A little on the old and dingy side, but that doesn't bother me. The provide good service with reasonable pricing. Staff could be a little friendlier. But nonetheless, I've gone to them numerous times. It is a place I trust.

I have been using American Discount Tire for 15 years. This is a discount tire facility, period. They are a no-frills establishment with excellent prices for tires, and they provide fast and courteous service. Warrantees are offered at about $15/tire (as of 2014) and they really try to work with their customers' needs and budgets. I can see how others might be put-off by the lack of cleanliness, but let's face it, it's a garage. If you want clean, go hang out in an operating room, or my mother's house. I have always had a positive experience and typically refer my friends to them, because the prices are so competitive.

Pros: The price for tires and labor are fair. Hours of operation are very good. Cons: Place filthy. Mechanics aren't always careful with your vehicle and/or parts. Most tires have sensors today. Obviously the part is more delicate than used to be & they broke mine. The sensor is built into the tire's inflation stem... so with broken stem, tire is flat. They refused responsibility. Won't use them again.

Bought two tires for the front of my Silverado. Fair price and quick job. The problem is I was told I'm in desperate need of upper and lower ball joints with rods. Was told they can do the job for 1,000.00 dollars , wheel alignment included and not to wait to long. Meanwhile I had it checked at two auto garages with one we've been with over ten years. Was told at both garages there's not a thing wrong with the ball joints and rods. Just want to warn people to be careful !

This place is a great shop. I have bought tires there before for my old car. MY wife's car had an large screw in the tire and I made it there about 10 minutes before they closed. The manager behind the counter said we might not fit you in because we are wrapping up 1 car and will be closing. I totally understood that, but then he said let him check with his mechanic. Came back out and said lets get your tire fixed. Awesome service. I will be shopping there for my truck tires.

Never had a long wait for service and most of the time I didn't have an appointment. Tires are good and the prices are within your budget. It's not the cleanest place to wait with children but it is a tire shop so plan accordingly.

My husband and I usually get out tires here cause the prices aren't bad and my husband has been going there for years. Went there to get a radiator looked at and they told me that it would cost 400 bucks for a new one! They said 299 just for the radiator alone, which I know is a rip off because I can walk into a auto parts shop and get a nice one for 150. Really disappointed with this place. All I can say now is they are polite.

Used to do good business and prices could not be beat but recent business hasn't been good at all never issued manufacturers warranty with purchase of 4 New tires (which according to Michelins website he should have supplied to buyer at purchase) tires were misaligned, improperly balanced and averagely priced.

They were very accommodating with the situation I was faced with... They handled it very professional and sympathetically.. they worked with me regarding pricing of my four tires, Tire Warranty, Road Hazzard, Wheel Alignment, and Back Breaks.. the only drawback was they were very short handed and I ended up waiting over 3 hours for my car to be finished.. However, Tom the Manager was very Apologetic for the long wait which made it all very bearable... I will be returning for my front breaks..

FAR BEYOND AMAZING!! I had a flat on rt 42 on my dually but was able to get to the service center. Knowing i was anticipating that I was going to need a new tire, they calmed me down and immediately got my truck in the shop. Instead of slapping a new tire on like any other shop would do, they actually found the problem! (Valve Stem issue) They didn't just save me a couple hundred, but the repair was far less than what I had expected too! The technician (Mark) wasn't just great at what he does, but he wouldn't even accept a tip no matter how many times I tried. Great people and amazing service. Thanks for keeping me rolling down the road!

