I would NOT let these people put air in a bicycle tire. • They are rude and insulting. • They have absolutely no respect for their customer’s cars. • The shop is disgustingly filthy (they should pay visit to some of their competitors shops) • The service personal are disgustingly filthy, and they insist on driving your car without covering the seats. I have an exotic car; I stopped in one afternoon with the car and asked if they were comfortable in rotating and balancing the tires on my car. I was condescendingly told that “we get them all in here”; I went and made an appointment for the next day anyway. The next day I arrived, went in and filled out the work order, Jeff went out and looked at the car and came back in and told me all the things that were wrong with the tires and they should all be replaced. My tires are a little over 2 years old with less than 20,000 miles on them, my tires are ZR rated and cost over $400.00 each to replace please just rotate and balance the tires. I was told “OK, but you’re wasting your money and I don’t want you coming back here complaining about anything. Jeff asked me for the keys, I said no, the doors on my car go up not out and I will help get the car into the shop. I stepped into the men’s room (actually clean) and when I came back out a service person was attempting squeezed himself into my car. Living a greasy thumb print on the red suede door panel and a greasy hand print on the door sill. They lifted the car with no regard to the side spoilers cracking the paint. PS: I just got the damage repaired, that these clowns caused to my car just to rotate and balance. The body shop bill came to $483.26

My brother inlaw had called to get a quote on tire pricing and was quoted $135 a tire with high speed balancing. We took two front tires into the shop to have replaced. My brother inlaw asked if the gave military discount which is usually 10% and he was told yes they did. When the work was done the bill was still $135 per tire and I asked what about the military discount ? We were told you already received a discount and that the tires were $155 and that wasn't true to what were told on the phone. My brother inlaw NEVER asked on the phone for a military discount and the quoted price was $135. There should have been $13.50 per tire discount for a savings of $27.00.... for two tire. I have used Crown before and they are reliable but I don't like to be lied to. My brother inlaw who is retired military never received his discount and that was dishonest .

After searching for days for a used tire (due to an annoying slow leak that was unpatchable) I called crown tire .. before calling I was under the impression from previous tire shops that my tires were still good and I had about a year left on my tires..that it would be more cost efficient to just replace the tire that had the slow leak with a used tire. It would buy me time .. well that being said I drive daily with my 2 children.. when I called crown they unlike other tire stores dealt in used tires but with luck had a used tire in my unique tire size and told me to come right over .. about 20 mins later I got a call with not the greatest outcome.. all of my tires were not good and instead of trying to get me to buy "new tires" the gentlemen told me he would give me the 2 used and try to salvage the best out of the other two which would get me to that year mark that I was initially looking to replace .. but due to the amount of time I spend in my car I opted to just get the 4 new...which ended up being the best price after looking at all the "suggested best price for tire locations"... Costco..... my car was done quickly besides replacing all 4 tires (which was completely my decision) I was not pressured into additional services and left there with a smooth no longer shaky drive .. Thanks Crown Tire .. u gained a loyal customer today !!

I was passing thru town, visiting family (on our way back to MA) and discovered early morning that we had a near-flat tire. I called Crown Tire at 8:00 am on a Tuesday morning and shared my dilemma. They told me to bring the car right in; within an hour, I had two new tires (VERY reasonably priced - I was impressed) and was back the road, worry free. Very impressed with these guys and would absolutely go back.

