I admired John for his knowledge, honesty, integrity and reasonable pricing. The entire place is well organized and very clean. Where is the option of negative star review? Only go there if you want your car to stop functioning properly. I left my car there for AC repair with absolutely no other issues, but when I went there to pick my car up the car won't even start. He had to keep my car and he diagnosed it on Monday, he couldn't figure it out so I had to get my car towed to near Honda facility. The honda diagnosed my whole car and gave me the estimate. If I had that issue before I wouldn't be able to drop my car off to repair AC in the first place. Now I have a very costly repair and this guy is not even taking responsibility, He doesn't even want to talk or listen, he doesn't even care. Absolute worst customer service. Please save yourself. He responds I am busy when I am trying to talk to him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go there.

Dino at front desk is very friendly and treats you with respect. I went to check my car tires as had a low pressure warning. Dino got them checked and filled the air where necessary. On top of it did not charge me anything. I was out in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient people and trustworthy. I will recommend these guys for any car service jobs.

I went to Central Tire for an alignment. John and his team provided me with details of the alignment. They looked at my brakes as well. The feedback from the person who performed the road test was helpful. I will use Central Tire again.

Brought my corvette in on Saturday to have all four tires replaced (mount,balance,alignment) and I was told that they should be able to get the car done the same day (I brought the car in only a few hours before closing so it was very last minute). These guys did a phenomenal job both in their work and customer service. One of the guys(Dino, I believe) stayed a little after hours to ensure that my car was ready for me the same day as I had wished. I'd give a sixth star for exceeding my expectations if I could.

Dropped off my CX-9 with John on Sat to get 2 tires replaced and rotated. They got it done that day although I said I would get it on Sunday. They did a fantastic job and even put my spare back for me (and it is a real pain getting that spare in and out since its stored under the car using a cable system). I was really impressed with the customer service and will absolutely bring my cars back for future service.

The staff treat me like family and genuinely care about my vehicle. One time I was convinced I needed tires; I was told quite frankly that they will not take my money for something I do not need. Honest, trustworthy people, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do all the maintenance on my vehicle and I know my car is safe because of Central Tire!!

Blew an ancient tire on our RV on 95 - on a Sunday, yikes! Feel totally lucky to have been right by the exit. Managed to hobble our way off the highway and found these guys open, willing to work on a camper (and trust me they worked - blow torches and all), done quickly and with a great attitude. Great first time experience with the staff and purchase was priced competitively along with installation and lifetime rotation. Don't settle for cheap tires and poor customer service elsewhere, come here for quality and honest service. Last, the facility was well kept, clean front desk and all look orderly...i like the attention to detail to the surroundings of the the showroom.

Never been here before but spoke to John by phone about having 4 tires purchased elsewhere mounted, balanced and a wheel alignment done. He couldn't have been more accommodative. Prices are fair and I was very happy the balancing of the tires. Meaning, some places you need to return a 2nd time to have it re-balanced but not here, they got it right the first time. Highly recommend.