Today July 14, 2016, I got a flat tire after leaving work around 5:30 pm. I drove a short distance on a flat to this place. Today, over the phone when I called ahead the counter guy stated that if I could be there in 5 minutes they would see me, "I wana get out early," he said to me. If that wasn't a bad enough impression, when I arrived around 5:45 I made the mistake of letting them know I would have my sister take me to the bank in washingtin twp while they got started so I could pay them. Upon hearing that, he refused service. He then stopped the mechanic from putting on my donut as I frantically called around making arrangements to leave that dump and go spend my money elsewhere. I let him know I was taking my car to get fixed elsewhere, and that that was no way to treat customers. I work in retail and customers always come in last minute, even within 1 minute of the posted closing time, but never do I turn them away. And that old dirty haired grumpy butthole has lost a valuable customer. The only good reviews on their site are from employees and their families or close friends. I only see them for easy quick tire service as a emergency or last resort, and each time I've gotten a po'dump, vibe. It is a po'dump! The old guy working the counter told me they'd put the donut on for $20 and only if I paid up front toward the end! With over an hour on their clock they were tunring me away and discriminating against me because they thought against what I said, that because I had to go to the bank up the road, that I couldn't pay. Silly them, more business for STS Tire on Greentree road, where they are professional and courteous and clean, and better staffed. Don't give these po'dump jerks business. If it were my sister in my situation, I'd be livid and ready to bust some balls if they treated her the way they treated me! You just don't treat people like that. He was rude where I was not. They're more interested in closing before their posted business hours than using a whole hour and 15 minutes to change 1 tire. And they have shopkeepers right, I wouldn't leave my car if I couldn't pay them! They judged too quickly, but I already expected to be disappointed by the cashier's tone over the phone. If I was rude, I'd say so. I didn't even curse them out or anything. Just told them they need to treat ppl better and that I was taking my money to STS Tire and Auto On Greentree Rd in Sewell NJ, which is up the road from the po'dump I left.

Constantly stripping the studs...if your the only one taking off or putting on tires and NO ONE else is then it is safe to say SOMEONE ISNT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. I'm sick of having the same problem happen on two different cars...and saying it's gotta be our fault isn't solving an in house problem... i suggest you look at whomever is servicing the cars...can't be just our problem unless you don't like us and don't want us coming here...problem solved...this was the last time

For service...needed to install 2 used tires on my Kia Serento. Other local tire retailers would not do the job do to liability issues and suggested that I needed to instead, "buy new tires". I called American Discount tires and they took me right in on Christmas Eve. I ended up tipping everyone and was most appreciative for their service. I'll be going to them from now on.

Stay clear of this place. Shady mechanic alert! Seems like management treats their employees like slaves, as they all would not speak to any customers out of fear. Their environment is filthy and full of negative energy I took my truck here to get it looked at because I felt vibration in the wheels. They looked at it and then quoted me a price on parts that was $400.00 more than I could get them online. When I said no, they then proceeded to speak ill towards me to other workers out loud, backed my truck into the middle of the parking lot and yelled at me to hurry up and move it because they have other cars they need to get into the door. I would not trust this place at all!!!

This shop is like a hidden gem, I went there on a whim from a recommendation, and was very happy. They did a wheel alignment on my car in 30 minutes, and investigated another problem that a different shop told me to worry about (they confirmed that it wasn't a problem). Their prices were very reasonable, and their staff is knowledgeable and straight-forward.

I went there to get some tires put on and the crushed my tire sensor. They they told me they didn't do it. When I got there he checked my miles and seen there was no light on. I left the light was on. When I called to speak to the manager I was hung up on. I guess that's why they didn't give me a receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are better deals out there anyway. They don't own up to their mistakes.

BUYER BEWARE - I called this local place to buy a set of 4 used tires for my son's car. He quoted me $160 which as fine for a set of 4 used tires you could drive on. I sent my 18 yo son over only for him to return with 4 unmatching tires, two were bald and one had dry rot. I stopped in two days later and spoke with Art (manager) ...oh well, he said. I cannot believe he ripped my son off with 4 tires that should have been $10 tires. I will never go back to this place ever again.

I called for my son’s car to get an oil change they told me $21.99 for a 4 cylinder car they charged my son $106.57. I would never recommend them to no one American Discount Tires in Turnersville. Sad!!
