Got a tire patched over the weekend which seems to be holding fine, but left with a scratched rim. I know for a fact there wasn't a mark on the wheel when I brought it there and when I picked it up there was some red grease near the lip. When I tried to rub it off there were some small gouges underneath. When I showed the gentleman at the desk he insisted they were there and that it was curb rash. I unfortunately know what curb rash looks like from experience and this was definitely not that. My problem was I had no way of proving it was them because I did not take pictures or go over the wheel with anybody there prior to leaving it. He told me they have a plastic head on their machine and said it was impossible they did it. To me it looks like a pry bar that must have slipped or something. There was no point in arguing my point because I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere, so I just left. Unfortunately now I have to just live with it or get it repaired at my expense.

I am a car guy,so I know the staff at Birch are car guys, too. You want a car guy to work on your car because they respect cars. And you,too. They'll explain your choices so you can make an informed decision. You can trust them to be honest and use their expertise to do things right the first time. No scams or rip offs. Obviously they want to make money, but they charge fair prices, do the work they promised to do and stand then behind it. In today's world, it is really nice to trust and not be taken advantage of. If I can't do it myself, I bring my cars to Birch Tire. I have not been disappointed and neither will you.

Best tire and auto repair shop in the area. Dave, Rich & crew are courteous, patient, knowledgeable and honest. They were able to diagnose and remedy an elusive front end problem my Toyota Tacoma had that no other shop could (including two dealers). My 16 year old truck now runs like new! I would wholeheartedly recommend Birch Tire!

DANGEROUS BRAKES: I have been a customer of Birch Tire & Auto for over 10 years and I will never return. My vehicle was brought in for a simple tire change. Upon pick-up, there was a loud squealing noise coming from the driver-side wheels... this would have been very apparent to Birch as they moved my car from the bay to the parking lot. The other issue was all four rims were scratched all the way around from whatever machine they used to put the tires on... these were perfect rims purchased 8 months ago. THE BIGGEST ISSUE was the fact that they said nothing about my brakes (which were in DANGEROUSLY poor condition) when they reviewed my bill... they did however try to sell me a sensor which I do not need. My car is at another shop today (about 3 weeks later) and this mechanic states "whoever looked at your car last was a complete idiot". I could have gotten into a serious accident or gotten stuck with seized brakes on the side of the freeway. NEVER will I take any car to Birch again!

As others have mentioned, brake repairs are subpar. For basic oil changes, fine. After having my rotars resurfaced and brakes replaced, they squeaked. Brought to another service facility who told me brake repair was poor quality.

This place is a scam. They quoted a repair on my car to be a minimum $2,500. This seemed unreasonable and when brought to another shop it was fixed for free with a simple rubber gasket. It is such a shame these people are out to screw me when my family has been going there for years. Do not go to Birch Tire

Excellent as usual - fast and good, willing to get your car in whenever possible. They perform high quality work at a fair price. Shop itself could use a touch up, but I have to settle for good service. We have using for Birch Tire for about 18 years now. 2016 Follow up; disappointed with my last visit. Service was not good and shop did not own up. Ruined a nice 20 year record for me.
