Called them to inquire about recharging refrigerant on my acura mdx a/c. The guy I talked to, his named is Phil told me that there is a 79.99 diagnostic test which if I decided to have it serviced will go to the actual cost. He was not there when I dropped off the car. Tim received the car and called me to let me know that the condenser needs to be replaced. When checking out, Tim said the diagnostic fee is extra charge that has to be paid outside the total cost which is contrary to what Phil told me and definitely out of ordinary to a typical auto service. This would be my first and last time I will be getting my services from this shop.

First when I arrive and rent I want 2 dozen furniture pads. They said they only had 1 dozen. Second when I get home to pack the furniture pads had mold all over them and we're wet in the plastic bags. Then when on my way to return the trailer the one tire blows out 2 blocks from there location. Both at pick up and drop off no one was available to assist in hooking or unhooking the trailer. Then they had the nerve t9 charge me a cleaning fee because I didn't fold the moldy pads that they gave me.

Told me would take an hour for my alignment and ended up waiting almost 4 hours. They were more than happy to taKe the white people before me. They got their cars done quick. But me and the other colored people had to go ask them why it was taking so long and why people that came in after us were done before us. Will never come back to this racist establishment.

RUN!!! Go anywhere but here. Quoted me 636 dollars for tires, charged me 900. Had the quote in hand. Answer from manager who couldn't be bothered to ome out and speak to me was "oh well." Also was promised it would be done by 2, not done until 4 30. Very rude, except for Tim. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE STINKS

Don't take your car here, every single time I have had service on my vehicle through them I had to bring it back, not even a week later, multiple times over half assed work. Not fun when your handing them loads of money and you get your car back to experience to new noises and things that are missing or loose.

The staff and technicians at Goodyear/ American Tire in Hillsborough NJ are all excellent but what most impresses about this place is the sincerity honesty and integrity of management. They just completed some work on my car and it drives like new. One of a few places that I would consider taking my car for alignment or repair work. IMO, best repair and tire place in the area.

This place is absolute robbery. I bought brakes for my truck at the local auto part store and took the parts to this place to be put on. They told me my truck would be done by 4 pm. By 7 pm that night my truck still wasn't finished. Here come to find out they broke the master cylinder in my truck and had the audacity to tell me that I needed to purchase a new one. Well I refused stating that it was fine when I pulled in to get the brakes done. Long story short they kept my truck until 11 am the next day and charged me 451.00 to put brake pads on my truck. They said that they paid for the master cylinder but it was still 451.00. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY!!!!!

Good old Stu and Tim. My best friends. Maybe that's not the best way to start an unbiased review, but thats how they make me feel. I was not their friend before I started taking all my cars here, but they are my best friends now because they genuinely look out for their customers such as myself. It's one thing to find a car service center like this that doesn't rip you off and bait you into a bunch of garbage, but to find one that's honest and friendly and accommodating all in one is a place that can't be missed!

American Tire Service/Goodyear building is behind the Sunoco Dealer on Rt. 206S. Well staffed, honest and trust worthy employees willing to lend a helping hand with any issues. Brake oil tubing supply lines rusted, had to be replaced. During inspection, they also found leaking rear cylinders, recommended replacement. Everything was fixed. My brakes have never worked better. Would highly recommend!