HONEST, EXCELLENT, AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I'm extremely impressed and proud to say that I have been fortunate enough to witness being serviced by people who take pride in their honesty... I own 3 cars 2 of which are SUV's.... We all know to well the struggles we battle every day to make ends meet.. Our transportation is a number one priority to meet the needs of our families, jobs, and so forth.. I have recently had one of my SUV's and my car looked at by 2 other places for tire repairs prior to going to Crown Tire.. Both my rims and tires on the passenger side of my SUV were damaged due to sliding on black ice into the curbside.. Both places recommend that I needed to replace the rims and get new tires, the cost of replacing rims, tires, and labor was ridiculously high ... I know of Crown Tire from other people and brought my SUV to them, they told me all I needed to do was grind down the rims a little bit and the tires were fine there was no need to order new ones... Saving me a huge amount of money ... I haven't had a problem since the simple repair was done... On my car I was experiencing a slow leak in one of my tires, I was told by the same 2 previous places I should replace all 4 tires at the same time because the one with the slow leak was completely worn out... I found that to be very odd being I had not to long ago put all new tires on the car.. so I brought it to Crown Tire as well, and it turns out that the slow leak was nothing more than a damage valve and all my tires were good to go... Again saving me a huge amount of money.... The Honesty in my opinion from Crown Tire states their utmost respect, and loyalty to their customer's, to me that speaks volumes... The outstanding service I received in all aspects from Crown Tire will keep me their faithful and loyal customer always, in hope that all other establishments can follow their lead.. Very fast and very good. They are always upfront on pricing no trying to upsell you other products or services. The price they say for tires is the price you pay period. Very comfortable area to sit and coffee always available and everything is very clean. Much cleaner than some of the Bigger Companies too. Dont ever go anywhere else for tires again. On Wednesday I went to Crown Tire, on the recommedation of R and D Autobody, and was not disappointed. Aaron, the counter sales person and an excellent worker as per my observation, helped me find a mid- range tire for my 2008 Honda Accord. The total for all four tires came to 478 dollars, balanced and mounted. Having asked Aaron to check the brakes, which the tech did duriing the tire installation, I was told that the brakes were stll good. For anyone looking to buy new tires, Crown Tire is the place to go!

I usually go to Stafford Tires but Crown is closer to me so I went there and was treated badly by the younger of the two because I had a question regarding tire patches. They act so rude. I swore never to go back but did recently and I got the same dis-interested, grumpy attitudes that I've seen any time I went there. I just wish they can see what people are feeling & saying. I never get treated that way at other places and I will not go back. Hopefully others will follow suit and teach them that customer care is most important.

Jeff and his team deserve 5-stars PLUS! I was in a pinch late Friday eve when my tire blew out on the parkway. I quickly got the spare on, but realized I would likely not make it to the Shore on that donut. I looked up the nearest tire shop and Crown Tire was the only one open. I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and they still took me in. They assessed my tire and were able to find a slightly used one to replace mine and I was back on the road! I can't say enough to tell you how good these people are. Trustworthy and professional. I always get my tires from them but they do everything else also. Case in point: I call around to have a headlamp bulb replaced in my wife's Cadillac SRX. I Utube it, everyone says you gotta take the bumper off along with a few other items. The people I call say the same thing. And Crown Tire even said in a lot of these cars you gotta take the bumper off. So I'm prepared for about a $150 labor cost. They call me about an hour and a half later and say "it's done." I say, "your kidding, right? They only had to remove a bracket and got it in there, total charge $48 bucks, including the bulb. Now they could have easily charged me what I expected, but they didn't. That's what I'm talking about. Over and out.

Jeff and the rest of the crew at Crown Tire are very pleasant, the cost is highly competitive (often lower than the other tire places available locally), and the quality of work is excellent (I have been coming here for about 20 years and I have never had a single problem with their work). The shop is usually very busy so you often need to wait a bit to have your service performed (first come first served) but the staff and the customers all seem to be pleasant so the wait is not too bad.

Went here today because I had a leak in one of my tires--2 hours before they were closing--and, due to the fact that it was a Saturday and looked relatively busy, thought I wouldn't be able to get the leak fixed, or at the least, would have to wait a while for it to be fixed. I am happy to say that neither of these were the case. As soon as I filled out the paperwork the guy said they would be able to get me in in a few minutes. 5 minutes later, my car was being serviced and after a total of 20 minutes, I was out of there. I highly recommend this place for your auto car care needs. Great service all around.

Pricing is low, service is fast but the quality of the tires was very poor. 7 months in three of the four tires needed replacing. The man who replaced my tires forgot to put the lug lock back in my car. I spent 4 hours in one day going back and fourth, I asked them to check back tire they said it was fine. I got a blow out on the GSP today and am thankful I was not injured. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
