servicing. See you soon (but not too soon :) !!
